how important is it to have a connection to a live LaRussa or Magna cheer you need that accountability or it's possible to just be connected to your online share as you're primarily an online market share is just having that connection enough how do you balance those two aspects well I certainly concur that having a personal connection to a Rebbe or tour magne sheer cannot be replaced by the the my good cheer is people always like a personal connection so if it's with the country stuff is with my good cheer I find it that's a struggle personally connecting with people but I exude it in my voice I try to have people get I try to get people the feeling that I care about them and then I'm always available for people you want to contact me want to call me send a message send an email I'm always available for anyone that wants so for anyone that does want that connection it's there for them the current sure that I'm giving right now is actually to a live Shearer that's was interesting the last the last cycle I gave was just to a computer screen and the joke I have is once it was giving a Sheeran - Abbott own somewhere and we had a very limited time so we had like 30 minutes times to have their red beans have that that abusive different people are different some people need like the actual direct pressure I think most people almost everybody needs to feel like they belong to if ever that they belong to a group that's that's doing it but there are people that manage to do that online that they feel like you're part of Italy no questions though though they'll have some some who listen online for a while eventually they'll always want to connect to the person who's teaching this year because you need to feel like you connect to already there are a number of values and they don't always have to overlap we need the need to have a Rebbe is crucial one can't go through life without a connection to a Rebbe I say look how rough one needs to have a feeling of a cry is
