Daf Yomi Sotah Daf 44 by R’ Eli Stefansky

go good morning ride boys [Applause] John Berg as the mdy learning however here has grown we'll be hosting our first team next Thursday night at 8 30 pm if anyone in the greater mode area wants to join or welcome would likely be good to share with the clever assume being announced you only really know the guys in the issue sincerely abbyburg or Weisler and Dove yarovich .com even John Bergs yes okay give out the book your seat here are two very similar ads but in very different countries one is in England the Manchester another one is in Chicago um I don't know if I should read this right now because we're running late very nice vart from ABBA Reynard that could help people you could check this out on the screen and say this over to your friends that basically that we just learned it says that if you have a various basically that we have to be worried about that there's of other Jews and so you have to be worried about the mixes of the other Jews and make sure that they learn Terror and join the sheer be this aberranna I assume you remember my Izzy as you're in a year in our house a year ago as the market cheer reaches Filas a Izzy is a kid that's going through a lot excuse me not for this email he's going through a lot and he was in the hospital for 35 days and a Baruch came out but he's saying that he has other shirim but he was able to stick to the doctor that the dot was able to relax him uh um the attaches a short clip of us living in the hospital zundo dear belly two emails that are very soon I'm gonna show both of them then we're going to jump into that on your V we learned from its victory over golias that same day the following was reported in the news David's sling is an anti-missile system separate from the Iron Dome and was used successfully against our Wicked foes we see that death goes by the news after all isn't that the real Iron Dome David slings Down rocket headed for Tel Aviv and first real world interception I don't have the screen so you can show if you want to show show it on the screen million dollars to do that each one yeah each one no I thought that's Iron Dome no item is 100 fifty thousand dollars a million dollars okay and also similarly David this from your friend simcha Firestone from broker tone I thought it was interesting that literally in tonight's Vin news they made a big deal out of a baby being born out of three people's DNA and yesterday in the Gamora was going as having DNA from 100 people rubbish Ed three parts somebody's told me yesterday he said in the beginning yesterday you look like you want to kill somebody with your eyes every single day I want to kill the same person but boy said does anybody want to go to Prague if you go to Prague this certain individual won't be in our share for a week because he takes care of these trips huh anybody foreign anybody remember him what was he diving for his lock on his exams to thank Hashem that I finally graduated with my PhD in physics no it's a sponsorum that's what you see here foreign a boy's eye wow the ulam you have you have medicine you have enough for the two clever this guy is quiet these guys go it's like every day it's a struggle you don't understand how much work I have to put in here we're talking about our cover you can show the screen listen you pay attention and I don't know what we're gonna do but you got to do the screen so her cover I'm talking about grafting and we had a guy that grabs a tree even though he's not Potter to go to the war but if he grabs the tree he doesn't go to the war The Bryson says that if he grabs the tree he does go to the ward it's not a tour so what is it one of the Southern we had or the shot we had yesterday is that he made the original tree was but we had a question like what's going on exactly if he has a tree that's young so it doesn't really make a difference one way or another what tree does he have so he said we had it he has a tree that it's only for wood or for a fence and when he grafted it the part that he grafted was for food so that part that he grafted is the the tour is the hector tree that's what we're holding today so we have another shot it's like 19 lines from the bottom and we only have a very short dive today so it's fine we'll get to that we're done we're talking about that he's doing this grafting not in a tree made for wood but rather in a vegetable some sort of spice or something so the bottom one doesn't get you out of the war the branch gets you out of the war foreign and now obviously if you have a little spice tree you have a vegetable tree you don't get out of the war so the bottom doesn't get you out there but we have a problem are you a lot of graft to mean him are you allowed to take a fruit and graft it into a vegetable we know you know how to take a fruit and graft it into another fruit you can't take an apple and grafting into Peach es whether you could do that with a vegetable s so now we have a case where he's grafting the bottom one never got him out of the war but the grafting actually gets them out of the war I'm sure your mother is here is from gamada bengamoda says Jacoby it's another shot we have a contradiction in our mission it says that grafting gets you out of the war and the Bible says it doesn't get it out of the war it's not a problem who says we