Kazak Beth Cabrio Ammy Athletics are
your eyes. Welcome everyone to today's
very special event. We want to start off
by giving a special shout out and thank
you behind the scenes. Rafalaku Sham
Zaras doing a round of applause.
A lot of time efforts to make tonight's
events great success and and of course
it's a great partnership between Kazak
Gri athletics and guard your eyes.
Everyone of of course is encouraged to
um we know of course the elections
coming up is such an important um
election coming up which has tremendous
impact on on um on on so many of us
every single person um every single
rabbi ashari everyone is in unison
everyone has an obligation to vote so
everyone should register in the back
right after the lecture there's
representatives you have Allan David
Izzy everyone to everyone should
encourage of course to register to vote
vote. Um, of course, if anyone um at the
end of the at the end of the program, we
we're going to be doing the raffle. Um,
and you have to be in person over here.
Stay to the end in order to be part of
the raffle. And um, of course, this is a
we have this this is tonight's event is
called the secret to the best life. We
have three tremendous speakers. We have
Mr. Charlie Arari, Rabali Harowitz, and
Rabbi Yakov Nadell. And um, and just to
give a quick word about um um, tonight.
So there was a story once of of of a
rabbi in Los Angeles and and and
somebody went over to a professor in one
of the universities came over to him and
he said, "Rabbi, you teach and I also
teach I you you teach the teach the
Judaism, Torah, and I teach mathematics,
so we're just the same." So the rabbi
said back to him, "I want to ask you a
simple question. How how many of your
students have you ever went to their
wedding? How many how many have you been
invited to their wedding?" He's like,
"What do you mean? Why? Just none. Zero.
I'm I'm just teaching them information.
So the difference between me and you is
that I'm not just teaching them
information. We're teaching them about
life. And that's what we're talking
about over here tonight that we have so
many we have these tremendous Charlie
Rarowitz
and they're not only just be teaching
giving over information. They were
teaching us about the proper derek the
proper way the proper way of life. And
um with without further ado, somebody
who's impacting the community at such a
tremendous level, the the founder and
director of Kazakh.
[Applause]
The truth is I came here tonight to be
inspired.
A shoe of this magnitude is not just for
a regular businessman. It's not just for
college students. Everyone in class has
what to improve when it comes to this
matter. Uh but I was asked to say maybe
two three words of introductions because
my good friend Rafal Kub who was uh the
man behind this year I was in Israel
with him last week and he wanted me to
share maybe a small thought that we both
heard from the
I want you to hear what he had to say.
Anyone over here knows how many mitzvah
do we have in the Torah?
>> 613. That was easy. How many mitzvah are
positive commandments in the Torah?
>> 48.
>> 2008.
>> 48. Very good. How many of them are
negative mitzvot?
>> 365. Now, we know we got to say twice a
day.
That's a minimum. Morning and night.
Now in we have several positive
commandments
obviously loving and teaching to your
children and the
right that's in
how many negative commandments did we
have in the whole section of
only one which one is it
the only that God felt The only negative
commandment God felt should be in the
par of
not don't eat pork, not don't kill,
doesn't say don't steal. It says what?
Keep your eyes and your heart pure.
Control your eyes. Control your heart.
You know why? Because if you control
your eyes and your heart, you can
control everything else. You can take
care of all the other don'ts in the
Torah.
When a person has his eyes in the right
place, your actions will be in the right
place as well.
Now,
you have today a lot of people teaming
up together. Obviously, Bri is hosting
this event. They've been doing so many
great things for the community. They
joined together with Ammy Athletics. Ami
Athletics is a new thing that's been
going on here for the past year or two.
So many great things to unite the
community
obviously together with Kazak and of
course with this organization called
Guard Your Eyes Ge
Some of you only heard about it for the
first time today but there should be
something that's part of your family
whether it's yourself, your father, your
brothers, your children, everyone needs
the encouragement of this organization
and we're going to find out more about
this organization very shortly. But I
encourage everyone to spread the word
about this.
It's avah we all have to work on and
today be step number one.
We're taking that major step and there
should be every single one of you that
came here today. This should be for you
and your family to be written.
We're gonna ask Robbie now please
introduce the next speakers. Thank you
very much everyone for your time.
>> Thank you for hero
man needs no introduction has has spoken
right over here for so many years and u
he really gives over his lathe he really
and his time his heart for kra it's our
great it's our great honor give round of
applause to Mr. Charar
[Applause]
It's a big to be here to be back here.
Thank you, Rabbi.
Thank you for what you do, for the clal
is I'm telling you, gee should be in
your head. These these are things that
we need to have on our fingertips. This
is the crew that we have. These are our
soldier. These are our commando units
that we have to worry about as we go
into the galut, as we're about to enter
into the gula. We need to have our team.
GY was one of those teams. You got to
know it and hold it and you'll hear more
about it later. So I want to share with
you an idea as to why this is maybe the
most important thing we can talk about
now maybe.
So without getting into details because
once I get into these details I get
lost. Talk a little bit about football
just to get started for a second. I
can't get too much into it. One of the
great teams in the larger in the larger
uh east coast
was failing for many many many years. he
switched their coach and the next year
they switched their coach they went to
the playoffs. So there's a lot of hawk
as to why new new offensive systems,
whatever.
They interview the players at the end of
the year. They're on a losing team. Year
after year, same players, a maybe one or
two draft picks, but the same team. Year
after year after year after year after
year, they're losing. The coach comes in
separately. New coach, new team, new
coaching staff. The next year, they go
to the playoffs.
They go, "How's that possible? Sam Crew.
Everyone had a different answer. And
there's one answer that I saw that stuck
out of me. This is years ago. He said,
"When the coach of our old team came in,
he said, "Let's win the game."
When the coach of the new key team came
in, he said, "We're going to win the
Super Bowl." When you play for the game
in front of you, you win, you lose. When
you're clear with where you're going,
when you're gearing up in day one to
play in the Super Bowl, when you're a
playoff team in training camp, you play
a different game. You see the end.
You're already at the end. And when
you're at the end, your today is
different. How you practice is
different. How you move is different.
You're your your training for the
playoffs. So that's why it makes sense
that every single thing we did was
heading towards the playoffs.
We're right now in almost at Roshana.
For us, we're going rolling. Soon
Dashkin will start saying they'll start
coming also.
We're in the game. This is it.
But when what's a super bowl?
So allow me for a minute to get into the
world of drop in the world of pine pine.
Pineote pine.
In the world of sorry in the world of
Pineas I'll go back and forth the drop.
I'll come back. In the world of premius
they say that actually you know when the
din is done we think the din is done on
kipur we're done after that's why in get
excited we're finished in the world of
pine as it says you know when the din is
really done the din is really done on
the super bowl in the world of the pine
is the
came
We we talked about the it never ends. We
are always fighting Greeks.
The Greek way of life is our fight all
the time. And so we enter now into the
season. We're in training camp. In a
minute, the games are going to begin.
