I find that if a guy or girl is like 40 years old and they have you on your reference since you're like 22 and you're getting calls for 18 years, you know, you wonder if the people you have you on your reference, are they serious? I'm going to get criticized for this. If they're not serious, maybe they are serious. I don't know. But let's say they just cha passing around their resume. I don't know what they're looking for in life anymore, some of these people. And then you're getting phone calls and people want an hour of your time. You're like, I'm a guy. >> Listen, first of all, I say don't drive the references crazy. Ask the questions what you need, what is pertinent, what is important for you. I have to go through the whole list. When I send out, I send out loads of questions to people. I try to help people out. Send a sample of questions what you should ask references. I say there's 40 odd questions there. Don't ask every single question because it's an air for everybody. Ask what's important for you. And it's very important. People should update their resume. Like [music] what you said, some people got a resume and they didn't change it for 5 years plus and people knew them when they were 14 or 16 or 18 and now they're mid20s, late 20, they got no connection with them. So very important. Update your photo. Update your resume.