had already yesterday that a Vineyard means literally a Vineyard or nothing else you have to plant a tree you can't play games you can't graft the tree Floyd is being literal over here and he's taking it all the way to that it has to be on the Tia you have to plant the tree and therefore the brassic world that if you graph the tree it doesn't get you out of the army because now we have again going back to the stereo the mishna says that grafting gets you out of the war the prices it doesn't get out of the war you sure if he says interesting here we have a bonsai tree is that you pronounce it little Japanese tree little miniature so if it looks miniature it could be 25 years old a tremendous this tree 25 years old has Arla for the rest of its life it looks young and people are going to get confused they're gonna see you eating off the tree they'll think hey you're being over in Arlo but anyway this time can I get standard and if you have this kind of setup the two of the five trees but if you have 25 trees lined up and they're all bonsai trees so people know that it's a special Vineyard that you have here it's a special parties interesting just two days ago somebody from this year told me he's making a SEMA shots he wants to do something very special he wants to go to his father's grave with his whole family and do the same shots on the grave although it's a beautiful thing what about local Arash what about learning Tire in front of a dead person he says oh I'm gonna go ask her up I don't know why he's bringing him up is your mind he's like doing him a favor yeah but you don't do misses I don't know it's one way I hear I hear I didn't pass again I didn't pass it I I just threw out the question I threw out the question and over here you see that you're not allowed to say kriyashma next though but that person within four hours we know you go to the basically foreign it's the same it's a question okay foreign if you have a step sister she's not gonna marry her step-brothero because she looks like she looks like a sister and you meant they can't answer this who do we know the married a step sister do not answer somebody that we know everybody in this room knows this person married a stepsister knew anybody no somebody lived recently here why because it says like this you could marry his step sister like it's kind of color is the famous myself he did not want to marry his stepsister he figured she was his his uh his mother said he shouldn't marry her because she was a simple uh girl and the stepfather really wanted the sugar he saw as this great guy it wasn't the first time yet but he realized that this is his good stuff and he pushed and pressured him saw that it's causing a lot of friction between his mother and his stepfather and he decided to get married to her later on he said that was a it was a good thing he married her because the the fact that she was a simple woman she was very very postured and she wasn't spoiled and she let him learn Torah and had he married the city that they were King matsia him maybe you know these these uh Joshua girls that come from big money they wouldn't let him learn so he was very happy he said later on One Time's wife came to him and said it's not fair you know all these people that have money into this that we don't have any he said listen you want us to have all the gifts we have everything we have good children we have Toyota we have this you want us also to be rich let the other people have some gifts also talking tomorrow we're going to show this real quickly going to go through it because we know what it is you have a little field over here the guy dropped some of his weed that's like it they broke their bones and they fell she calls you you forgot a bundle he's a forgetful kind of guy if you want to remember is the corner of the field like Hayes fine so like a chico pale that we don't need a show these are Madness come get it right coming up on rules and he made a pilot out of it he was successful he had a great day Donnie he got a bunch of it he made a pie now Pyle oh and moms didn't mention a word about the thing so we have to go back mom is a big toes real quickly we've always said we're going to talk about on something more the mobile shop is also but I have to mention every day because we're Coming to America and some unbelievable over a thousand people signed up it's it's going it's going nicely but Lamesa we only have one Hall sponsored and that's pretty much it so if the island could be distracted a little bit uh corporate sponsorship maybe somebody wants to sponsor the 5 000 Gamers that we're printing like the dapin of the what we're going to be learning and put their name on it or something the food or the place the the music I don't know what it's gonna be a big massive every single place is a massive so if somebody wants to understand and not you guys you guys are I'm gonna be back here we're gonna do seem together just it'll be in the middle of the stuff let's give them some time yeah by the way another thing another very very important thing is that oh somebody actually bought the Hadron in Barber Park for fifteen thousand dollars so we are going to do a hydrant in every single location you know not the but dancing and if anybody wants to sponsor that as well those are also available for listening let's go invite