[Music] I grew up in Deal but if I got married I was living in Lakewood. I grew up many years ago in deal. So I grew up in Deal from birth. Uh Barashem I grew I joined over Diamonds Kell. I got married but there was really nowhere for me to settle my family locally. I was learning in deal. I was teaching in deal. I was doing a lot of things in deal but there was no real infrastructure for my family to settle. There was no neighborhoods that were affordable for an AV. There were not really places that were suitable for me to be comfortable. So we did what most people do at that point. We we looked for a place in Lakewood in the Syrian neighborhoods and we settled. Years later, fast forward, my brother had this dream of to open up a co and set and bring to families back into deal. Let's change a trend. Let's bring the K families, especially the ones that originated from there. Let's try to bring them back. Let's try to bring the crowd back. Let's influence the town and make it more of a TA style town. I was a Shabbat father before this. I was in the car more than I was uh at my uh at my home. I was seeing my kids only through phone calls and videos that my wife sent. My brother had the vision and he wouldn't let down. No matter how many people laughed at him and how many people thought he was crazy, he said, "No, this could happen." I first moved in and there was not one other Drew on my block and it was it was a little it was definitely hard at the beginning. It was hard and then all of a sudden, you know, the person next door to me bought a house. An explosion is the only word that really could could put down what has been going on here. All that I'm doing now, I'm able to do because of the infrastructure that the rabbi has provided a neighborhood that is affordable and suitable for Kell families for young rabbis to be able to settle to be able to come here and take part and impact the community. This project gives us that every person can live here in Gil be part of our community. They can teach in our community. They get spread throughout our community. We see it on the We see it on the ground now. We have over 60 families moving in every day. I'm getting more phone calls from people who have no affiliation to us at all that want to live come here and live and be part of this community. And the benefit is every person who moves in is adding to the level of to learning for the whole town. >> But now living here for a few years, I can't see myself living anywhere else. >> My brothers doesn't stop. He has 50 families, 60 families. He wants 200. He wants 300 families. He's nothing nothing stops my brother. He's going and he's moving forward. >> Rabbi Mak and his institutional Torah from the co that he built and the neighborhood that he's building and from that there's going to be rabbis that going to service our community whether it's in the ishivot whether it's in the schools whether it's in our institutions he's building something that really is an incredible dream. Rabbi M Seak, a man with a vision and a man who understands how he can not just have people come and learn Torah, but have people come and learn Torah and ultimately give back to the community in a major dramatic way. Because of our exceptional growth and the growth going so quickly, we have begun plans to build a building, two-story building, 20,000 ft that could serve us hopefully for the future, many years to come. I really believe that Kha and the growth of this of this neighborhood is one of the most important projects on the Jersey Shore. Currently, we're reaching out to you today to help us build Torah in our community.
