ever since I was a
kid I could remember that I always
wanted to be a
huge financial
success and I know that this message
won't resonate with a lot of people and
that's okay everybody has you know what
is important to them in their life and
don't get me wrong I have many things
that are important to me in my life some
people like sports some people like
clothes I happen to be into financial
success the problem with finan success
is you can measure it very very closely
and you can measure it exactly to the te
where exactly you're holding all you got
to do is look at your bank account and
at 36 years old I can tell you that I am
not happy with where I know that I can
be I know that I could be so much
further right now in my
journey and there's times where I feel
like I get down on myself because I
haven't made it to the levels that I
would like to make it
yet but in those moments I pick myself
up and I re Inspire myself and I rewrite
down my goals the same way that I
dreamed when I was a kid and the same
way that I felt that I knew that one day
I was going to be a success I knew that
one day I was going to really really
make it and I know a lot of people are
probably watching this and saying well
it depends how you measure success and
success is all relative and yada yada
yada and no I'm talking about real cold
hard financial success and this is
something that I believe that God
implanted in my heart in my soul I want
to give a lot of Charity I want to run
gigantic businesses I want all these
things but at 36 years old I have to re
Inspire myself because you know when
you're younger and when you're coming up
you don't know what the world is going
to throw at you the whole world is your
oyster but as you get knocked down time
and time again in life and you get
disenchanted and you fail and you do all
these things it could start to actually
rub off on you and you could begin to
lose your confidence in yourself and I
do believe that there have been times
that I have really lost confidence in
myself and the way that I have gotten
over that is every day I sit down with a
pencil and a piece of paper and I write
down my goals I own a $17 million
business I give 2 million dollar a year
to charity I own 10,000 apartment units
of course on my list is things like I
have a deep relationship with my
children I have a deep relationship with
my wife I have a meaningful relationship
with my community I have a great
relationship with God but my financial
goals are real they're there and if
you're somebody in your life that has
felt that you have not made it and but
you know that deep down inside there's
something inside you that says I can
make it and I will will make it don't
give up on that feeling just because you
haven't made it yet does not mean you
will not make it tomorrow