there yo now you can take that part out please do me a favor because I'm gonna beginning people skip it okay good point you know okay we'll leave it in good good point later yeah take it Pace it four times during this year okay nobody goes to that base straight right okay let's go let's go we got to get to the Oman Dallas so if you put if you have a nice pile of grain you put them in the Eraser actually brings the puzzle you learn from the Levine you Potter for giving some Isis however came and said people are not gonna know what's going on there they don't know where you got it from maybe you reaped it yourself you have a nice field and you're not taking dreams people know where you got it from so in the city you are pottery if it's a very small tree is that what I'm supposed to social the picture for let me see where did I show the picture before oh yeah the same thing to put uh a vegetable together with uh uh the vineyard if it's less than a tefl it doesn't answer it vitamins it's only when you have the five trees but if you have a hole a Vineyard of these then it is here's the picture but that person in a grave so you think that only if you go directly above him you are Tommy no even if you go to the sides or if there's a Mason are right mace on this floor wherever the mace is there's four armies that are close to them that you become Tommy even if you didn't go above him why because this Xavier for those who eat taharas we don't know we're concerned maybe stuck out your hand maybe detach him somedic zero you have to put it together literally together a fence around the mace four arms happens to be that uh every time we go over your side I have a problem with the Cayenne a coin could go in a basic Forest within four arms eight which is eight feet of a caver how when you have a little wall the wall that goes up tense that's mafsik and that's the gamar is going to explain right now batana tuna we learned hotter Kevin you're probably familiar with this picture because we had it just recently in those days they used to dig out make a a cave like in higher nucleus now they have this and they would dig out in the there's a walkway and then they had all these burial plots inside in the red area and then they had a courtyard between the two areas and that's how you you get into this chamber the burial chamber through this Courtyard through the green so says the gemara that the red and the green are two separate places for Tomah even if you stand in the green it's either fourth my forts or four atoms by four hours if you stand in the green area even though it's within four armies of the whole burial chamber you don't become Tommy why because of this idea that if you could see a hefse you see a wall you see it's a different building that has a roof this does it whatever it is you can see a half stick then you don't become Tommy it's only if it's an open area or it's in one area then the four ammo halacha applies so let's see inside without it two lines now the courtyard that's with next to the burial chamber if you stand within it if you're inside a talk say that the courtyard the green has to be four by four I put four hours before I remember I bought for him only four 12 so now we're going to take basil shita because we passed itself it's fourth of which is nothing what is it the foot and a half what a little bit more than a foot here's the picture how do you get into it you climb in through some sort of Hall you go in I have a picture but if you climb it you get you come down in the staircase whatever I had enough time to exactly do downwards at the upward Let Me Shine that but you get the idea you're coming from the side the record Harbor almost then you need that the courtyard should be four hours not four it's says it doesn't make any sense if you have a staircase you can just walk right out the stairs and you're not touching any Toma but imagine if it's only for it's wide and you have to climb out through some sort of pothole how could you climb out a fort area it's this wide so obviously you're going to put your hand there put your foot there and start climbing out up so once you put your hand there you're already coming if you come out of the Ford's area you're ready in the burial chamber are you Atomic so it makes no sense what you're saying something about your right it makes no sense that's why we have to flip it around if it's a hole that you have to climb up it's obvious that you're gonna cause oil and go over the mace yeah if the opening is from the side then you're okay there's no way that foreign [Music] that's when you could notice a difference between where I'm standing in the other place I'm standing in a courtyard that's the beginning of the burial chamber because it's a wall great what if the mace is in the wide open area then for Amis around the maze is what's in the time of you now go back to the mission media area who's a man the the scheiter screams out who's the person who got engaged turn around buttons it doesn't matter who he got engaged to the woman doesn't matter her status it could be her first marriage second marriage could be a shemaritz yavam here's a picture of Samara sin is we know is just a ringy but it's a ring not like we say engagement today so she might receive him is there's two people married and Reuben has a brother called