Growth Without Profit Will Hurt You

This is something I see a lot in business. Growth looks exciting. More clients. More revenue. More activity. Then you look at the profit. That’s where the real story is. Growth on its own doesn’t carry the business forward. Profit is what supports everything behind it. When profit stays flat, pressure builds over time. The numbers start telling a different story. That’s something I always come back to. Growth matters. Profit shows if it’s working.
