I don't know what about you but in many
times I feel that I am a prisoner in my
own
body. Now by the way that's already a
very high level that you recognize your
faults you recognize your shortcomings
you are totally aware of when you're
failing. you are totally aware of the
situation. So that's already a very high
level. Most people they don't see the
message like that. Most people if they
get to a point that they feel a prisoner
in their body, they're not thinking,
"Oh, I'm a prisoner in their body."
Rather it comes about in a total
different way. It comes in ways of
frustration, of a unexplainable sadness,
very short temper, a loss of a of a
patience. It comes in many different
ways. So the person is not necessarily
understand, oh, I feel like I'm a
prisoner in my own body. The person just
feels some type of frustration and don't
understanding where it's coming from.
So many
times I feel also a prisoner in my body
and when I'm saying something like that
it means when I when I say I feel my
nishama my soul feels a prisoner in my
body my body feels very good in my body
it's the soul that feels a prisoner in
the body and to most people that feeling
as I told you will come out as
frustration confusion sadness all these
these bad emotions, negative emotions
and so
forth. And of course, the end result
will be lack of happiness, lack of joy,
lack of true happiness in the heart. And
then of course, when you're not happy,
you blame the entire world. It's not
you. And of course, the result from that
is that you start looking for advice.
You go here for advice and here for
advice and listen let's see what this
guy has to say and what can I do here
and what can I do
there and by the way the advice can come
in many different things can come in
come in your financial situation I talk
to people that are battling 10 years of
financial problems and they go to advice
to the entire
world and is there any result no and the
same thing can be with the people who
are trying to get married oh That's the
that's the top of the list. Should I
pray this? Should I do that? Should I?
They're going to advise to the entire
world and nothing works. And then you
take that to Schlomite to peace between
a man and a woman. Some people are in a
trapped in a marriage 5 10 years can't
get out of this situation. That's one of
the many ways how a person feels
trapped.
And then again, no good advice.
The question is why do you need to go to
so to get so much advice. That's the
problem with most people. I see it
because people turn to me for advice.
It's like as if I have the right
answers. Yesterday happened to be that I
had an encounter. The person didn't ask
for advice but I saw that it's needed
and I gave him
advice. And of course the advice was to
come closer to Hashem. And he's going
through a very difficult situation. a
young man that their child some rare
disease the mother and the father are
besides themselves she's two years old
they're I can't even imagine I don't I
don't want to even get into to such a a
situation but I tell him don't you see
Hashem is signaling to you so you and
your wife do something together take on
yourself a
mitzvah no okay so battle your headaches
and go bang your head at the wall all
day long and be angry and needless
People say they're fighting all day
long. Him and his wife. The business is
not working out. Everything is
collapsing. Why don't you want to do one
little m I'm not telling you to become
observant. I'm telling you to Hashem is
waving to you. Hello. You don't want to
give him a little bit of attention. How
stupid can you be? How stubborn can you
be? And so this is one example out of
many. I will elaborate as we go in the
class. But like I told you the end
result unhappiness, confusion, things
don't work out in many many different
aspects of your life. And by the way, it
doesn't mean that in one aspect of your
life you're not successful. You can be
very successful in business and have a
horrible relationship with your wife and
you can have a great marriage and don't
not make money. So it doesn't mean that
all aspects of your life are falling
apart. I'm talking about one aspect or
two or three. Now this all brings us to
the question okay what should I
do what do I
do doesn't work what what should I do I
can't find my other half I can't work
out my problems with my wife this person
is pulling me to arguments all day long
and that examples can go till tomorrow
and the question is okay so what's the
solution what do I do but I'm already
telling you that's the wrong question
that's not the right question the right
question is what causes that. Now when
you know what causes the problem then
you have the answer. You don't have to
go to the entire world and ask for
advice or go besides yourself and then a
lot of people who are already observant.
They don't know what's the limit of the
hishad of the how much effort do I need
to put? I did already a lot of effort. I
spoke to a lady not too long ago in her
late 30s can find her other half. Never
was married. Not that she did divorce
and I tried this and I did this and I
did that and I she did the whole
thing and she's coming. Okay, what what
more what more what more what more what
more what more what more now do I need
to do? Why do you think the solution is
going to come? Cuz you're going to read
another prayer or you're going to go to
another grave or you're going to go to
another seminar or shabbaton. Don't you
understand that there's something way
bigger the problem here than your little
actions? Maybe you're already overdrive
of efforts and hishad.
