Can you repurpose Mishloach Manot to give to someone else?

Someone just asked me, "Can you repurpose  mishloach manot that you got from others?"   The answer is yes. You can absolutely  repurpose mishloach manot you got from   others. As soon as you've taken ownership  of them, you can then repackage them and   give them to someone else. You don't even have  to repackage them if it won't get back to the   first person. Just keep in mind to give two  food items to the person you're giving it to   and make sure there's something of importance  so that it feels like a gift to the person.
