guys you gotta check this out there's some breaking news coming here at the lakewood i'm at the eagle ridge golf club hi aaron this is ann glucksman come on in can we break the news yet coming soon coming soon guys i want to show you what's going on inside and has some good news to share for the lakewood toilet look at these doors nice i think it's about time i think lakewood can use another few restaurants in town so here we go we have aaron over here this is aunt glocksman the new owner from the restaurant aaron how are you tell us about the coming soon coming soon very very soon we have a new restaurant coming to lakewood it's called shark queue uh located in uh eagle ridge golf club beautiful place it's an excellent place to air out you know off the grid peaceful quiet overlooking the golf course in the back we can't show it right now but it's over there um sharq is the name okay tell us about it's going to be on the regular rest like an eating restaurant a takeout sit down wait a service restaurant it's basically um high-end on high-end it's i don't want to call it a steakhouse even though we have a full steak menu but it's taking a lot of interesting dishes a lot of good appetizers um unique very unique dishes over here and um really uh taking food and liquid to the really to the very very high level that's basically what we're doing over here okay some examples um for example like we have we have uh the name sharq comes from charcuterie and a lot of our dishes are based on some of our dishes are based on charcuterie items dried meats you know we have we have an in-house smoker where we smoke meats we have a dry aging room where we dry aged meats we have a dehydrator where we take different products different items and we change the product or the item into a different texture or things like that it's very unique types of cooking um that that doesn't exist in lakewood at this time let's do with wine a wine bar so we have a bar um a full bar right over here it's a mess but you can come take a look we're getting things bar set up beautiful wine you know wines liquors cocktails so tell us the secret when are you opening officially officially in the next few weeks we'll be open um okay thank you we're getting there thank you so much anne we all wish a lot thank you so much