We're going to get to Roshana
and we're going to take it all the way
to Kanuka. And in Kanuka, we'll have the
final battle. And the final den, what's
the den of Hanukkah? What's the fight of
Hanukkah? And why does it apply to right
this second?
So, one of the questions we have when we
go to Kaneka, we'll come back. In
Kaneka, it says that what they were
trying to do to us is to get us to
forget Torah.
I don't understand something. The Greeks
weren't trying to get us to forget
Torah. They were trying to get us to
destroy Torah. How come when we say,
we're saying trying to forget Torah?
because you have to understand what the
war of the Greeks were. Give me a
minute. If you came to Shabb sound a
little bit like a review, but it's good.
We can review together.
The Jewish people are sitting in in the
beta mdash. They're sitting in Arit
Israel. They're sitting fine.
And all of a sudden, something happens.
A man decides to take over the whole
entire world. Who is this man? His name
is Alexander the Great. Why did he want
to conquer the whole world for? Greece
wasn't enough. Didn't have enough money.
He had plenty of money. He couldn't
handle the area around. House was big
enough. Maids, servants, he had fun.
What was he doing? He wasn't conquering
the world because he needed more land.
He was conquering the world because he's
on.
He believed in something.
He had a rabbi.
His rabbi Aristotle told him that you
have to go out and show the world the
truth. What's the truth? The truth is
that every one of those people in the
world, they're crazy. They believe that
up there in the world are gods and we're
created in the image of God. They
believe you're supposed to battle a god.
The god's the center of the world. They
pray to them. You worry about them in
their lives is a god. Even if you
weren't Jewish back then, you prayed to
some god. You know who's in the center
of the world? The hellist believe it's
not hashem. It's not god. You know who
center the world? Me. The human. Greek
gods were made in the image of humans.
We believe we're made in the image of
Hashem. They believe the gods are made
in the image of them. It's the body,
sports, athletics, how you look. It's
the surface. There's no inside the
surface.
When they put the rabbis in the room
during the time when they translated the
Torah, all the rabbis made a couple of
the same mistakes. One of the mistakes
that all rabbis made on purpose
was they said,
They wrote shishi. Why? Because they
said if I write shiv in the one that
translated they're going to make them
work on Saturday. I can't tell them that
on this day on shi they put in he put in
the soul. They don't have a soul. It's
whatever you see. It's whatever's in
front of you. It's the body. It's this
world. It's physical. It's what you can
taste and touch.
Alexand didn't run around the world
because he needed more land. He was on.
He was showing the world. You guys are
crazy. You're praying to a god. You're
missing your whole life. Serve yourself.
Enjoy yourself.
He had an ideology.
He ran around the whole world and
changed the world. He came to Eric. You
know when he came to saw what happened?
They were so scared they went out to
greet him. He didn't say I'm going to
destroy you. You know what he told the
Cohen Gad? Stay. I just want to leave a
couple of leaflets. Do you mind if I
just leave a couple of books on Greek? I
love the mdash. It's gorgeous. But just
let me leave a cup. You mind the one
gymnasium? Just a gymnasium.
Get a little bit.
And before you know it, for years and
years and years in her with the beta
mikdash,
a little bit more, a little bit more, a
little bit more. And within the beta
mikdash in that period of time, he
didn't come out with strong fights.
Alan didn't come in with the with the
battery armies. He didn't come in with
the tanks. came in with a little bit of
ideology, a little bit of germs.
Remember we sat down for a couple of
year for a couple of months and
everybody had to shut themselves down
because a couple of germs got loose.
Before we had CO, you know, we had
Greeks,
germs. You know what the germs were?
Relax with Hashem. You're in the middle
of the world. You're in the center of
the world. It's you. It's what you want.
Relax with the whole bowing stuff.
There's nothing happening. At the
beginning, you know what the Jew said?
show them. You kidding me? And then you
know what happened? One guy's like,
"Yeah, not so bad. Two, three, 100."
Before you know it, there was a a war
the Hellenists against against the the
the the Piroshima against the
Let me tell you something. When the
Neshan, we'll talk about if I get if I
come back before the Nanaka started,
before they walked in with Antio, do me
a favor. The Jews were killing each
other. They were finding sadikim and
killing them. By the way, not just
Greeks, Helenists, Jews.
You know why? Because they bought it.
They were struck with the virus. The
Greek virus. The Greek virus says what
you see, you take. Greek virus says why
you're holding back for. The Greek virus
says pleasure.
Pleasure is what you can put into your
mouth. Pleasure is what you can put into
your hands. Stop with the inside stuff.
Don't be so polyiana. There's nothing
happening.
And guess what? Human beings, they buy
that stuff. You need proof, go take a
walk. They buy it. Go to go to the city.
Look, go don't don't go to the city.
If you ever went to the city, which
hopefully after tonight you're going to
stop going. Why is every single
billboard trying to make some woman into
not a woman? Why do they have to turn
them into into into objects for for
what? Because they're Greeks. That's
what Greeks do. Now watch. Just give me
a second. Watch.
The Greeks did something amazing. Listen
to this. I got this from beyond. Listen
to what the Greeks did. Listen to their
brilliance. I want to show you the game
plan. They have a very clear offensive
strategy. They're not the best in the
world for nothing. We're not sitting in
Galut because we're Greeks because
they're They're JB ball players. You
know what I mean? Watch what they do.
Watch.
During the time of a man named Talmai,
Talmay was a Greek king. After Alexander
died, the kingdom split. In the north
was Dantiois, which ultimately became
the guy who came to kill us in Kanuka.
But in the south was a man named Talmi.
His sec I believe the second Talmi. The
second king Talmi wanted to show the
world that he was cultured. So he
created the library of of Alexandria. He
wanted every single book in the world to
be in the library. He sent a message up
to the Jews who were living in Eric. He
said, "Bring me your rabbis and I want
you to translate the Torah into Greek.
It's called the subtent."
The rabbi said, "No." Why? Because the
Torah isn't words. The Torah is code.
The Torah is the ore of Hashem. Hashem
took his ore. Hashem took his light, the
light that sets the whole world or he
put it, he's he buried it into the words
of Torah. When you open up a gim, you're
not just reading words about what
happened to this shore and that shore.
You're getting light that's behind black
words. It's going into your
open you look at the not just words.
That's what we're doing the story.
You're staring at light. That's why you
when they walk through people going like
this in their eyes. You ever see that?
They're going into Why? Because this
isn't just words to us. It's tun. It's
buried. It's it's hidden with light in
it. That's why people are sitting and
learning and they're on fire. You go to
the place like go to base mag go to BMG
and Lakewood. Go to Eric. You see people
walking in you see boys 25 30 years old
brilliant guys that can be rich
millionaires sitting over Garia on fire.
You going what you fight for? They read
Harry Potter. They wouldn't be on fire
because they're sectic getting all the
R.
We didn't want it to be Greek because if
it's Greek it's not translating Abraham
to Abraham. Abraham has light in it.
Abraham is just a word
but he's the king.
