once you believe students could achieve
greatness and you take away your belief
that they are limited by something they
can do almost

anything we made something called the
campus Communicator trying to solve a
problem of being able to contact a
student if we need to be able to tell
them something it consists of a few
buttons and a screen and you could send
a few different pre-program messages
easily to the other person success of
this project talks to the devotion and
love and cohesiveness amongst the
students and also amongst the staff
really didn't matter if this project was
the best project what it matters is that
whole process of learning of how to go
through the idea of thinking something
and trying to make it what it meant to
me that the students won and the school
won together it showed up we put in the
work and we really focus and everyone
brings their talents to the table we can
succeed in first place we worked really
hard for that trophy when we won I just
like shock I thought they're not going
to call us but then they're like oh this
is a very unique thing staff and
students communicated with each other
without internet you won the first place
on her first time ever presenting we won
we we've accomplished so much throughout
this year of building the campus
Communicator I think it is important to
be to to have people around you to make
to make you feel more feel more
confident about yourself I think people
tend to put labels and put people into
boxes it requires support it's
definitely not impossible there's
nothing that we say to the students you
cannot do we will help them attempt it
and if they're successful we obviously
celebrate their success I want to wish a
huge mle to to this Rockstar team with
their work determination collaboration
with your peers you guys could achieve
anything I am so proud to be your
principal
