your time time with you know what I'm talking about you know who you are and instead of those things you're doing a d and when you do it every single day every day you build a habit to the point where after a few weeks in the beginning is difficult but after a few weeks you don't even think about it anymore it just becomes you and automatically you find yourself learning and then you feel that positivity and you say wow I can't believe it year ago I wasn't doing anything and I used to tell people yeah I learn a little this and I did but you know you weren't doing anything you weren't doing anything and here you are you're learning 45 minutes a day every single day but you have to make that a habit and B if today's your first day Sedin is a pretty long has over 100 I promise you that if able to do with the daff I'll do it with food and then all a it's gone and the first day it's very difficult second day third day I'll give you a personal example I used to Dr I didn't drink coffee made Ain that if I'm going to drink two cups of coffee every day and two spoons of sugar in each cup of coffee that's four a day times 365 I like that this pounds upon pounds of sugar so I cut out the sugar and I cut out the milk and it was disgusting the first day a little less disgusting 3 days later and now it's just I I I can't even think about I'm going to drink coffee with sugar P doesn't make any sense I hate it milk no it's like this is how I drink it I love it it's kak you get used to it like anything else I started doing treadmill I was I get on the treadmill I do a daara every day just nature it's just I don't even think about it I don't even know what I'm doing I don't know what I did before I just get on the treadmill I learn I walk sweat galic it just becomes part of are you