So like I told you when you know the
problem you know what causes the problem
then you have a good solution very
simple. So before we start I want to
quickly just dedicate this class for a
Esther Malab but S should
have not but Miriam should also
have and he's just having an operation
today. Nothing serious but should
have amen. Uh and whoever
needs should bless you with nothing to
worry about. Uh
uh nothing to worry
about. In less than two weeks is a very
powerful day. It's the holiday of
Shabot. One of the most important,
powerful, significant days on the Jewish
calendar.
We got the Torah. I mean, all the
holidays are amazing. We went out of
Egypt. In Pes, we went out of Egypt. And
every holiday is
amazing. We got the Torah. The Torah is
our our essence. Our entire lives
evolves around the Torah. Everything is
the Torah. So, that already comes to
tell you the day we're about to
celebrate in less than two weeks.
And the reason why I wanted to do this
class now is because you got to prepare
the right way. Not not that people
should tell me why did you give the
class two days before the holiday. Okay,
so stop complaining now it's two weeks
before the
holiday. But Shabot is a very very
special night, a very special holiday.
It's really the power what unifies us,
what puts us together
in when we are in unity, then obviously
we're on the right path to our purpose.
If you're not in any type of unity,
you're not on the right path of of your
purpose. And like I told you that day on
Shabot, Hashem gave us the Torah. And as
we know that holidays in Hebrew called,
as I explained that many times because
it goes in circles means go in circle.
Every year, same night, same shine. So
Hashem gives us the Torah every year on
that night.
Every person will receive that night the
Torah according to his vessels. Whatever
you prepared, that's what you're going
to receive. You counted the Omr. Now for
49 days, you worked on yourself. You
actually refined yourself. You did
something. If you did on on Shabot,
you're going to get a lot of light. That
light will last you for the rest of the
year till the next Shabot. You didn't
prepare much khim, then you have two
weeks.
And even if you see this video a minute
before Shabot, you can still prepare
kaleim. They'll be small. K is a vessel.
This is a small vessel. I can hold here
whatever 7 oz of water of of water.
That's it. That's my vessel. Bring me
now a bucket. I have a bigger vessel.
I'll come to the bartender with a little
cup. That's what you get. You come with
a barrel. That's what you'll be able to
put in it. Very simple math.
Hashem gives us the Torah. However you
come, that's what you're going to
get. Saying in other word, it all
depends on your
preparation. When before we actually got
the Torah in Matan Torah, there was a
commandment three days. You have to men
have to separate from their women.
Prepare yourself, meditate, pray,
prepare yourself. You're going to
receive the Torah.
Same thing here. We have to prepare
ourselves. You have to understand that
what happened in Matanto 3,000 plus
years ago is repeating itself every year
in a different level. But it repeats
itself. You need to be ready for that
night. Now Moshe Rabenu on that
aspicious moment he got what's called
the two
tablets, not the iPads. He got the
original tablets. And it says in the
Torah in the book of Schmot 32:E1
16 saying in other words you know I'll
translate in a second
that the tablets were God's
work and then it
says God's work sorry the inscription
was God
inscription engraved on the tablet.
And like I'm sure you know me, I don't
like the translations. Let me explain it
more clearer. It says that these two
tablets and now can be a letter butt can
also be separate the
words from the writing. Okay? So again
you read it fast in Hebrew, it sounds
like is a letter. I send you a letter.
Now, of course, everything is digital.
You won't young generation won't relate
to that, but you know, not too long ago,
we would communicate with
letters. Just the other day, we were
celebrating my daughter's bat mitzvah
and everybody gave her a cards and my
mom and me were laughing how when in
when when I was a kid, my grandmother
from Australia would send a card, my
grandfather from here there and I would
get cards in the mail and people they
would send it like a month in advance.
You don't know how long it would take
overseas. You'd sell it two months in
advance. Now tell my kid, you're sending
a letter. What? What's a letter? You
know that thing that they put in that,
you know, my kids asked me, "What's this
box in the entrance of our house?" No,
they put letters there. What do they
put? They My kids when they were young
thought that people who want to like
they put a letter in the cotel, they
come to my house and put it in this box
and I take it and read it. And I told
them, "Yeah, also the IRS sends me
letters. They want me to pray and the
city, the Arona, the water, the
electricity, they all want me to pray
for them."
Nevertheless, let's go back to Torah.
