[Music] so I'm here with you thr climing from the Cuttery the reason why I'm here right now is because everybody's looking to save money especially in today's economy um this housing is so expensive and one of the first things I usually see when people close their on their house especially new construction is custom closets it's a fortune that's where you SL your soll comes in tell us about your idea when I bought my new development house we wanted to do custom closets and it was a fortune I'm a guy who likes to do things himself and I just wanted to buy the parts and make my own closets the problem is you can't do that none of the places that make custom closets will sell to someone a retail Bary they only sell to the closet people and it costs a fortune so I decided enough I opened up this business we have six figures of Machinery this very expensive CNC machine it's very expensive Edge bander we have tons of very expensive machinery and what we do over here is we let you program your own custom closets and cut them so you can bring them home and put them together yourself wow can you show us how it works you have like you have a softer you have I'm going to show you I'm going to show you a little later you sit down you can see 3D you take a measurement of your closets you can buy a laser and $20 on Amazon take a measurement you sit down with my programmer you tell her the measurements you tell her what you want you can make the drawers bigger smaller wider whatever you want then we take it we send it over here to the shop you can get any material you want I'm going to show you later a couple of options this is a standard white this machine comes and it cuts the material down it drills all the holes perfectly then we take the material over here we bring it over to this other machine this Edge bander machine like this is $200,000 and you put it through this machine and what it does is it takes the cut material and it puts a beautiful Edge on it and then this is actually a finisher already to be picked up you could see they have all the cams in over here that you need to have we send an instruction manual how to put it together all the holes are drilled we really have people putting together themselves so people so we have a lot of people put it well they don't put it together so the boys put them together the the but we have a lot of people that hire handyman $75 an hour the guy comes in and he puts it together so you come you pick it how much are people saving on doing it this way you have to figure that on about a $10,000 custom closet job if you're doing it in white you could probably get it done here for under $4,000 so you sa an enormous amount of money somewhere about a third right show us show us how it works the program and let's see very interesting Chevron Des a lot a lot of a lot of the women like this these plaid designs can also doood MAF you're also doing you can do what swood maaas yeah yeah you can also make bookcases absolutely I can show you a picture of of something that we've done beautiful beautiful s shrs you can do a very you can do a glossy material if you want you know we have all this this Ultra matte and these Ultra gloss materials we have tons of accounts with tons of supplies we can get everything you want now let me show you a little what it's like to actually make a closet okay so this is I'm on I'm right now with my uh programmer so let's make a closet over here that's 71 in wide let's assume it's 71 in wide Let's uh let's say that the ceiling over here is going to be uh let's call it an 8ft ceiling but let's pretend I measured it with my laser and it comes out to be exactly instead of uh 96 in instead of exactly 8 ft it's 7t 11 in so that's it's going to be 95 95 1/2 in let's say would be the ceiling height okay so you can see now she's drawing out the closet she's dra up the actual closet and then she's going to put in the Heights over here and she has the Heights and now she's going to put in yeah there's a double door in this closet over here um in the front in the front uh wall of the closet and we'll make that double door and that's a let's say a 60 in 60in y double door okay so this is again this is going to help us with visualizing our space exactly okay so now let's now let's actually put the uh put the closets in so let's make this a three section closet if we can so you can see over here this is the wall and we're adding one side panel um and we're going to add another side panel um and then we're going to so let's do let's do a double hanging on the left a t hanging on the left maybe we should do you know drawers and shelves in the middle and um and on the right side we're going to do we're going to do a double hanging we're going to do so let's let's do that so you can see over here um FR she's putting in she's putting on all the side panels she's making sure they're the right height and you're going to see in one moment she's going to drop in the uh the units over here we're going to we're going to make the let's make the drawers in the middle 24 in wide and then on the two sides we're going to equalize the two side sections so we'll have to we'll uh we'll calculate what that is oh wow look at this getting there okay so yeah let's change that it's three drawers now let's change it to four drawers over here okay so let's just uh cutting it in half put four drawers in if we can okay so we spent the last 3 minutes drafting this up now let's see a 3D so you see the the 3D of the closet then if we can pull the doors off let's pull the doors off and now you can see this is exactly what it's going to look like in your room you could literally make sure you're using every inch exactly the way you want it so you can customize exactly as you need if you want more something up and down and right and left and smaller and bigger and in and out there's there's no limit you can make something Cur there's no limit to what you can do with this and once we have this and you approve it we click a button and it gets sent to the machine if you want to show optimizing sting to the machine you can hit a button and and um and then it goes straight to the machine machine so how quick can you get this job done let's if somebody's in a rush it's before PES he wants to get it done so someone's in the rush for an extra fee they move to the front of the line we've had jobs that people ordered in the morning they got it the same day sometimes the next day especially if we have the material if you're doing it white we have it in stock we can get it