So 72 rabbis come down and the miracle
happens. They all made specific mistakes
to keep the Torah alive and it went
through.
And from that time on they showed the
world that they are pro Torah.
You want to go see today to a Greek
place, go to go to Ivy League schools.
It's Greek. Everywhere you look is
Greek. All the fraternities are Greek.
The symbols, everything is Greek. Go
right now to an Ivy League school if you
can get on school. Back in the old days,
you can get on if you're a Jew. Now you
can't even walk in the in in the quad.
But back in the good old days, you walk
in and you say, "I want to learn Torah."
They're going to say, "Go home." Then we
of course I have a divinity school. We
got Bible one, Bible 2, we got prophets.
We can teach you whatever you want. What
do you got to go there for? We have
every We have a professor of Bible
criticism. We have everything here.
Why?
Listen, because the Greeks understand
there's a value in what's called
limudra.
They respect it.
They understand what it means to have
scholarship.
They understand what it means to have
someone who knows something. It's very
Greek to become smart. You're going to
go and study Torah. And now I'm going to
ask you a question. You know the whole
by heart. We respect that. The Greeks
are not against Limud Torah. In fact,
they translated the Torah to get more
people to study and to learn it.
And they're not fighting limudor.
What the Greeks fight is not lira. You
know what they fight?
The ore of Torah.
Study, but don't get that your ore from
them. Study, but don't look at those
words because if you look at those
words, don't feel the ore. Don't feel
the light. Don't get the
for a Greek, they want you. They're okay
if you study all day, all night. But
what they fight against, what we're in
galut for, what we are fighting against
right now is not limit. There's more
Torah in the world. Why is there no
gula? There's more books on this shelf
than there were in towns in Europe.
There's a million hours right now right
now in Torah anytime. There wasn't a
million hours in a hundred years. How
come we don't have a because not about
limu torah. You have to learn to. That's
not what it's about. It's about the aura
of Torah. It's the light that the the
Torah gives you. It's your life. You sit
down of a long day. You have a cup of
tea and a and and a go and you feel like
you're alive. If that's what it's about.
It's about going to not being pumped.
There's no don today.
It's about not getting excited that
kipur is over. I don't want to do it
again for the next year. It's about
going to dyomi and it's wonderful. Dam
is great. But if you're pumped for a
quick daf,
why watch?
Because we're have to go to to to shul.
Me and you are going to shore to learn
to go to Dafomi. And on the way, the
Greeks are in their in control center
and they go, "Uhoh, I see two Jews
walking in Queens." Hold on a second.
Check this out. Where are they going?
They're going to class. What do you mean
they're going to class? It's 6:00 in the
morning. I know. Look at the Jews. How
am I going to get these guys to stop?
You can't stop. They're going to mut.
So, the Greek one Greek Mossad guy go
one Greek uh commander goes to the next
Greek commando. Listen, I have an idea.
Hold on a second. Boom. And the guy's
walking on the street and he goes, "Yo,
yo, before we walk in, check this out.
Hold on. You see last night's game? Oh
my god, you got to see this catch." He
caught it over the guy's head and went
across the middle and went the whole
distance. Hold on. He's like, "Perfect.
The stadium. That's Greek. Get me
something that's kosher enough. Hold on
a second. Go." And the guy pulls out his
thing before you walk in. Check this
out. No way. Touchdown. Okay, let's go
inside. Greek's like, "Keep on learning,
tough guys. I just got your R.
You walk down the street, you look up at
that day and go, "Oh man, that's
amazing." Okay, put my head down. Let me
pray. On the way to Mika, you're going,
"Oh my god, that's amazing. Oh, I want
that. I want that. I want Okay. Okay.
Okay. Greek's like, keep on praying.
It's cute. Keep on praying. I got all
the out of your house. Pray. I love when
you pray. It's cute. Give me a light.
Give me a life." When you get excited, I
want you getting excited about Greek
things.
Sports needs to get you pumped. Like as
one rabbi said to me, the only Miss left
in America today is sports. You take a
guy, he's from Boston, he'll go to
Yankee Stadium, he'll sit in the
bleachers with his Boston Red Sox
uniform on at the threat of death,
but he won't wear a kipad down the
street because what if a dog guy looks
at him and ah, he's ready to walk into
in he's going into Yankee Stadium. No
problem. I'm a Red Sox fan. But to walk
down the block, I don't know. I get
kabop scam. What if a guy looks at me? I
think there's four million Jews here. I
don't understand. Greeks like of course
the mas belie. You know why the masura
so strong on that side? Because the
rabbi said he goes, you watch your
father scream at a television when
you're a little kid. You say that thing
is the most important thing in the
world.
Your dad fetches to dapomi and screams
at at the screen. Your kid goes, "That's
R and that's words." And the Greeks and
command center go, "We just got another
one."
That's the fight. If you're like me,
you're battling
the rabbis. I don't know. They're holy
people. I'm not holy. I'm the regular
dude they put up first.
That's our fight. They convinced us.
They have all the fun.
Period. End the story. Now, you got to
pray or else God's going to zap you. You
got to learn and we're going to make you
feel like you're a god door if you learn
one page in order to keep you coming
back and back. You want to know where
the fun's at? The funs where you close
the mouth. The funs when the shaw's
over. That's where the aur of your life
is. The aur of your life is in Greek
land.
And if the Greeks can convince me and
you
is in stadiums and on billboards and on
shows and they'll take they'll keep us
sending us videos 20 second whatever it
is they'll change up their game like the
is so good he's got so many he will keep
the game going 24 hours to make sure
that your eyes never think for one
second that your life belongs s in the
aura of Hashem.
So we'll struggle. We love keep
Yoshipur, but we don't want to pray that
much. We love Torah. The rabbi keeps on
giving us entertainment because getting
a little bored, forget it. We love And
if me and you, if you're like me, you
spend your life conflicted.
You want it, but that world is so much
fun.
I'll tell you one last thing and then
we'll go we'll get to the point. You
want to know what the greatest Greek
thing of all time is? Thank god I don't
do it. Fantasy football. That is Greek
one. First of all, football's a game. So
it's a fantasy. You understand? A game
made up some some guy made up a game.
But that's not enough. Greek's like I I
I got to get the I got Jewish kids. You
know what I'm saying? They're all GMs.
They all own teams. You know what I'm
saying? And like these kids don't play.
I got to find a way to get all these
kids to pretend that they're ah I know.
Let's take the fantasy and put a fancy
on the fantasy. Now, how is he going to
learn any toss the whole year in
yeshiva? Keep him figuring out how to
make a trade as if he's running a
football team. By the time he's done
with trades, it's already January that
the whole year nisha is finished. Don't
worry about it. It's the most brilliant
move of all time. Fantasy football.
Fantasy on the fantasy.
It is the best played game in the world.
Dam says like this, listen to this.
