Chaotic Structure

What were we doing there? Did we not stop the inefficiency? Was I not Mr. like a little bit in the We we stopped the inefficiency. I promise. There were things that meant a lot to us. What meant a lot to us is to be close to Hashem. We saw Moshe as somebody Moshe Rabbeinu who could help us in our care of Hashem. We saw him as an Ish Elokim, a person close to Hashem. And we wanted it We we had an inefficient system, but we deemed it worth it. We wanted Hashem. And we felt that speaking to Moshe, being around, and asking would bring us there. Highly inefficient, but it would help bring us somewhere. So, we had You always have to ask what's the thing we wanted. We were crazy sincere people. We're the people of Hashem. A nation was formed by Hashem. Mamish sincere people, big neshamos, who want to be mekadesh Shem Shamayim. And in the want and the sincerity of our people, we had a very inefficient system. Now, Yisro comes and he makes an organization. It's like this. We have to like Let's put this in order. Let's create this healthier. Let's figure out how to do this in a healthy structure that can work, that can be sustainable. It's always important to remember and the structure is beautiful. And there's many myles of structure. It makes it sustainable what you want to hold. It's a kayli. Structures are kaylim that can hold the thing. But what's the thing? You always have to remember, schools, every system is a structure. Schools aren't good, bad. They're systems. Systems are inanimate. Systems hold something. You have to make sure the thing you're trying to hold is still there. Very interesting, one of the gains of structure is more people unnecessary. It's one of the gains of structure. It's fascinating after Yisro's one of his final words to my show. Hard and small. Like when you say big, you mean a hard shaila. He leaves the word katan as if this is what Yisro is saying. Rebbi Cuz you could fit into big and small. What does big mean? A lot of money? See, Moshe says hard. And And when you say katan, it means easy. Now, Moshe did that cuz of the honor of Yisro. That's what Reb Ezri thought it was, perhaps.
