The Slavery in Egypt | Cinematic Exodus Series" — “וימררו את חייהם

This is the first scene in a cinematic retelling of the Exodus story. “וימררו את חייהם בעבודה קשה…” The people of Israel are forced into harsh slavery in Egypt. They labor under heavy burdens, making bricks and building cities for Pharaoh. But the suffering does not stop with hard labor. Families are torn apart, cruelty spreads through the land, and even the most vulnerable are not spared. This scene portrays the painful beginning of the Exodus story and the oppression that led to the redemption from Egypt.