Miktav is a letter, but you can also
read it from the writing of
Elohim. And it says Elohim. Elohim is
the attribute of
judgment. Then we
continue. It's engraved on the tablets.
There is a Mishna
inracted 6:2 Mishna 2 that it
says don't call it don't read it
engraved use the same letters just move
the punctuation call
it means
freedom what did we receive when we went
out of mit our
freedom what did we receive when we got
the Torah our freedom
When we receive the Torah, we got the
most valuable product out there. Your
freedom. Is there price for your
freedom?
No. Unfortunately, I had the honor and
pleasure to be behind bars many times.
And in the first jail that I was jailed
on the wall it said in big words
and no price for
freedom. And when you're sitting behind
cement walls you understand that there's
no price for your freedom. You'll pay
anything on matan tora. That's what we
got. Our true
freedom. Now what freedom did you get?
Do you get freedom from your taxes? you
get freedom
because there's hostages sitting in Aza
and the whole world doesn't even care
500 over 500 days their freedom also it
seems that there's no cost to that or
any price to that but
nevertheless we didn't get the freedom
that you think we got of what I just
said really the freedom that we got in
matan torah is freedom from
death that's what the commentary says
that on matanto Torah, we got freedom
from death. If you remember in the
Torah, it says, well, in the commentary
that when we got mad to angels came down
and crowned us with adornments.
Remember, I'm sure you read this
midrash. What are these adornments that
the midrash is talking about? The zor
says it's some special
energy that death cannot affect you. You
become immortal.
This is these adornments that the
midrash says that angels came down to
the souls and dressed them. It wasn't
crowns and jewels. It was power that the
m the death the angel of death cannot
touch you. You are
immortal. So how did they die right
after? Because they did the golden calf
and they did many other sins and they
they lost it. That's it. But that's the
freedom that we received on matantora.
Freedom from
death. Now let me explain to you first
what's real freedom because everybody
has a different idea. A person who's
making good money. He says I'm
financially I have fre financial
freedom. Okay that's one type of
freedom. You know you can live on a farm
and you have acres and acres. You have a
lot of freedom. You can park your car
wherever you want. Takes me 40 minutes
to find parking next to my house. So I
I'm not I don't have freedom when it
comes to parking. You live in the middle
of nowhere. You can park wherever you
want. You have freedom when you come to
park your car. That's your
freedom. There's two types of freedoms.
There's an external freedom and that's
what I'm talking about. The external
freedom is basically that you do
whatever you want, whenever you want,
with whoever you want, as much as you
want. That's it. That's your freedom. I
want to eat now. I'll eat.
I want to be with this woman now. I'll
be with this woman. I want to steal from
him. I'll do whatever I want. In Hebrew,
we say enolim. No god. So that's a very
external freedom. And by the way, you
all share it, including me. It doesn't
mean that if you are an observant
person, you are totally free from this
type of freedom because you can be fully
observant and you still have your lusts.
It can be for food. It can be for
marital relations. Could be for money,
greed,
fame. So don't think for one second, oh
I I'm a observant Jew. I don't have this
problem. Okay, you do. But this external
freedom is all the external pleasures
that you don't put any limitation, any
control. You don't even try to fight it
because it's way too stronger than you.
But you basically live your life however
you want. And it can be in all aspects
of your life or it can be in one aspect
of your life or three or four. The
second type of freedom it's
called an internal freedom. And that's
really the freedom that we want to focus
on. Why? Because this type of freedom is
the type of freedom that gets me to my
purpose.
Regardless to this class, most people
are unhappy because they're not even on
the path to go on on to towards their
purpose. Some people they have struggles
in their life, but they're on the right
path. So the struggles are like a daily
workout like jobs you need to do like
you need to clean your toilet in your
home. Unless you have money made, you
need to clean your toilet. So you clean
it once. Sorry I'm talking like that,
but you you have to clean it. It's not
going to get cleaned. So sometimes your
honorable you need to lift up the
sleeves and clean the
toilet once a week, twice a week. Like I
told you, if you have financial freedom,
then you have somebody else cleaning
your toilet. But if you don't, then you
clean your own
mess and you eat, you need to clean your
own food, whatever it is.
