after October 7th and the war there's so many people that are displaced These Are Soldiers these are reservists you know they haven't worked in months the biggest issue that they have is trying to get them to be back to normal life and it's very hard to do something like that when the country has been inflicted with so many issues and they're suffering economically and that's that's the hidden story that has to be exposed and revealed K the Syrian mission is here today with a major opportunity to provide them with the Necessities that they need for the PES the country is in a state of National Poverty after the uh after maath of Lebanon hasbalah Etc how could we sit home in our comfortable places and enjoy a p knowing that people overseas and Isel are going through a difficult time we have the luxury of sitting around the table with our family members but today we have the opportunity to make sure our brethren in Israel that are suffering have the in some way similar to what we're doing we must uh fulfill what it says in the we say to them come and eat we have food for you anybody that's needy come and make says we have the money we're raising it today we have the opportunity to feed a family for PESA for $180 the goal is we need to feed 5,000 families what RAB Yehuda azra did is tremendous giving us the opportunity to adopt a family I stand behind rabbi from the beginning he's sh he's identified the poorest amongst our people and he does it in such a discreet and a proper way we're going around to all the communities around the world especially our lusterous Syrian Community here in Brooklyn all the institutions are behind it when I tell you $180 per family I'm letting you know that it's probably $11,000 worth of product Yehuda Works diligently has so many organizations within Israel I saw with my eyes how he had list prepared knowing the name the people how many people in the whole house and what they need years after year October 7 have changed the game I've been in the warehouses in the freezers of what they have done to provide the meals for families some families will get one package some larger families will get two question is how many families please be want to help urge everybody uh to participate in this wonderful project that our entire Community is coming together to participate in we have the opportunity to make every Jew in these families enjoy P I'm going to call on all of you to please open up your hearts and support their needs give give from all your hearts please when iy Franco calls you give generously make sure that get the money that they need to feed the needy let's ease their pain a little let's fulfill the sh's first instruction to give God will remove poverty and bring peace amongst our people and I pray that that this P will be able to fulfill what it says at the end of the opening paragraph [Music]
