breakout groups. Your job in the
breakout groups is to make sure that the
group is no longer mystified by what MS
talks are. When they're done, they know
exactly what an MS talk is. That's the
goal. Your goal isn't to hit a home run.
Your goal isn't to have people crying
their eyes out. Your goal is just that
in the next hour, everyone in your group
knows exactly what an MST talk is. Now,
there's nothing wrong with you as a
coach sharing an MS talk with them
because then you'll you can go first
each time and you just say, "I saw
myself as unwanted." And then you go to
the next guy, please share. I saw
myself.
And the next guy shares, "I saw myself
as next, I saw myself. I saw myself. I
saw myself. I saw myself all the way
around."
Now you can
ask them what the source is if you want.
Um you can say I saw myself as this and
it came from this. But I think that
takes much more time. You can do a very
good job without people going into the
source. But if you choose to do source
they can each person can share where it
came from but it's unnecessary.
The next is now they're going to say so
you would say you would start I saw
myself as unwanted. The way I covered it
up was by being an Oscan and then the
next guy I saw myself as whatever
covered it up with this and then next I
saw myself as this. I covered it up with
this. Some of them are going to say I
had the inner negative belief of this
and in my survival stop them. That
should come out naturally that they saw
themselves like this and they covered it
up like this. And then that goes around
till everyone has said that. Then you
take everyone deeper and you have
everyone close their eyes and let them
drift back. You can count from five to
one if you want, but let them drift
back. First couple breaths. Hold. Breath
holds and release. Inhale
through the nose and hold and release.
Eyes are closed. palms are up
and then you what's called regress
regress them back to the
some time in their life which is the
source sometime in their life where they
were really feeling that inner negative
belief for the first time if they can
remember it but everyone drifts back and
you have them there and then have who
they are today in the possibible you
seminar to go back to that scene first
meaning they got to be in the scene and
there might the other people there. So
then you tell them get alone, get
yourself to where you're it's just you
in the situation. And when you regress
them back, let's say you bring them back
five, four, three into the childhood to
one. Is it daytime? Is it nighttime?
Develop the scene. Is it are you
indoors? Are you outdoors? What's going
on around you? How old are you
approximately? Like develop the scene so
that they can focus it. And then okay,
go through the situation whatever it
was. Now get yourself alone.
And now go back from the seminar who you
are today. Go back to that scene. Go
into the room and hold that child. If
it's an older kid, put your arm around
him. If it's put them on your lap if you
want. If it's a younger kid, you can
pick him up. But go back and hold that
child and just hold the child and tell
them it's okay to cry.
And give them permission to cry. Give
them a safe place to cry.
And you can cry with him [clears throat]
and tell the kid that, "Listen, I've
come back from the future to let you
know that you're going to be okay. And
it's okay to cry. And I want you to know
that you created survival strategies,
and these are your survival strategies.
This is what you wound up doing,
and it's had a big impact on your life.
It's going to impact you deeply, and I'm
so sorry. That's the what's going to be.
It's going to be difficult. It's going
to be long and it's going to be hard and
you're going to be busy surviving and
it's going to hurt you.
And just it's okay to cry. Go ahead and
cry. And I'll hold you and show you
through the years of your life of what
what you went through,
what you had to deal with,
how you had to survive,
and how exhausting it was all the years
of survival.
and how it hurt other people as well.
And then show them someone who was also
impacted by this. Take them into that
person who was impacted
and look at the impact it's had on that
person's life.
Tell them, "I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. Was
just trying to survive.
Didn't want to hurt you. Really sorry.
Keep holding that child, letting that
child cry
and just getting in touch with your body
and going inside. What's it like in your
body right now when you become present
to the impact of the inner negative
beliefs and all those survival
strategies on yourself, on others?
Just get in touch with it. And how's it
made you feel?
What's the feeling? And get that feeling
down to like one word. What's the
feeling you're having?
Are you sad? Are you scared?
Nervous?
Are you angry?
What is the feeling that you're having?
What What's going on in the in your
heart with all this? What's going on
with you? What's the feeling inside?
What's the impact it's had on you? Get
it down to one or two words. What are
you feeling?
And then as the facilitator and then
you'll say and now I'm going to start is
[clears throat] that it made me feel sad
and scared.
That's the feeling sad and scared
and
and so or you can do the whole thing is
I saw myself as unwanted. that I covered
it up by being asking and and the
feeling I had was always nervous around
people.
And then the next guy goes, I saw myself
as whatever he saw himself or and it
could be he just goes straight to the
feeling, but you go around the circle
and everyone shares a feeling
of how it's left them. What's the
feeling?
And then when it comes all the way
around the circle, then you
have everyone close their eyes again and
you say, "Okay, who are you? Who are you
in the being? What's the truth about
you? What's your real being?" And you'll
see that the being is the nusha,
the beautiful child, the
cle
like who you are really is like this
nuclear power plant of beauty.
And then you start with yourself and you
you ask everyone to open their eyes.
Everyone opens their eyes and they say
and you tell them ask me who are you and
everyone says who are you? You say who I
am is. And then the next guy everyone
say who are you? And everyone says who
are you? He says who he is. Next guy who
are you ideally you would know all the
names. You'd say who are you Yankee or
whatever. Who are you? If you don't know
the names, not a big deal, but go
around. Who are you? Who are you? How
are you? Everyone says who they are.
And then you have everyone rise. You put
your arms around each other
and
and you start with you can start with
yourself. Everyone look at me
and [snorts]
again who I and you say who I am is
beautiful.
And then I look to my right to that guy
and I re he receive it from him. Receive
it. Receive it. Receive it. Receive it.
Receive it. Receive it. Receive it.
Thank you. And then the next guy goes,
he says, "Who I am is he says it." Then
he starts with the guy on his right. He
receives it, receives it, receives it,
receives it, receives it, receives it.
Thank you. And the next guy, who are
you? He receives it, receives it,
receives it, receives it, receives it.
Thank you. Then when you're all done
with all of that, then then you've
finished your experience, um you might
want to remind everybody uh before they
completely disappear that they um that
once everyone's finished, then we'll get
started again and let's reset up our
chairs if it's necessary for the for the
room, but it shouldn't be a mess
afterwards. and then take care of your
candles or whatever and just take
responsibility for your space and
resetting up the space for the seminar
to continue. But once in a while someone
thinks the whole night's over and
disappears. Uh the biggest issue we have
with the breakout groups is that they go
too long and the night gets too long. So
you got to really keep it under control
like that. But generally if you do it
like that, it should be done in an hour.
Thank you very much for being part of
the possib breakout groups. It's a new
idea because we just really wanted
people to understand what an MS talk was
at that point of the seminar and not
later. And so you're making a big
difference. Also, it's breaking the ice
for the deep night that uh you know for
the deep session that they've already
had a good share at that point. So
they're feeling more open by the deep
session.
Thank you very much for being part of
this.
