CHAZAQ's Torah Talks #155 Rabbi Shimon Kessin - Redemption

[Music] and welcome to Tor talk kazak's Tuesday night program with a special guest we have with us Rabbi Shimon Ken all the way from L New Jersey Shalom Rabbi how are you all right I'm pretty good great to see you thank you for joining us on kazak's Tuesday Torah talks so uh first of all Rabbi we get a little bit background about yourself and the great work you're involved with well U I'm a therapist I do therapy with individuals and marriage counseling and I also give shum a lot of sh which is an explanation of to some extent of why God does what he does and um and I have a small group of people that I teach and my she goes out to thousands of people so many people listen to me and um this is basically what I'm focused on is informing the Jewish public about exactly what is going on right now in current events and in human history and to give an explanation exactly what I think God is doing and um I do have an understanding of what is going on now and what God is doing doing now and it seems to be that God is preparing to bring the G up that was my question that was the topic which is uh are we close to the Redemption are we close to the G how do we bring the G the Final Redemption closer well the most important way to bring the G up is uh is through the way we deal with another Jew because what most people don't realize is that if you can't keep the man and man you cannot keep the ones between man and God why is that because God fundamentally made a specific an agreement with the Jewish people with aino and the agreement that he made with him is that he would give him a special place in in the future world but only on on condition that he uh he applies special behavior to another je God considers very important in terms of the way we treat other Jews and why is that because God said fundamentally and through you I shall bless all the nations of the world so we see God is very concerned that we not only keep the mess but that we serve as a Model A model for for God in our message to the world that there is only one God and God wants us message to go out to all the peoples of the world and this the fundamental contract that God made with the Jewish people now when the Jewish people don't treat each other correctly you know is when they abuse each other or when they steal from each other or when they speak a lot of L then God doesn't consider the agreement that he made with the Jewish people why is that because even though we convinced the goam we convince the Gentiles the nations of the world that there's one God uh and so on but what happens is that they look at us and they see the way we treat each other and when they see that we treat each other in a contemptuous way or not in an honorable way they say to us wait a minute if you believe there's only one God then that other Jew is your brother and if you treat him in a certain way in with contempt or you speak L and know about him obviously you don't believe that you have the same father so therefore you not treating your fellow Jew as a brother indicating that you don't believe that God is the father of both of you so in that case you entire message to us that there is only one God is invalid so in other words the go and mainly watch us in terms of how we treat each other and when they see that we treat each other in a abusive or contemptuous way they suddenly discount the entire message that Hashem that there is one God so therefore that's why God gets so angry by the way we treat each other why God is so obsessed by how we treat each other because the way we treat each other is a direct effect on what our message is about God if we treat another Jew like our brother when we don't speak L her about him as we wouldn't by a brother then we convey to the go that there's only one God because that God is the father of us both uh what other being my brother but if we treat another Jew with contempt even though we keep all the mitas between us and God that's one thing but if they see us when we have contempt for the Jews because we speak l so suddenly they don't even agree with us that there's one God because they say if there was one God he would be your both your father and you two would be brothers but since you're you're indicating by your behavior to your fellow Jews that you hold them in contempt that you argue with them that you don't agree with them so therefore it's obvious that you yourself are hypocritical and you do not believe that this je is your brother so therefore we don't believe that God that you have one God so in other words the way we treat another Jew is go see the way we treat each other and this tells them to the extent that it does whether these Jews are our brothers would one God as our father or not this is a very important thing and this is something that Jews don't realize that God sees how they treat each other and by seeing the way they treat each other God indicates to us whether we are successful in our message or not and by the way we tweat each other they go see this and they say we are hypocrites because we do not treat other Jews as our brother so in that case if he is not our brother God is Not one God and he is not the father of us both so this nullifies the message that God is one it nullifies the message because we see the go see that we do not treat each other with honor and with love and when they see we don't treat s with honor and love they say to us well obviously you don't not you do not believe that there is one God and that he is the father of you both so therefore they are disempowered and they don't consider the message that there is one God valid so the whole Jewish concept dies it's roads right in front of them and this is the main reason why the last 2,000 years the Jews have been in Exile why because of sin because fundamentally in our hearts we have contempt to other Jews or we compete with other Jews but we do not see other Jews as brothers and therefore we do not see other Jews as brothers God is not our father other and this discounts the entire purpose of Jews because God wants the Jewish people to be a model to the nations of the world and we can only be a model to the nations of the world by treating our brother in a certain specific way and when God sees that we do not treat our brothers