He's like, I you see ge, you got to go
all over. One of the things that they
push and one of the things you have to
watch if you don't watch this every day
you're not playing yet something called
Mayan if you don't see it you got to
watch it couple weeks ago they had a
thing from a rabbi name of Mosha Katz he
quoted I forgot you go watch what he
quoted quoted the go I don't remember he
quoted someone that says that that that
literally it says
that you never have any pleasure coming
to you in this world that if you resist
in an assur way you don't get it back no
such thing What does that mean? So
there's a lot of different reasons he
gives story but a guy who goes to Zona
doesn't doesn't with her. She ends up
coming back and converting and the whole
go watch.
But here's the idea. Listen to this two
seconds.
Every single second of your day I'm
telling you every second of your day
you're fighting.
But here's the fight. And let's just
call it straight.
The fight is for where your R is going
to come from.
You can't have it both ways. I'm sorry.
Welcome to the world.
Does it? Greeks tell you you can have
everything. Jews say, "Be careful."
There's no such thing. Kushin means just
her and nobody else. Be strong. You're
okay. You don't have to have every
flavor of ice cream anymore. You have
your wife, you're done. The kadesh means
I have the strength to say no.
Every single day the comes and says give
me your or take your words and come to
show I want your or I want your life.
If you put your ore in the Greek world
I'll keep you on a hamster wheel your
whole life.
You'll never taste Torah. You'll never
come to a bed midash be finished and go
ah felt amazing.
You'll never go to a a one morning and
open your heart until you walk out and
you say, "Hashem, I feel like you're
holding my hand.
You'll never taste what it feels like to
look at your wife and think she's the
only woman in the world.
You'll never be able to see a holiday
and be able to have a cle to
where you feel like you're floating in
Hashem's presence.
Instead, you're waiting for the thing to
be over because it's game seven.
These guys are waiting online. You ever
see the saddest thing in the world? You
see 40 Jewish kids on a game seven day
with one security guard. You know what
I'm talking about? Did they win? Did
they win? Did they win? Guys like you're
a Jewish kid. A holiday. But did they
win? Did they win? What is that?
Beautiful, wonderful, amazing kids
with the green virus.
You know where the battle's from? You
know where the battle's from?
Here.
The eyes is your battle.
That's our battle.
When my eyes go around the world, I tell
the world, "Take the light out of my
eyes and put it wherever you want. I'll
put it in front of a screen for four
hours and go like this. Take my life."
They go into your eyes and they pull out
your soul and they say, "It belongs to
us."
The battle of the Jew is the battle of
his eyes. And when he says, "I'm not
looking at your stuff."
Because if God doesn't want me to see
it, God doesn't want me to have it. And
my soul is bound with my father in
heaven. Period. I trust him.
If he'd want me to have it, he'd bring
it to me in a kosher way. And if he
doesn't want me to have it, it's not
because he's pulling my my my my joy.
It's Hashem. He gave me my breath. He
gave me my tavot. He gave me my life.
I'm putting my b I'm putting my my my my
card in Hashem's basket and that's it.
And if I don't get it, I don't get it.
But I'd rather go to Shmay after 120
years. Turn to the Hashem and say,
"Hashem, I voted for you. I sacrificed
for you. I fought for you. They didn't
get me. I'm giving you the soul.
You gave me a pure soul. Here, it's back
to you. I didn't lose to them. You put
me in America 2025. This is Greek land.
They own the place. There's a few of us
here. And in the few of us that are here
trying to fight the big machine,
I'm one of your commandos, Hashem, cuz I
trust you. You're never going to let me
down. And any pleasure I could have
gotten by looking at the wrong thing, I
know you're going to give me tenfold if
you need to by having the right thing.
I'm going to feel it here. I'm not going
to get in here for 10 seconds. I'm going
to feel it here. I know that if my eyes
are clean, my prayer will be clean. My
my Torah will be clean. My marriage will
be clean. By the way, I raised my
children will be clean. My kids are
going to grow up in the world and
they're going to grow up when they get
older. They're going to look at their
father and they're not going to know how
to say it. They're going to say, "My
father said is kadosh." And then someone
go, "How'd you have the strength? How'd
you walk down the street?" And they're
going to say, "I don't know." You know
what the answer is? Cuz you didn't do
it. And your kids are watching you.
because we don't have to lose just
because it's hard. We don't have to lose
to them. We're the Jewish people. We
don't lose to the Greeks.
And we're living in a time where there
not enough around that are willing to
step up and go, "My battle is my eyes.
We're not perfect. I'm not perfect.
Nobody can do this perfectly."
But if we fight every day that our eyes
are in the right place,
that we're not looking at the things
that don't belong to us, we're not
looking at what the Greeks want us to
look at.
Take your stuff. Give me my Torah back.
Give me the or back. Give me the chance
to look at I actually enjoy myself. Can
you imagine? Is it worth it? It's not
worth it.
And if we this one room in Can you
imagine this beautiful event,
you make a stand for Hashem. You say,
"Hashem, I want to be aash. The Super
Bowl is coming up in a couple of months.
I know. I'm playing now. I'm in training
camp playing now for the Super Bowl. I
know what you want. Super Bowl champions
in Jewish land means I'm a hash. I'm a
Makabe. I'm starting to be a Makabe this
second.
And I'm going to fight the battle
through my eyes. I'm going to watch
myself. You'll see. And man, the times
that I'm going to want it more than
anything in the world, they say it's
what it says. When you pass by something
you want to watch, that second is an I'm
telling you, giving you advice. Walk the
streets or don't walk the streets. If
you happen to be on a street and you see
something that's inappropriate, and you
close your eyes, look the other way.
Pray at that second for something. You
have an
Hashem, give me the light. Take care of
my family. Give me give me a good year.
Every time your eyes are closed for
Hashem, pray.
And if you fight now and you come to
Rosh Sha and say, "Hashem, I'm not
perfect, but I'm one of yours now. I saw
I enlisted in the army, in the real
army,
in the army of Hashem." Maybe Hashem
will look at you and go, "Wow, look at
this. You're crazy. I thought
everybody's a Greek." You wait.
If we have the strength together and to
each other to realize that incredible
power of getting our aura back,
we may have a year gives us that this is
the we get we want that we should get we
want and we should feel that what Hashem
gives us every day is
we should walk and hold his hands
through life and feel that the looks
down on us and says, "I'm proud of you,
my son. He did it. We should have that
and together we should have
and a year to school.
>> Amen.
>> Thank you Charlie for your unbelievable
words
starts off tonight with powerful
powerful remarks. Our next speaker is
Mr. of Talia Harowitz who was involved
with Morgan Stanley we both management
and um you might look very fine so he's
involved in finances but and he's
involved in with with people investing
money but I could tell personally he's
um he's he's involved in investing his
own time to give back to the to to the
Jewish world at large through through
through his amazing sharim and videos
that have been seen by millions of
people around the world by his very
famous book called you revealed put up
by art scroll and he inspires and he
really invests his time his efforts for
for the Jewish people and it's our great

that are sitting here.
It was 1944.
The world was at war.
