You know how you sometimes have leftover
chicken from Shabas from the chicken
soup? This is a great recipe that you
can make from the leftover chickens from
from this chicken soup from Shabas. All
you need is two chicken bottoms, a half
a carrot, celery stick, sour pickles,
spring onions, and mayonnaise, garlic
powder, and salt. Of course, we peel the
carrots.
We want small pieces of carrots, so I'm
using a grater.
We chop the celery into really small
pieces.
Slice up the spring onions.
Let's cut the pickles also into small
pieces.
We pulled the chicken off the bone,
add it into the pot, 1/4 of a cup of
mayonnaise,
1/4 of a teaspoon salt,
and 1/4 of a teaspoon garlic powder.
Let's take the edge of our fork and mix
until it's very well mixed and very
fine. It should look like a tuna salad.
As a matter of fact, it tastes very
similar to a good tuna salad. I'm mainly
using the tip of the fork.
There you have it. I hope you enjoy it.
Let me know how it came out. I
appreciate the feedback. Thanks for
watching. Peace and blessings.