with respect or with love so therefore he discounts our message and he doesn't listen to us he considers hypoc so that's why the go hate us because the real question is not why the go hate us that's not the question the real question that has to be asked is why do God why does God give the goam success in persecuting us that's the real question the fact that they hate us it could be because they're jealous of us in other words because they're jealous of our divine message that we have to carry with us but that does not explain why the God gives them perm to actually persecute us and to attack us that's a separate question and nobody has ever answered that question people have answered the question why God uh discounts us and God uh why the go hate us but they have never answered the question why does God allow the go to attack us to persecute us and even to kill us this question is never approached by the Jews or even answered and the answer is very simple because the way we treat another Jew indicates what we believe about God if we treat another Jew with respect and love it indicates that we feel that God is our father the father of us both and when we treat another Jew with contempt that is an indication that we don't believe the message that we deliver which is that there is one God who's the father of all mankind powerful very very very powerful RAB Shimon kin uh due to due to technical difficulties we have some technical difficulties we usually ask many more questions but we're going to have to jump to the final message Rabbi if you would give us a message to our broad audience with regards to Gula the Redemption yes what the Jewish people should know is that the Redemption is almost here it'll probably be here in a couple of months how do I know this because the fundamental thing the answer to the question is why don't it why hasn't the Messiah come why it says in the prophets in in many places in that the messia will come to and Usher in the Messianic period so the question is why hasn't he come and the answer is he has not come because the job is not finished in other words the PO says that when the Jews do not keep the Torah and so on so forth God is attempting to say the Jews and all of mankind and God wants to save them as many people as he can so all of human history is a continuous demonstration of the way he's saving us and how does he save us the way he saves us is by making us unaccountable human history is nothing more than the history of the Jews being unaccountable how does God make us unaccountable for the sins because he takes away the information that we have to know in order to observe the Commandments and when God sees to it that we don't have this information because today for example 93% of the Jewish people have nothing to do with the Torah and why is that because God is simply trying to make the Jews unaccountable even though they are responsible for their sins they're not accountable for their sins because they don't know any Torah at all God does this on purpose so that he can save them against the accusations of the Satan against the Jews and who the representative that tries to take away the to from the Jews well that people are called the a the people who forc the Jewish people to uh to at the time of M Torah the time of giving of the Torah uh they made the golden calf and when they made the golden calf they took God took away the Messianic light and God will only restore the Messianic light which was supposed to be given on sh only what it's only if the Jews are completely basically accountable so the purpose of the Arab which are really Jews who really hate the Jewish people and they hate Judaism is to make the Jews unaccountable and that's what human history is throughout all the years of human history God is making the Jews more and more ignorant why so that they can be more and more unaccountable for the accusations against them uh and the accusations against them so God is accomplishing and saving the remnant of the Jews throughout human history because human history becomes darker and darker why so that the Torah is more and more missing in know words the Torah is the information that the Torah gives us God is taking away the Jews so that by the fact that they are ignorant of the Torah they are fundamentally unaccountable and the people who have to do this there's a certain class of Jews called the A and as long as the a is functional and has to make the Jews dark and ignorant God cannot bring the Messiah because God cannot save them he can only save them if they're not it's not their fault that they keep the that they don't keep the Mitzvah so that's why the messia doesn't come so that most of the Jews today know nothing of the Torah and by them know nothing of the Torah they are ignorant and they are unaccountable for the sins so God can save all the Jews uh for the possibility of going to and that is about to end we see this is about to end the land of Israel because in the land of Israel the Army fundamentally knew about the invasion of the Arabs and the theas even though they knew this was about to happen they did nothing so God is taking away the credibility of what of an IR of Jews who hate Torah and who hate everything that Jews stand for God is about to take away their credibility because it will soon become known that they really knew about the invasion October 7th and did nothing so therefore their dominion over clud Isel and the ability to make CL Isel not religious is raining and is about to disappear and as soon as that disappears and as as soon as in Israel they start to vote for a new government that's when the Messiah will become viable and M will appear so only when the program of God ends that's his program of saving Jews as many Jews as he can by making them accountable only then will the Messiah come so that's why we know that the msia is imminent he's imminent because that program of his which was the essence entral program in human history is about to change and it's about to in the Messianic period we say we say we we wait every single day for for the to come yes we we wait but it doesn't come it doesn't come because God is still involved in the program of saving Jews and only when that program finally ends very very interesting very very interesting RAB shim K I want to thank you for your