jimin and Ruben goes bye-bye so his wife now this this shimming guy he's not married to her yet he doesn't know he didn't decide whether he's going to do jalitzo or bimiaba marry her so he comes back from the war it says gamara it doesn't matter if it's just him or even if we have the five brothers bring them all out from retirement and from your vomits even if one brother died in the war on Kai's room even though they're not all going to marry her only one of the five is either gonna marry or give her Khalifa but they all could marry her and therefore they all come back from the war now it could have said in the positive the word loka without a hey it doesn't say the word says that's your hate reminisce once said he's a famous rub that was nifter just released General editor of the Schottenstein shots of the shots huge huge Tom tremendous tremendous loss big honor of and he said once that you see over here we're being media from the extra hey it should have said and it says she says what do you think in home Inspirations you don't have the extra hey and the extra valves we do we just don't have gamaras on them so there's a lot of the you can they can make in all of the Torah just we don't know all them foreign that doesn't work you don't come back from the war if you have an illegal marriage this maybe it doesn't go like Caribbean says we learned yesterday if you have a various you should come back from the war so this guy's a big ballavera like my guy in Chicago in the minion that came every single day married to grusho when he was a client and we wore him and tired of him to me and every single day it was very annoying we had none guys plus him you can't start from an extra you can't sucking shots Wait For the Love of the guy everything went through the Boucher a guy like that accordingly comes back from the war and we just said he doesn't come back from the war it's not a good enough marriage room to come back what is it I feel everybody oh he got engaged but he never he's never there's no there's no soon over here and therefore it's not over there matam why because this is that causes you're only you don't get Marcus when there's a when there's a beer but that's not the case over here and therefore he's not there's no Hilo yet no she doesn't come back because it doesn't come back because it's not a good marriage and it's not over our area he wasn't over in that area because that very happens when he's boiled but up until the bill just because he got engaged he's not very terrible there's three things if a person built a house he planted a Vineyard he got engaged Linda Harris the third teaches us how a person should act a bias first a person to build a house we eat a Karim you should get a business and then only afterwards only afterwards you should marry a woman the lootbacks have it right they get a woman who gives them a Dira and they get a woman who has a job and then they get married huh so you have a house you have a job yeah okay it says over here Derek Harris is first you get a you have some money and then you get married okay foreign you should prepare a field so what does that means first is okay make sure you have some income first you have to learn [Music] it goes in steps before you learn you have to learn how much foreign this is gonna make people wonder what's going on here after you learn homage then you can know how to treat other people because you need Torah without that and check this out I just got an email yesterday and this is in the my shop it says like this it says you'll see shine film I'm a talmud movik for the last year and a half we learned Imperial base which implies because it's who is he he must be Elizabeth the proof is what does your armored look like no Pace Queen Cherry Face Art after I gave this whole Josh about how you should look at the look back this thing gives me the stock okay great and then you don't even know how to learn you don't even know that Allah how are you going to act properly Midas is not good manners me this is a certain way of acting up first be learn Torah then you'll know how to treat other people is okay so he takes the first person puts all three they learn how to act properly but it's you're building up on one thing you need to know all this then you do maths employment once you have mass employee with him so when you have good deeds you have good mice and you have tired and everything then you go and you dig deeper into gamara to understand what the real meaning is behind everything and go deeper and then you get tired for that if you just have a little place for the guard that's not enough and the mission continues and says that if you had a house and it burned down and it fell down whatever it is and you rebuilt it exactly you took the same plans you took the architectural plans gave it to the same Builder and they built you the same exact house and those days it wasn't so hard you had a a eight by eight house that was a typical house four hours by four armas made out of mud so you just go four walls well okay I have a house Heiser if you add just one row of bricks make it a little taller a little wider then okay then you come back from the Muhammad that's as if you have a new house realize twice in every seven years your house falls down and said you're not listening to me I told you yesterday it