So um so if you take a look we have a very sophisticated very expensive um coffee machinery. We don't have any of that pre-made extra sugary stuff. We we make a real espresso. Um our coffee is actually roasted right here in Burough Park by 1982. coffee roaster. So, it's it's roasted fresh every week. >> Nice. >> And um you know, it doesn't sit in the I like to we have a small selection, but everything is good quality and we try everything is eaik. We don't have any shortening or uh margarine or anything like that. We try to have as much as we can homemade style, real butter, >> the real deal. >> And uh that's it.