Most people are not even in the
direction of their
purpose. And of course the result
unhappy confusion life looks like a
chaotic life. Nothing works out problems
from all directions. And by the way a
lot of people can be on on the path of
the purpose and still experience what I
just said. But the fact is that I see
most people are not even close to go on
to to be directed to their purpose. Now
when you have this true
internal freedom then that will bring
you to your purpose already and when you
come to your
purpose do you need anything more than
that you don't need more than that you
need to fulfill your purpose in this
world whether it's successfully or not
or you happy or not first fulfill your
purpose now a person I spoke about it
many times a person who doesn't work on
themselves to define their attributes to
work on their
midot. First of all, one needs to work
on their midot on their on their
behavior, on their attributes, on their
characteristics. Then you need to
control to work on yourself how you
control all your
lusts. And the last I'm going by the
words in Hebrew. I translate
it in Hebrew can work for anything. I
don't think in English it works for
anything, but I'm going to use the word
lust anyways. You can last a woman, you
can last l last uh a money, you can last
fame,
control, food, whatever it is. So, if
you don't work on yourself on the
positive side, working on your midot, on
your characteristics, and at the same
time working on yourself, controlling
your desires, you are in a to you are in
a a prison for the rest of your life.
You are a prisoner living in this body
and nothing works out. You are uh how do
you say you in Hebrew that you're stuck
in this body. You're in a you're not no
parole. You're not going out of your own
prison. You're stuck
there. And needless to say, the more you
like it's like quicksand. The more
you're stuck, you go deeper and deeper
and deeper. Now try to get out.
Now, when a person is enslaved to his
own
lusts or to his own desires or to his
own thoughts, and I'm using male cuz I'm
a male. It's for women the exact same
thing. All these things, it boxes him.
It closes the person. When you I'm
saying again, when you are enslaved to
your desires and your lusts and your
thoughts, you have no control. You have
zero control. then it boxes you like
like in a prison. You are a prisoner.
And of course, if you're in this level,
you can't stop bad behavior or bad
habits or to get rid of things. You know
something's bad for you and you still do
it. And it can be in stuff like food.
You know this food is bad. Why you eat
it? I don't understand.
You know the smoking is not healthy for
you. Why do you do that? I I don't
understand that because I I came into
the world of the Torah with all these
faults. And when I became observant
before even I put a yarmaka on my head
or learned any Torah, the first year of
my observant life was to get rid of the
junk. Because in my mind I was like, if
I'm a slave to anything, then I'm not
going to be a slave to Hashem. You got
to get rid of this junk. But I can't
control myself. To put something in my
mouth, food, cigarette. Okay, drugs.
Right now, I'm not going to talk. That's
a different type of getting rid of. But
that's in the same same idea. Most
people don't know how to get rid of
their bad
habits. Now, most people don't even know
it's a bad habit. They don't even
consider that a bad
habit. Most people how they
eat. And then you wonder why you obese
or why you walking three stairs? You
can't barely breathe. The other day I
went with some business calling. We went
somewhere. We go went up the stairs. By
the end of the stairs, he was like uh
you know, tongue out,
sweating, my age. He's like, "Wow,
you're in good shape." I said, "I don't
see any other way of living. You think
I'm going to look like
you like Humpty Dumpty barely goes up
the stairs. I'm 50 years old.
When I'm 90, I'm going to expect to be a
little bit uh What kind of a way of
life? Obese. You You You don't can't
even do a push-up. Can't even do one
pull-up. It's a
disgrace. And I'm not trying to put
somebody down. I'm trying to say this.
These are the the the minor things. You
look in the mirror every day. Come
on. It's not healthy. It's not a way of
living. You you can't even mobilize
yourself. I'm talking about this
particular individual. I can't even how
can I live like this? I can live in a
body that that the body is slowing me
down. I mean the thought is so that's
what I'm saying. A person can't get rid
of their bad habits. You learn that this
food is bad for you. Why are you eating
this? You know that this is bad for you.
Why are you doing
that? Now this I'm talking about little
habits around your life. What about
things that are a little a little bit uh
uh bigger? Can control your anger. can't
control your you know your mouth your
anger your frustration what do you mean
you can't control
it? You want to tell me something can
control
you? A person needs to be able to reach
to a level that he can change his
nature. Now the right way is not to say
you change nature rather to refine your
nature. If you're not even in the uh
footsteps of of of working on yourself,
I can't even stress to you how far your
journey
is. So, like I told you, most people
they barely even know how to to to
overpower their their own habits. They
can't control their they can't control
themselves and and it sometimes it goes
to very little things. And I told you
that I I said that many many times. Most
people are slaves to their phones. How
many hours a day do you go like
this? Now you don't have to tell me. You
don't have to embarrass yourself in
public. Although everybody carries the
phone in public, you are already
embarrassing yourself in public. But ask
yourself how many minutes or shalom
hours a day you go like that. Whether
it's Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook,
YouTube, it doesn't matter. Most people
that own a smartphone are at least an
hour a day like this minimum.
