Most of them are great people, talmidei chachamim. Sometimes you have a guy that's Is that If they find out that you're the the go out at night or whatever, they throw they they send you home. Over here you have a kusi, a guy that's mashgiach He doesn't believe in Torah she baal peh b'al peh b'al peh. His His hashgacha is good. His shchita is good, says the Gemara. We wouldn't put up with it today. You know what I'm talking about? You know what I'm talking about? Says the Gemara, Abaye daik m'reisha, Rava daik m'seifa. You could You could go both ways. You could either learn from the reisha that yotzei v'nichnas is not good. Because the reisha says, only the top hashgacha in the world is good. Only if you have a 100% of the time mashgiach standing there watching, then it's okay. If the guy comes in and out, no good. Or you could be m'daik from the seifa. Or when do you need a taste test? When there was never hashgacha at all. You came, so then you give him a taste test. But let's say there's a hashgacha that the guy comes in and out, then it'll be perfect. You could go You could learn from the reisha, you could learn from the seifa, they're opposite things. So Abaye daik m'reisha here. Now, this is the case we're looking for. What's not mentioned at all is the nichnas v'yotzei case in the center. Abaye says, let's learn from the reisha. That what? Only when you have a full-time mashgiach is it good. But nichnas v'yotzei no good. He He puts nichnas v'yotzei under the reisha. So he comes out with something completely different. That's why yesterday we learned that Abaye holds nichnas v'yotzei is not is not good l'chatchila, only b'di'avad. You do the taste test on nichnas v'yotzei. Abaye yotzei v'nichnas lo.