There was a famous general. His name was
G. General Anthony Clement McAuliffe. He
was a senior US general and he was
overseeing the 101st Airborne Division.
And they were defending the city of
Baston, Belgium.
in what became one of the most famous
battles of World War II, the Battle of
the Bulge.
In December of 1944, General McCau finds
himself completely surrounded by Nazi
troops.
On the 22nd of December, he receives
a letter dispatched to him by some by
some
German cadetses
from a general van Lwick Yakimo
and he delivers an ultimatum to General
McAuliff and I'm going to read you the
letter that was written. It said to the
USA commander of the encircled town of
Baston, "The fortune of the war is
changing.
This time the US troops in and near
Baston have been completely encircled
by strong German armored units. There is
only one possibility to save the
encircled USA troops from annihilation,
and that is the honorable surrender of
the encircle town." In order to think it
over, a term of two hours will be
granted, beginning with the presentation
of this note.
If this proposal should be rejected,
one German artillery corps and six heavy
battalions are ready to annihilate the
USA troops in a near Bone. The order for
firing will be given immediately after
this two-hour turn.
All the serious civilian losses which
will be caused by this artillery fire
would not correspond with the well-known
American humanity.
It is reported in the army archives
and those that were present that when
McAuliff received the German message, he
read it, crumbled it up into a ball and
threw it into a waste basket. He took
out a piece of paper and he wrote the
following. To the German commander
Nu
TS
with an apostrophe exclamation point.
Nuts.
Sign the American commander. Listen to
what happened after that.
General McAuliffe calls together his
troops and he says the following words.
Men,
we are completely surrounded by the
enemy.
That means we have the greatest
opportunity ever presented to an
American army. We can attack in any
direction we choose.
No matter which direction you fire your
weapon, east, west, north, south, the
result will be a dead Nazi.
They won the Battle of Bone and it was a
major turning point in World War II.
Last week, I had the misfortune
of a mustattend meeting in Midtown
Manhattan
on a day where it was triple digits. And
I apparently didn't get the memo, but
everybody else in the city did. It
seemed that clothing was optional.
As I exited the Uber,
there was literally nowhere
I can put my eyes.
all four directions and even up because
there was a balcony with a restaurant
and there was a party going on over
there. I couldn't look up, I couldn't
look east and I couldn't look west
every direction. And it was then that I
remembered the words of General McAuliff
and I said to myself,
I have the greatest opportunity ever
presented to someone, as Charlie just
said, who's enlisted in the army of
Hashem. Whichever direction I fire my
weapon of no,
I will not.
I will vanquish the Satan.
In the last generation before Messiah,
we are facing a test that no generation
in the history of mankind has ever
faced.
We are exposed to more impurity in one
hour than our forefathers were exposed
to in their entire lifetime. And it's
everywhere.
It's east, it's west, it's up, it's
down, it's walking down the street, it's
going to a wedding.
It's on the billboards above. It's on
the computer, on our desk. It's on our
phones. It's in the mail and it's in the
publications we read.
We are surrounded.
We have the greatest opportunity since
the words Adam
were uttered by
our creator. Whichever way we turn, we
have the opportunity to win.
My wife is very close
to Rabbits and Kra. She lives in
Montreal.
She is the sister of the great Rabbi
Alava Shalom, Rabbi Azrael Talber.
She told my wife a story a few weeks
ago. It left an impression on me. Rabbi
Talber went out of town and he found
himself in a hotel room late at night
exhausted and he remembered that he
didn't learn the daff.
So he took out his gum. He sat down on
his bed and he started to learn and
within a few minutes he fell asleep.
He woke up the next morning dressed with
the gam next to him and he was so
devastated
and he stood up and he said,
"My great grandfather Sulfur could stay
up a whole night with his feet in ice
cold water to keep himself awake so he
could learn
hour after hour without interruption.
and how weak am I that I can't even
learn the da in a hotel room.
At that moment, Rabbi Talber told his
sister, he looked up and he saw the flat
screen TV on the wall of the hotel and
then he smiled and he said, "Yes, it's
true. I cannot stay up a whole night and
learn gumar, but I could do something
theam sofur cannot do. I could spend a
night with a flat screen TV in my hotel
room and never once think to click the
button and turn it on.
This is the most difficult battle of any
Jewish nation that has ever walked this
earth. And the reason is because we
can't win. There is no end game.
It's every single day. It's two wins and
three losses. It's three wins and two
losses. But we never cross the finish
line and say, "I won." As long as Hashem
gives us the power of
and as long as the world seeps deeper
and deeper in immorality, it's going to
just get worse.
The problem is we make a mistake. We
think we're here to win a war. We're
not. We're here to battle and never to
stop. I'm going to share with you the
beautiful words of the Tanya.
I think this Tanya
gives me tremendous. I was just
interviewed by a Kabad newspaper and
they asked me in one of the questions
they found out that I learned Tanya even
though I'm not kabad. And they said,
"What is the Tanya? your favorite.
What's your favorite piece of Tanya? I
say without a question, it's
And you say that to anyone and they know
which one you're talking about. And I'm
going to read you the words of the
Tanya. I'm going to translate his holy
words. And he says,
"Therefore,
a person's heart should never sink.
Your heart should never break.
Even though
even if you have to fight every single
day 24 hours for the rest of your life,
don't despair.
It is highly possible.
This is why you will you were created.
This is your job
to keep smashing the Satan.
[Music]
Doesn't create
person who constantly is faced with the
same test of
we're not ash. If we want to look, we're
not a rash. We are being faced with the
same test.
And Hashem looks and he sees how we just
keep fighting
to look away from what we're not
supposed to be looking at.
He says,
"But we never ever completely eradicate
that urge, that habit to look to look.
This is forki.
This is for
these are people who won a war but the
rest of us we don't get to win. We are
here to fight. And listen to the words
of the
Hashem has two types of
somebody who vanquishes the Satan once
and for all.
And the second one
person who just keeps fighting and
fighting and fighting with the as the is
getting stronger and stronger. Instead
of cowering in the corner and crying,
"Mommy," he fights.
He stands up like an eagle.
An eagle will stand up to a lion even
though it's this tall. It stands up with
its full knight. It opens up its wings
and it says, "I'm not afraid of you."
This gives Hashem the greatest
from the ones that are in the trenches
every day.
Means to
We don't even appreciate
that every single day that we don't give
up. Every single day that we don't
despair, that we don't say to ourselves,
what's the point? Even if we win only
once, even if we never win, but we try
to win, that we're still engaged in the
battle. is Hashem looking down and
saying in 2025 I put my people into
Mitsim in the 49th level of Tum Mah
Manhattan Time Square the trains
wherever you go and look they're still
fighting
that little thing we have no idea no
idea
the says that if Ruven would have known
that his words and that his actions were
being recorded by the story of Yoseph.
He would have taken Yoseph out of the
pit, he would have carried him on his
shoulders back to Yakov.