Did you get
educated? Did you made
money? Did you broaden your
horizons? No. You saw some guy crashing
on a skateboard and some cat doing a
flip-flop and some half- naked woman or
whatever you saw, whatever junk that you
saw that you can't control. You let
something this small control you.
Now we have another disease, Chad
GPT. That's the new disease. People are
so excited from Chad GPT. You don't
know. This is worse. Worse than what we
had up until now. What's that? I'm happy
you said what's that? What? You don't
know. I'm happy you said what's that
too. As if you're righteous here. Chad
GPT is an app. It's a new app of
artificial
intelligence. I'll do an I'll do a
lecture once on maybe on Chad GPT. I
thought of doing it not too long ago,
but then I was like, "Oh, they'll sue
me." But but but whatever. I'll I'll
I'll summarize it by
saying it's another pit to Gome.
Okay, don't get so excited from this uh
from this uh app and it will evolve to
become a problem and if the time will
give I will maybe address a class on
that uh and on AI because a lot of
people are asking but nevertheless let's
stick to the to the what we're talking
about most people barely have the upper
hand to control the little things that
they're enslaved to and I'm not talking
about I especially not talking about now
drugs
to get off heroin. That's different. I'm
not This is also part of what I'm
saying, but I'm not talking now cuz not
everybody heroin addicts, but everybody
goes like this. Okay? So, let's stick
with these and all the rest of the
stuff. What you eat and how you take
care of your body, basic things. And
then, of course, a little bit further
than that. If you can control your
anger, if you can control your
mouth, can you control your mouth? Once
I couldn't control my mouth. Once I
would shoot before by I don't even know
how fast the organs would work how I
would shoot a
comet and I'm still tested. Just the
other day it was a situation something
happened. I was about to open my mouth.
I very quickly saw this test and I held
my mouth and I'm telling you it was one
of the hardest things to do not to open
my mouth at this point.
And only later on I just said something
minor to my wife. But I un I saw how
Hashem is testing me. And I'm telling
you the the the the drive the desire to
said what I wanted to say was very very
strong. I'm not going to compare it to a
desire of a heroine addict trying to
jump on the drug. But it was ve
almost. And then of course 20 minutes in
my mind. You should have said you should
have said. You should have. Why didn't
you open your mouth? You should have
said that. You should have
been most people don't know how to
control not the thoughts, not their
mouth, not
anything. So the real inner
freedom, you know what is that is to
desire what's the right
thing, not what I want. What is the
right thing?
The true freedom is to think in the
right
direction. Most people don't think in
the right direction. Their thoughts
are like I told you the from Piaetsna
that said in his book that if you would
have some device reading people's minds,
you would be convinced that every mind
that you read are
psychopaths. That's one thing that goes
in my mind. How would I look to the
person that can read my
mind? And when you think of that, then
just understand that Hashem reads your
mind. And when you leave this world, all
the souls read your mind.
That's why when you have right thoughts
all day
long, when a person I just defined the
real true freedom. When a person is the
complete opposite, the complete not free
individual, he's a
slave. He's a slave to himself. He's a
slave to every desire next to him. He's
in he's a slave to all his lusts. He's a
slave.
What is
the what represents really the status of
a sta of a slave? Why am I calling this
person a slave? Now I'm looking at a
certain individual. He has a cigarette
in his mouth. He's 50 kilos
overweight. I'm not going to continue
insulting the individual,
but I'm looking at this guy right now.
I'm calling him a slave. Why? You're a
slave to a cigarette. You're right.
You're slave to the shuarma you eat all
day long. You're enslaved to the food,
whatever. But you know why I call him a
slave? He doesn't have the power to
resist his
urge. A slave cannot resist the person
who's enslaving here him. You're going
to get killed. A slaves know that if he
will do something against the will of
the mavid, I don't know how you call it
in English, the person who's on top of
the slave. In Hebrew, the slave is an
eid. The one who controls him is the
mavid. If there's such a word in
English, enlighten me. But
nevertheless, why am I calling this
person a slave? Cuz he doesn't know. He
he can't fight the power that enslaves
him. Like a slave that is afraid of the
master. Oh, maybe that's the word, the
master.
