have a vision where I want to go and I
want to encourage others Empower others
to do what I want to
do and it came to my mind after
listening to a podcast I
realized that it has nothing to do with
what I want leadership basically means I
should have a bigger no vision that I
should be able to attract people with do
visions that have such a vision that can
fit into my big vision so I have this
big vision and they have all these
visions that they have themselves and
they should have room to accomplish
their Visions within my vision that's a
