Cheder of Lakewood expands to 99 Classrooms in 220,000 Square Foot Building

okay this PO over here is going to be the end of the seventh and eighth grade section which is about 35,000 ft we built over here this area I'm standing now will be the future base me for 7th and 8ighth grade and this area down here will be a gym for the seventh and eighth grades this building we bought 2 years ago 217,000 ft building so far we've outfitted about 35,000 ft for the 7th and eighth grade and this area you're looking at now will be a 15,000 square ft playground with an open roof two stories high which will be surrounded by classrooms it'll be fully secure with no access from the outside these classrooms you're looking at will have Windows into the playground this is our first grade on primary classrooms around the exterior of this 15,000 ft playground the building will be 220,000 Square ft with a second floor second floor will have 60,000 Square ft Al together we're building 11 classrooms per grade which will give us a total of 999 classrooms plus two in rooms special ads 101 rooms for each grade the building will be able to hold over 2500 students probably the largest in America and I feel good about saying probably the largest in the world this project started a couple of weeks ago in the metem we hope by September to have in the first floor finished which will give us four grades into the new building we have over 30 Masons a day doesn't make a difference what the weather is rain snow or cold this is like building a city an indoor City in metm if there's enough funding and we can keep the project moving we'll be able to do the second floor and maybe have everybody in the whole school at one time by this coming September