Bal Mus say what does that mean? Had he
known that he would be so famous, he
would have acted differently. Rued
Bali Mus say no, not at all. The Bali
Muslims say the biggest mistake a person
could make is underappreciate
the value of every single action.
One day
when Msiah comes they're going to roll
out the migillah. It's going to call be
called migillat galot America. And in
that miguela, it's going to read, "On
the 17th of July, 2025,
Mosha Aban was walking down the street
all alone and coming across to him was a
sight that it was forbidden.
And Moshe looked down at the floor.
Nobody was watching him. Nobody was
keeping score.
Moshe did not finish us. Moshe did not
save a child from a burning building.
Moshe sacrificed
purely because he loves Hashem purely
because he's a Jew. And at that moment
in
all of the Malim got together and they
sang
Israel.
It's a famous story from the great Rabbi
Rabb
which I bring down in the back of my
book. It's an unbelievable story.
Stories are very deep and mystical. This
one
other than the very deep mystical things
that you can learn from it. There's
something practical.
The story is called the Sadik who fell
into depression.
It was once a big sadik
who got depressed,
found himself very heavy in bed, not
even be able to move. And he tried he
tried very hard to motivate himself and
to think positive thoughts. He
remembered that he learned Torah. And as
soon as he remembered he learned Torah,
he said, "Yeah, but what's my TRA worth?
I just did it for I don't remember a lot
of what I learned." And then he said,
"But I did mitzvot." And then he says,
"How many mitzvot did I do for the right
reasons? How many of them did I did
perfectly?" And he says, "But you did."
He says, "Yes, I did, but I also hurt
people and I also spoke." And every time
he tried to climb out of this very, very
dark place, he just found himself
sinking deeper and deeper
until he remembered.
He remembered one thing. He remembered
that Hashem created him a Jew. Remember
Hashem created him a Jew. There's a
famous story of the same story.
And says because when a person tries to
build on an action that they did,
there's always going to be imperfection.
But whatever Hashem does is perfect.
Hashem created me a Jew. And he started
thinking
about the unbelievable difference
between even a simple Eid and a And
he started thinking more and more about
the that he has as being a Jew. And
slowly he climbed out of this very very
deep depression. And he went higher and
higher and higher. says he came all the
way up to Shayim and he was amongst the
highest angels and
from a cabalistic sense. He left this
and he was able to see with tremendous
clarity
how beautiful it is to be a Jew. And
then says because nobody could stay at
that place, he came down and he ascended
back to earth and he landed exactly
where he was says. But almost almost not
exactly. He moved.
He moved just to hear his breath. Just
to hear his breath. Listen to what Ahmed
says. Listen to what Amed says to us. We
look at big big undertakings. Finish.
I got
I saved a child. These are big things
and they're amazing. Believe me, they're
amazing. But Ra says that the value of a
hair moving one hair in this world is
unbelievable. And he uses the mashal of
a wheel. He says you take a wheel
where it meets the center, right? the
spoke meets the center, right? They're
very, very clustered together. So, you
take one line and you have the one next
to it and you move one just slightly
away from the other and then you go up,
right? So, you take the outer part of
the wheel. That same spoke that's only
this distance at the core is this
distance at the top. He says, "Now
imagine you keep going with this spoke
and you go up and up and up, thousands
and thousands and thousands light years
away." Could you imagine the distance
between one of these spokes and the
other?
Says a person moves one hair's breath on
this world and he has moved light years
in the next world.
And this is what the Satan does not want
us to appreciate. How powerful every
single action is to Hashem, to the
world, to all the superal worlds above.
He wants us to look down and minimize
what we are and what we can achieve.
Every day
I try to remember
like Rabbi Talber. I had a grandfather
who was called the Rebel the No Melik.
My grandfather never had this
never in the town of Leansk. There was
nothing to see. Even the was
I had a grandfather Ramali of Rupitz.
He was a sadik and he didn't have to
battle every single day. And I am still
getting up in the morning and hoping
that I leave this world of bayoni.
We should never despair. We should never
give up. It's now
such a gathering is such a
that people are getting together getting
together and they're saying we don't
want this
in this week's par there's something
that says that I saw without question
because knew I'm going to see at this
podium's
talking
And the says
this is where do we find the words?
We find it by
right. We have an is
it possible? Is it possible that there
isn't a mash in a person's house? In my
house, it's possible my wife starts
cleaning on Kaneka.
But really, is it possible that there
shouldn't be
one of in a Jewish home? It's not
possible. So, what does the Gar say? The
gives us a remedy. It's called
we say
I want to have nothing to do with it
says
a person could do the same thing with
and I said to my children from now on
when I go out in the morning I'm going
to say it I'm going to make it up and
I'm going to send it out to everybody
who wants to see it and it's going to
say every single thing that I see today
that is impure I don't want it I don't
want to have anything to do with it
this is what says
means you can be it before you see it
this has nothing to do with me.
I'm going to add one last thing. I'm
going to add the thing
that got me thinking about my eyes.
It got me thinking about my eyes. We
never thought there's a humble evil
movement out there. They called me the
first time to do a lecture and I said,
"What is that?" Of course, I heard about
it. We spoke about in yeshiva but it was
never in the forefront
and they said no no we want you to speak
when we want you to speak. So I said I
need material I need material right and
I want to share with you something that
I saw which is scary
but motivating.
Puk says
the
eyes of Israel of Jacob were heavy with
age.
He couldn't see
brings
to him.
He kisses them
and he hugs them. Listen
to the words of the sophorna.
He says in order for a person to give to
another person there has to be a soul
connection.
And he says that the most powerful
connection from soul to soul is the
power of sight.
And the puk is telling us that wanted to
use the power of sight. That was the
best way to connect aim and to give them
a braha. But he couldn't.
He was blind. So he had to use the
second best a hug and a kiss.
Could you imagine?
You walk down the street and you think,
"Big deal. I walked."
You know what happen? If you touch
something that you were looking at, you
get arrested, right?
they they take you away. You'd be tried
because in this physical world the power
of touch the power of a kiss is much
more powerful because we live in a world
of we live in a world of materialism.
But in the world of nish
the greatest connection is the
connection of sight. When you look
somebody in the eyes,
you are connecting
to When you're looking at something, you
are taking your and you're putting it on
that thing. You're pulling your which
came from the
the purest of pure
and you're running it into the mud of
impurity.
This is what I took from the Sephora.
It's not okay to look where we want. We
as Jews as
appreciate the power of the shan, the
power of sight, which is so
unbelievable.
And that was what motivated me to start
thinking much more about what I was
doing with my eyes.
You should walk down the street
as you're surrounded by this and you
should sing to yourself.
The last generation before Mashiach
comes is going to be heralded.
Mr. says that
and it says in the medrash that looked
to all the generations and then he came
to us and he said there are Jews sitting
in Elul
instead of sitting at home and relaxing
on a Sunday night because they're going
to war tomorrow
and they appreciate the value of
winning.
that we can fight every day and any
which way we turn.
We're going to kill the Satan.
