[Music] our future is our children to give our children the ability to meet their maximum potential to be able to succeed to me is the most important thing in the world that's what Bridge Academy does we're not dealing with special needs children we're dealing with typical mainstream children that need occupational therapy speech therapy in some cases physical therapy and in some cases behavioral therapy all inside the institution and within the school day I think it's a phenomenal formula and it's proven to be very successful the schools are doing a wonderful job in their education there are many students and it is impossible for the schools to meet every need that every child has and that's where Bridge links comes in as a partner to evaluate the children and to make sure that they get the tools to succeed some of the things that we work on include emotional regulation social skills executive functions the impact on the student is immeasurable the value cannot be expressed they're literally allowing children to be able to get an education whereas they would not be able to nothing should help hold them back from reaching their full capabilities they built the boys and girls of the community one by one day by day and we see the results so my son Maurice started at bridge at a young age a wild student someone who couldn't transition well from one thing to the other you would get easily agitated or upset today he's a totally totally different young boy he is now at the top of his class in all subjects we are in very very close partnership with the Early Learning Center directors Hillel particular I think that Hillel yashiva's partnership with bridge is absolutely Priceless really I cannot even imagine hello Yeshiva without the partnership of bridge Hillel Yeshiva in partnership with Bridge has recognized the importance of what we're providing and has welcomed us into the main building and given us very good important and well-located space a therapy session could be a hundred dollars someone would get OT and speech twice a week that's 400 a week that's sixteen hundred dollars a month on a 10-month cycle that's sixteen thousand dollars that is like another tuition we'd like to think that we provide therapy to those who need it not to just those who can afford it if a family does not have the money Bridge links will attend to their children if the family does not have insurance which is in most cases the case there's Bridge lengths to say bring your children in that's why I'm a supporter that's why I'm a backer of this organization at this time now now we are about to start our annual fundraising online campaign I cannot tell you how important this is we have to collect anywhere between 700 000 and a million dollars to be able to fund this essential organization that's the future of our children in investment in Bridge is an investment of a lifetime in my opinion any dollar that anybody can give to bridge is absolutely changing the course of a child's life we're raising money because the tagline with therapy for those who need us not for those can only afford US is more true today than ever so if we have children that can benefit from the therapies that we provide we're obligated to provide it to them therapy is expensive but together if we all pitch in and give something we can help a child's life be more successful by providing them with the therapies they need at the early stages of their life the time to act is now so that we can be there for the children [Music]
