Bring the Shelamim Willingly

Second measure of this is in Parshas Kedoshim. This is perek kuf tes pasuk chei, a pasuk that we mentioned recently a few times. The last in volume of this Menachis and we had it here in the beginning of Chulin as well. The shis b'chuzav ach shalom l'Hashem. L'rtzonchem tisb'chu. If you're going to bring a carbon shlamim, you should bring it l'rtzonchem. What does l'rtzonchem mean? Problem is as sick. But l'rtzonchem tisb'chu says R' Simcha, why does the pasuk say this only by the shlamim? It doesn't say it by any other carbon. Make sure you bring it l'ratzon. It's only by the shlamim that we say make sure you bring l'ratzon. So R' Simcha says cuz what does l'ratzon mean? L'ratzon means you should do it wholeheartedly. When you bring a carbon, you shouldn't be bringing it b'oinas u'vkfiya. You should be doing it 100% the way you want to. In fact, if you take a look at Even Ezra right in the beginning of Sefer Vayikra, so the pasuk says yakriv oiso l'ratzon l'fnei Hashem. So after Even Ezra, she yakriveinu l'ratzon v'lo b'oinas. And it's really based on the Gemara in Bava Basra koif al y'dei Yisrael and he writes that famous sugia. But the point is that when we talk about bringing a carbon l'ratzon, what it means is you want 100% to bring the carbon. He says anytime a person brought a carbon, he was probably bringing it b'ratzon or else he'd bring the carbon. He said but in the 40 years in the midbar, the Yidden were not allowed to eat basar ta'avah. Which means if I want a steak dinner, there's only one way I could do it. I have to bring a carbon. V'eir says R' Simcha to Yitzchok, it's mistaber that maybe when he's bringing this carbon, he's not really bringing it because he wants to. He's bringing it b'oinas. What's the oinas? Not interested right now in bringing a carbon. I was loch dein. There's an issur basar ta'avah. That's why by the shlamim the Torah said l'rtzonchem tisb'chu. I know what you might be thinking.
