the week and not even the rest of the year the rest of your life just studying this mishna because the attitude that we have towards money has many many branches and many many roots of where it connects and how it connects in our in our in our Good Deeds or bad Deeds needs are always connected to uh to money uh our attitude towards the people around us are is is usually connected to money if somebody's Rich typically most people will try to treat them fairly will try to treat them good uh and that's because we're superficial and shallow and uh and quite frankly don't have d t so we judge people based on their money you know we see somebody as Rich automatically oh yeah you got to respect them now technically the tor says the ramban writes also and he get ran ran with nit uh that if somebody has wealth you're supposed to respect them but he wasn't referring to the extent of what some people take it where they kiss up kissing up is never allowed even more so if the person is rash even if they have money he says yeah but he's Rich oh so you learn the part that you're supposed to actually you know pay respects to people that are rich you learn that part from the tah but how come you didn't learn the other part that you're not allowed to kiss up to somebody that's wicked how come you didn't learn that part how come you only learn the part that's convenient to you oh because he's going to give you a job oh because he's going to give you a loan oh because he's going to donate to your bitet oh he's going to donate to your he's going to donate to your organization a million dollars so you could uh you could kiss up to them and even though you know he's drives on Shabbat even though you know the guy is uh cheating on his wife or beats his wife you're still gonna it's okay specifically say his God because his God is replaceable our God is Not replaceable anyone that believes in the god of Israel knows that God is Not replaceable so when a person starts worshiping money to such an extent that he uh he forgets what's right and wrong is a person that's misin is a person that's a very very lowly level lowly level because he doesn't realize that he's spiritually sick to be sick is okay we're all sick to some extent we have a bad Mida we have certain aspects of us that need to be need a cure to be sick is okay it's actually expected that's why you're still in this world to deny it is the problem to deny that you're sick is the problem so in today's world unfortunately the one of the things that I see that's very very dangerous that's happening as a result of our attitudes towards money is how people are treating Christianity uh and even the presidency right now you know people look look at the Christians today and they say oh look they're investing so much money in Israel look they're they're investing so much money in in in Jews look they say they love us look they're really nice look this and look that and they forget about the fact already told us 4,000 years ago Hashem save me from the hand of my brother save me from the hand of asav now his brother and asav are the same person so what is he's saying here he says when he's as I'm not so scared why why I'm not so scared because I know he's trying to kill me only my body though when he's a that's when he's dangerous why he's pretending to be my brother he's pretending to love me he's
