Cantor Moshe Ehrlich - Sim Shalom 1996 concert

Moshe Erlich - cantor. Born July 14, 1929 in Vienna (Austria). From the age of 8 he sang in the synagogue choir. After Kristallnacht, he and his family managed to escape from Vienna and immigrate to the United States. From the age of 13 he sang as a guest cantor in New York synagogues. He later served as chief cantor of the Hasam Sofer Synagogue on the East Side and the Beit Shalom Synagogue in Lawrence, Long Island. Markus Ehrlich died on April 18, 2003 in the USA.
