everybody say i have this here to be here in an interview with the first person the first action that moved into the beautiful community fairways ish i'm sorry enclave it's right next to fairways and a beautiful community for seniors it's a great idea people that sell their homes in brooklyn then they want to live next to the kids and then they have a special designated area um and clay ferret which is in mamish in the center of lakewood they have everything walking distance and it's designated basically it's quiet it's nice taken care of they have a nice association that takes care of everything there's a club house right there's a lot to do over there the gym and pools anyway that's not the reason why i'm here next year it's just i'm just inviting introducer of news and reese the reason why i'm here is nutson is taking upon himself a beautiful organization he's opening it up actually this week right introducing this to the world it's going to what's the name of the organization which stands for active seniors accomplished personnel okay beautiful sounds amazing like this asap so let's hear what's this organization all about we try to match up with chatham between 55 and older people that still want to work and can work and have talents and are responsible reliable and to work find jobs with them different companies here in lakewood both men and women wow wow amazing so basically you tell me there's a lot of people that had jobs in brooklyn but since they moved they can't travel in so they're looking for new jobs and not everybody has it so easy so that's why it is a special organization there are companies they're looking to hire especially now with a big you know a lot of people are searching for good workers and there are people that still want to work they don't want to retire and they still want to be in the work field so explain us what is the my love taking uh what's the mile of having a senior as an employee okay these are semi retired people they worked their whole life and they developed careers they had good jobs but they reached a point where they're here they're only working part-time but they're reliable an older person knows what it means to come at nine o'clock and to leave it four or five whatever time one time the probably the best example to explain how reliable they are are davening in lakewood in the most part in russian is it seven o'clock or eight o'clock and hydro boxing is day 10 8 15 and then people come in by us we have three million autonomous enclaves davening we have a few minutes on them if it's obviously seven by 705 everybody is there nine o'clock or 8 30 is dominating the only people that don't come within five minutes from dominating starts i guess the the children and the agents but but we we're here i'm tired but the organization is not only for the ancliff you put for everyone right yeah so you're saying that as manas as man the the the seniors they don't want to come they're not playing around with the timing and they know what it means if 60 minutes put in 60 minutes of work and they're willing to work there again they're responsible not going to call it's raining and their babies didn't come they work they don't want full-time appointment but part-time they will produce because they're not busy with other things they're not busy going to appointments for the kids the doctors they're not busy playing with the phones correct the work is works isn't it yeah definitely wow amazing amazing okay so what's the next step from nelson what's three four seven six nine three six eight six live or em email me a resume asap at asap.cx i will then after speaking to a prospective employee i'll email him a or her a form which they tell us what they're looking for in a job etc and then we will work very hard to place them so far we had an article in the shopper over friday i've gotten 20 30 calls of people looking for jobs i must have gotten at least 10 calls from companies saying last week without even being open i placed uh two people jobs in one day they called they wanted a job a guy found someone who wants to hire them and they got they got jobs we're working with pcs we're working with epi this is both organizations which help people with jobs they are forwarding us jobs that they think would be good for seniors and administration we hope to have a committed success and both employees and employers will benefit from our services kevaldik i'm not saying with a pleasure talking to you and i really appreciate it thank you for your time
