But they couldn't say that it's but it makes a lot of sense now that it came through the breathing pipe. Why? We have to know how the needle got into the liver. You want to say it came through the esophagus and therefore it made a hole and it's just found a needle in a stake. Would the animal be tra? It didn't make a hole in the intestines and therefore it would be if the head of the needle is on the outside of the liver then it came through the esophagus the and made a hole and therefore it's strafe. But if the the inside it came through the trachea, that's because it's very large and wide and we don't assume that it punctured through an organ.