says I never understood her men today I finally understood that they shouldn't be buried within their house doesn't mean bearing us because in that's the that's the material they used to have they built I don't know on quicksand or whatever it was that was weaker that uh that was soft that's what it says here the grand theft and it was in a dangerous place I don't know why but it was soft and they were in a bad locations there's some people that don't go to the front line even near the clients he married a new wife what is the new wife well maybe so how do you know that includes also something that was divorce and somebody that was married before Allah any type of woman okay so I just want to show you this over here because the shot is so just understand that it's not from the word because there's no way to take that word out but the word is actually just pointing at a simple chat over here we're not learning from the word but we're learning from Ishita on the bottom because that's actually because you could say your ex-wife that you remarrying you shouldn't go out to the war it's awesome maybe this guy has a wife and a wife and he just married her he could be a Japanese and support the people from behind support the troops with food and water Tamil for everything you shouldn't you shouldn't have anything to do with the the other guys do have to go and work behind the lines they don't go to war but by the lines they should support um it says look at her don't go don't do anything so what's up it's a little extra if he decides to go to war be a good guy he's gonna be over two lava says the mishnah sponsor by mucho Cohen Osa videos so here's the apostles okay so the straight dream the officers added in addition to what the koina said who's fearful and has a soft heart can't stand the war he's the guy that goes back says Rashi you have they used to have a uh a line of soldiers just standing shoulder to shoulder to not allow the enemy to come through you're gonna have to come through all of us so if he sees that and he gets all scared he should go home the lyric Sloop and see the extended uh sword and he's like no it's not true lay Bob zombies should be all done he's worried about that various he has in his hand why listen to this the tiger had rahmanas on this guy because I'm struck and say who has a virus nobody raises their hand one guy goes I'm a valivera it's embarrassing says but also who got engaged who built a house and who the vineyard so they all leave so nobody knows it is this this guy is walking down the hallway in Yeshiva he sees his friend bending over by the water fountain he gives him Aziz on his back you know like you see about him do boom and also his Shiva says I'm giving you 10 seconds to run for your life because you don't want to be revolution he didn't know that it was durashiva and that if you get up and see him yeah but the famous myself because it has to do with the Dove Cameron his uh his guest spilled the whole cup of wine the famous mice is very embarrassed so officer Mickey made a move and then white spilled on him he also spilled a cup of wine so the the guess was less less so the remission Kaplan he spoke by us right not with Nissan Kaplan the other one okay no the the the the funniest yeah they both spoke so Robert said that he once had a Mesa that uh his guest dropped the chicken on the floor and the guest was embarrassed she decided now's a great opportunity to be Rebecca Vega it's in front of the ball is and they're gonna write in the book later you know what about me was she goes and he knocks over a cup of Coca-Cola he saw that the guess is this after the suit his wife says listen it's very nice he knocked over the Coca-Cola but not on me says tomorrow um you married all these people he's not supposed to married [Music] foreign so they had people in the front people in the back not at once you didn't go back that's it you have a chance if you built the house go but once that's over you're locked in Miami very strong people in the front that if you fall down this is Rashi they'll lift you up and also they'll talk Muslim and they'll tell you go don't be scared um and behind them they also put troops with axes the holy mavakis lives These Guys these I write them if a Jew decides to run from the war he's a writer why he weakens everybody's Spirit chop off his legs yeah the famous mice of I think his name is Herman Cortez yeah he's in the 1500s he he brought his uh his uh troops and then he sunk his ships he said that's it you guys there's no way out of here either you fight and we win or but we can't get back home the ships are done and that's to do that you you want to go we're going to chop your feet off does that it's from here on biter yeah yeah Burning Bridges I got it okay fine that's what it is that's where it comes from Greg Haber for broken entire family rebellion and everyone learning the dive the beginning of fleeing is falling is going to explain that's reversed the beginning of falling your fall is because you start running push them again when they fled that's it they fell around and say you could look it up beautiful Nightmare On by he said first of all we all have to have a tremendous Accord to the soldiers because if you have a crucified a guy that gives you a candy you have to have a question someone who gives up his