Never before did our forefathers since
have such an opportunity to bring
with something as simple as looking down
of looking the other way.
We don't have to fast for 40 days. We
don't have to go through Gilgal shell
like my grandfathers would roll in the
ice and go to the mikvah in the Siberian
tundras. We don't have to do any of
that. We just have to turn and avert our
eyes. And we should know that every time
we do that the are singing in saying
we should never ever ever fall trapped
to the Satan. Never despair, never
minimize our action, our actions. And
Hashem, we will see the coming of
Messiah and the removal of this great
nion for all times. Amen.
>> Thank you for your powerful remarks. Our
next speaker is Raviak Nadell who we're
here all here for for this amazing
organization called GE Guard Your Eyes
which we're going to hear about
momentarily. After he speaks we're going
to show a short video and then we're
going to do the raffle. So it's our
great great honor. Let's give a round of
applause to Rael.
[Applause]
>> Thank you very much. Um, after these
incredible remarks by Harley
Harari and Rabbi uh,
>> what's his name?
>> Harowitz. Afali Haritz that I feel like
there's nothing I could say that could
inspire the
uh, more than that. I'm I myself I'm so
fired up by the incredible words of of
inspiration that they shared with us
tonight.
Um I I'm not blessed with that kind of
uh power of speaking also not but I did
prepare a presentation uh about our
organization which uh we started I
started it 18 years ago and I actually
spoke in this sh in the basement about
eight years ago I think Rafael is Rafale
here Rafael Yakob invited me to uh speak
about eight years ago
and he hasn't given up. He's bringing us
back and making it bigger. He wants to
get the word out.
So, um, this organization is very unique
because it helps tens of thousands of
Jews around the world who are struggling
with kadusha problems to get out of the
mud. And um, like like Rabbi Horowit
said before, it's the biggest fight is
the feeling that I I already lost. I'm
already a nobody. What's the use? I just
love this ver I once saw in actually
that when when Ysef had with
she grabbed him by his
what is beadim means it means
rebelliousness she grabbed him by his
rebelliousness she says you're anyway
alone in mit you're anyway you're your
brothers don't care about you you
already fell you're low you're she
grabbed him and said you're anyway
rebellious.
What did he do? He said
he left the begged in her hands and ran
out. He says, "Keep keep the
rebelliousness. I'm I'm out of here. I
could have been a rebel. I could have
fallen. I don't care. Keep the
rebelliousness. I right now I'm out."
And that was the way he was saying. And
that's the way we all have to be
whenever we're approached with the
itahara. You're anyway alola if you're
anyway fell yesterday. You anyway looked
where you shouldn't just 5 minutes ago.
Keep the rebelliousness. Don't let the
itar grab you beigo. Leave it in his
hands and run out. And that's really the
secret uh to succeeding in this battle.
Um, so as he's getting ready the video,
I'll just share that I believe that the
tov that was the first mitzvah that gave
is um and the failure of that mitzvah
brought us into galut until today and
we're awaiting the Msiah when that that
will be fixed the tikun
and I believe that now right before
Msiah comes
who brought back again the
because as we all know the internet is
really the sum total of all human
knowledge especially now with AI
it's like in incredible how all human
knowledge is accessible in an instant to
anyone
um and that's really the
but We don't have to talk about how much
bad there is on the internet in the in
the area of this
but how much good there is also
organizations like Torah anytime where
you have millions of hours of of Torah
um organizations like guard your eyes
that are helping thousands of yidden to
break free of the so much is on the
internet for good and that's our job
right before Msiah comes to fix the
to choose the right and the good from
the the tree of knowledge of the
internet that's uh that we're facing
today.
So here's a small presentation about our
organization.
So um
everybody should know what resources are
available.
I've never spoken to anyone in the world
about this.
I'm an olive. I have a wife and seven
kids. I have a very hard time like how
do I even reconcile myself like you know

>> we have close to 200 of them running
here every day. Most of them are, you
know, they could very well be struggling
with these. How could someone not be
struggling?
>> I don't know that there's ever been a
more serious problem to claim
than that which we have now. And the
only weapon we have against it, the only
one is guard your eyes. The GY mission
is to help every Jew anywhere in the
world who struggles with inappropriate
content. We strive to provide the very
best strategies and resources to every
Jew who wants help for free and with
full anonymity. And we have the
enthusiastic encouragement and backing
of Gdyl Rabonim and therapists from
across the spectrum of our community.
>> They're already reaching over 30,000
people. From what I see, there's a need
for many, many more people to be
reached.
>> Right now, they're covering 30 plus
thousand people that are in their
program.
I can't see that with less than 100
150,000, we're doing justice to this.
>> A few years ago, it became clear to us
that our current way of working couldn't
keep up with the growing demand. The
number of members reaching out to us
kept on increasing and our manpower was
stretched to the limits. We also knew
that the approximately 5,000 members
that we've been getting every year is
only a fraction of those struggling with
these issues and that we have a
responsibility to advertise much more
and reach them as well. But to make it
possible to really help so many people,
we needed to overhaul our platform and
create what we're calling GE 2.0.
In stage one, we wanted to improve the
science behind guard your eyes. We spent
over a year researching the entire body
of literature on the topic of addiction
and behavioral change. With the help of
professional researchers and therapists,
we reviewed and indexed over a 100 books
and swarim as well as hundreds of
scientific research studies. We created
a full summary and outline, many
hundreds of pages long, with the best
evidence-based ideas and strategies to
serve as the foundation for our
intervention program and tools. The
resources that we currently offer are
literally the best in the world.
Firstly, we have the Flight to Freedom
program, which is a self-help program
that we launched last year in both
Hebrew and English after intensive
research and over a million dollars in
development. When users register to the
site, they're given a personalized
experience depending on their age,
gender, and level of struggle. We
identify their level of struggle by
analyzing their responses to a short
online assessment that they fill out.
That's how we're able to recommend the
GY resources that are best for them.
Each user has a personalized dashboard
which shows them how they're doing based
on a range of scores that use algorithms
to calculate their level of commitment
and their overall performance. This way,
even if they have a fall, they retain
their motivation and don't feel like
they're back to square one. They can see
their overall progress and recognize
patterns on their progress page. We
offer a beautiful program with over 50
animated video modules that we licensed
from the people who founded Fight the
New Drug, the leading platform in the
non-Jewish world with about 6 million
followers. Their Fortify app has the
highest ratings and hundreds of
thousands of downloads. By licensing
their content, we were able to ensure
that our members have free and easy
access to all the best materials in the
world. We also have a large and vibrant
community of members who support each
other through the forums, partner
program, and chat room.
>> Times we as therapists know therapy is
not enough to deal with these issues.
There's simply not enough time, not
enough energy, not enough resources, not
enough connection. And Guard Your Eyes
provides all of that. For the more
extreme cases, Guard Your Eyes
facilitates our members introduction to
the 12step program. Today, over a third
of Orthodox Jews in the SA 12step groups
worldwide have come there through Guard
Your Eyes. In short, by bringing the
very best resources available in the
world, all together under one roof,
we're giving our members the highest
chance of success.