life for you so first of all you have to have a tremendous time second of all he said that the the fact that you have a curse of him that's your healed but you should know that the soldier has nothing to do with this it's all in the hand of who gives a whole Russia of lesbian Hashem but the point was that he said don't be scared he's telling the soldiers don't be scared don't have any package because it's all the Rebellion he's controlling everything and he says over there whatever is it uh Americans ma'am she says Americans it's not the horses and he says it's not the planes fine foreign so the future of them one shot is that she's the middle of the hopper she's smacking remember that time there's a milk and there was a siren and the coward started running in Middle hopper one of those uh missile attacks yeah she has to she runs away another shot you should have seen Tomer Olivia yesterday and say that he was so excited about the shot he found in the middle of the skin of says that the the kala goes out with the uzi the M16 she goes to war before that women would go to war oh literally he's calling you different names he says you go back from monologue my my Ben Mya been reviewing basically they're both saying you go back from because he says you only go back for a clean godo who marries an armada in other words the right so you go back but uh they're a bunny you don't go back at least there's any kind of Avera Le Marshall if a person spoke between putting on the films so there's two ways to learn it there are some people very few but if you go according to the grow you make one brother and that's it that patterns also some people most of you make two brothers so but it seems like from Russia he's learning that since he only made one bracha honestly and then he spoke so now he has to make a note he has to make that bracha again on his film to Reich and he did it can you imagine the darker these people were on even everybody like that you come back from the war you come back from the war somebody else got scared from the horns Hanover streets and he heard the shields he heard the swords being against each other we had an accident literally he went to the bathroom without getting to the bathroom he has water dripping down his feet physical he's so scared he's shaking the civilizes talking about Alvarez but he also agrees that a person is shaking like a leaf and he can't fight he should go home the beginning of the Fall is the fleeing not the fleeing is the beginning of fleeing is the is the fall that's not how you say it the beginning of the Fall the beginning of the loss of the war is Nissa is fleeing when you flee you lose the war Emma you're right remember they should kill us and feel on this you have to change it around what's going on simple chart makes it all easy in purple the green they're saying the exact same thing call this war orishos calls this war a Mitzvah it's the same exact thing they're both green another type of War a Mitzvah and review the cause that same War they're saying the same thing so then what's the difference there is a difference so let's see inside Richard called that same word on the the the the the war of the Mitzvah the Arabic review the review the cause the red oh [Music] and just to go and get more money that's according to everybody your shoes on the border pointing the tanks at us to go a preemptive War that's where the mcclegas is so on that we have a child of what it is and what's in akimino according to be who though if you have tanks on the border preemptive is called the Mitzvah so preemptive going in and striking Egypt before they strike us that's preemptive and it's a Mitzvah and if it's a Mitzvah you don't have to we're still in enough to do whatever you're doing when you do is but according to our button on it's considered and you wouldn't be Hive in certain minutes let's go let's add two more minutes let's go let's start the parrot so this is the last peric in the Messiah unfortunately it's only four five long ago the eglaro arufo we know this is it is that if you find a dead person and you don't know kill them so you measure to the closest city and the closest city brings uh Diana we're gonna see how many three or five and they chop the the calves head off and they say these shuffles we have nothing to do with items these words must be said in Los Angeles foreign so as a commission installation of a business it was three that came from the great best in your life so it's two and two is four when best in chocolate can never have an equal amount of people in a business just in case this is you need somebody to to decide if they found that person under a pile of rubble are you talking about Elon or hanging in other words he's not laying flat on the ground Lord how you are with him there's no egg has me underground noise falling and not hanging on a tree but I saw the lights off if he found them next to the Border or later or next to the city that's full of mostly going you don't have a bezen of 23. is going to discuss is because I'm going through July my wife has had a flight to America suddenly and I am going through your sign to my daughter so my Mela Shear over here will be at 10 15 unfortunately video at 10 15 it starts anyways at 10 15. so this time we'll try to be on time at 10 15 or 10 30. no have a wonderful day