Our goal is to help every Jew struggles.
The support pages on our website are
customdesigned for each demographic so
that men, women, teens, and spouses all
have different pages with their own
unique support options. When a teen
signs up to Guard Your Eyes, they are
guided to the Fortify materials, which
were designed with teens in mind. We
believe it's very important to help our
teens before the problem spirals out of
control. That's why we recently
published a book together with Dr.
Schllayy Zimmerman called from boys to
men with a forward by Aaron Feldmanita
which guides Mhanim and parents on how
to help teens with the challenges they
face in the area of kaduca. Ge has also
saved countless marriages as a result of
the support and resources that we offer
to the wives of men who struggle. We're
also offering our site in multiple
languages so that nothing stands in the
way of anyone looking for help. Our
Hebrew website, which was recently
overhauled from A to Z, makes up almost
half our membership. The Yiddish site is
third in size as far as the number of
members. The platform is growing fast
thanks to a small team led by dedicated
Yiddish-speaking business professionals
who are working as volunteers to take
our Yiddish website to the next level.
We also plan to offer our programs in
Spanish in the coming year as hashem
with more languages to follow. The
bottom line is that every Jew will be
able to get help on guard your eyes at
all levels of the struggle irrespective
of age, gender, and the language they
speak. All this advanced science and new
technology will hopefully triple or even
quadruple our success rates and enable
us to roll this out in a massive way by
increasing our advertising, networking
with schools, yeshivists, and
communities. Our goal, the Ezus Hashem,
is to measurably help 100,000 users in
the coming few years at all levels of
this struggle.
>> What you're doing here is not to be
believed. I'm shocked by two things.
first by the broad spectrum of things
that you're offering by the level of
professionalism and another cool which
I'm shocked by is the level of detail of
resolution that you've gone down for.
>> Now I have a whole new appreciation
of the professionalism of the dedication
the wonderful tools and resources
informed by the most sophisticated
neuroscience.
>> The Akos is off the charts. The commerce
is off the charts. The variety of what
you're offering is off the charts. the
details, the professionalism, the
graphics. I could take say hello now for
10 days. You're shocking me.

is the answer.

they told me at the end of time this is

all different places. And you literally
[Music]
Thank you very much. Um just before we
end I just wanted to share with
everybody the idea behind this uh flyer
that we printed special for this um
event. Um today barashmal is has
thousands of shs and institutions
and there's hundreds of curb
organizations and thousands of
organizations
and tens of thousands of and yeshivas
and kulim
is this beautiful building of so much
good the area of is known by kazal as
is the foundation it's the part of us
that's underground that nobody sees But
it really is what holds up the spiritual
structure of a person. And it really is
what holds up the spiritual structure of
Kali. And today because of the
tremendousness that we face with the
phones and with the computers and in the
streets, the entire foundation of AmI is
shaky. And it's if we don't have a
strong foundation, we're in trouble. And
as Rael Mansul said, there are thousands
of all types of beautiful organizations,
but there's only one that's actually
covering all the areas of Kusha. And I
just wanted to if we turn it around the
other side just shows a little bit of
the uh the range and the spectrum of
what we're covering. The guard your eyes
English division. There's the Hebrew
website which has also about 10,000
members. The Yiddish website, the
Spanish website. Then we have a special
division for teens who are struggling.
We have the women's division for women
who are struggling. Believe it or not,
one out of five of our members are
women.
um the spouse's division for when a a
woman finds out her husband is
struggling. It shakes up the marriage.
It's very traumatic. We've saved
hundreds of marriages by giving the
women the support and guidance that they
need. The ESAI program, I wish I had
time to show a little presentation about
that. We had 1,500 boys during shavim on
a 50-day program and we took them to the
American dream mall. We did raffles. It
was really beautiful. For 50 days, they
worked on kadusha.
Um, then we have the 50 videos of
Fortify that we discovered, the leading
platform in the non-Jewish world. We
work also with Tag. Anyone who needs a
filter and can't afford it can sign up
on our website and we have actually a
sponsor that helps subsidize the
filters. So, we're working handinhand
with TAG and we're working with Voay.
We're sending out their daily videos to
all our members. For about five years, I
was sending out clips myself to all our
members. And then when Vine started
about two years ago, I said, "Wow, these
guys are great. We're sending out now
their videos." So we're sending out
their videos, working with them and of
course with essay for the 12step program
for people who are you know dealing with
serious addiction and all these
different books that we put out by so ge
is not just an organization it's really
allencompassing response to today's
challenges in kadusha and this is the
foundation this is the foundation of our
people and I just want to say there's
really no I don't know if there could be
a better investment in the future of our
people than having a in this
organization and we're asking if
everyone in AmI is today not just in
this room but we're planning to make a
campaign where we're going to have
actually a directory of kadusha
everything that's going to help people
in the area of kadusha whether it's how
do I speak to my teens how do I speak to
a barit boy how do I put in a filter you
know how do I help someone who's
struggling a woman whose husband is
struggling um
in general we're going to have a
directory that covers everything from a
toz in the area of kadushan it's going
to be in every shul in every homem
and we're asking everyone if they can
take a share to 50 cents a day or a
dollar a day um in the kush is it comes
out to about $15 a month or $30 a month
anyone who signs up for a dollar a day
gets a free gift of one of these books
they can choose from and um in this way
I believe that you know we're we going
to seal ourselves for a good year by
helping thousands of other yindu
there can't be a greater for ourselves
and that should be forgive us. Everyone
struggles in these areas. No one's
perfect. The re the best is by helping
other people in this area to help
thousands of other to have a beautiful
good year and
thank you so much everyone for joining
and thank you and thank you.
Thank you, Reil, for your powerful
remarks and for all the unbelievable
work, life-changing work do for
continue growing. Everyone, of course,
is encouraged to support this
organization, of course, um to to sign
up for the for the for Ge, spread the
word to friends, family, take a picture,
send it out to friends and family who
could benefit. And um we're going to
we're going to pull the raffle right now
and afterwards we're going to have a
quick short message. We have a quick
message right now first about the voting
in the back and then we'll have the
rapai.
Every year last year someone came up
here and said this is the most important
election of your life and they were
being 100% true last year. So when I
come up to this year and tell you this
is the most important election of your
life, I am being 100% serious because
thi this year our existence is on the
ballot. This year our existence as Jews
are on the ballot. But also this year
our existence as businessmen, as people
who can make an earn a living, build a
comp, build a company, build a business,
pass it on to your children. That will
be threatened too. If you don't vote,
you're doing not only yourself but
entire Clau and all of your neighbor
neighboring New Yorkers a disservice.
>> Please, we're in the back. Come see us.
We'll get you registered quick. We can
you give you absentee ballots if you're
going to be out of town. We can send you
vote by mail if you don't want to leave
your house. We'll take care of you. Come
to the back. Thank you.