So the slave is so in front of the
master. He does what the m what the
master says. That's why I call this
person a slave because the master told
him, "Eat this, smoke this, say that,
push here, be lazy." You're a
slave. You ever thought about that? That
you don't have the power to overpower to
to to the word in Hebrew is naged to go
against. And I'm not telling you that to
show off, but I was able to lead nagget
to every desire and lust and weakness I
had when I had to become observant. I
had to get rid of habits like cocaine
and many other
things especially shooting the hard
ones but for me to get rid of lying was
just as hard here was body desires here
was emotional
desires I didn't see much difference
between cocaine and
lying that if you can control yourself
in the little things you'll control
yourself in the big things
But my freedom you know when I became a
free individual and not a slave I was
slave for 26 and a half years and I
became a free individual on the night of
my
death and you know when it happened on
pes my near-death experience I died on
pes well I didn't die I almost died but
that's when I became a free
individual took three or four years to
get cleaned up. But that's when it
happened. How significant that it
happens on Pes? It could have happened
on any
day. It happened on Shabbat and on
Pes. The door was
open. Now, it wasn't so freely go out go
through the door, but the door
opened. And the first thing that was in
my mind, and I'm talking about the first
few months, I didn't run to Yeshiva. I
didn't even have a rabbi. I used to say
morning prayers, eat non meat, eat meat,
mix meat and dairy and a few little
things. That's it. And I put fillin on
in my mind before I even ready to go
into a door of a yeshiva. Stop lying.
Stop cheating. Stop cursing all day long
and using foul language. Stop judging
person how how I want oh I had a long
long journey to first get rid of all
this
junk how can I go into the ring I see
going into the world of the Torah you go
into the ring how you go how can you go
into the ring if you're not even
ready I can't even urge my little
desires how am I going to fight
the when I'm going you know you don't
have a so much when you're not so
observant you know when you get the div
inclination
when you become closer to
Hashem. There's a lady many of one of
many that I guided her and her family in
their conversion process and during the
conversion process happened to be that
they came to fat for a few months and
they used to eat by us all the time and
they needed that cuz they needed me to
sign a
recommendation and they were like on
fire in
Judaism leaving all of us
behind and once somebody was saying wow
it's so amazing to see a person was not
even connected to Judaism now so thirsty
to Torah and you're like you're like
flying and I tell the
person they're now flying cuz there's no
yet you know what's going to happen to
this wonderful woman she's going to go
into the
mikvah and when she comes out of the
mikvah the is going to give her the
towel and tell her dry yourself up honey
you have about 3
seconds and the second that you dry the
water from the mikvah then you meet the
now let's see you flying suddenly wow
all these turbulence is happening I was
flying for two
years a well now you got some
resistance the the converts feel it the
most bou is like h halfway person who
was born observant they feel that that
suddenly there's another fighter in the
ring. That's you got into a ring
here. So the definition, let me
continue. A free individual is a person
true freedom what I
called to want what is the right
thing and to that my thoughts to want
that my thoughts that my thoughts should
want the right thing will go in the
right path. The other type, the slave
that I go has no power to resist his
urges and no in no type of a way or like
that. He always he always loses the
fight. Whether it's the food, the
cigarette, the sex, doesn't matter. It
he always he always will be the loser.
Three four days may be up and then down
like a very bad stock going a little bad
a little bit up and plunges down.
You know how this state is called in the
level of Torah what I just said about
the slave the person who's not free
that's that level is called mitim
Egypt you are in Egypt Egypt mit is
m something that limits me I am
limited okay now let's continue and we
starting to understand the problem now I
want to explain to you another concept
concept because I'm talking about my
desires, my thoughts, my lusts. This all
comes down under a title in the word in
Hebrew is
called in English is desire. So again,
the English is not working well for me
here
because whatever I
want and it could be good will. I mean
you can maybe for the example now say
raton is a will good will bad will but I
have two I have two types of these
desires two types of these wills of
let's stick to the word raton is what I
want and not always it's what I want but
it's what I desire my will and so
forth what are these two wheels that I
have these two or
not I have an isama a
soul and this soul is called nephesh
eloit and then on the other hand I have
a nephesh bite I have a godly soul and I
have an animal soul this is explained in
the book of dany in depth before the
book of danyal explains that but the
book of Tanya explains it more
thoroughly what you read from the you
need to really understand what he's
talking to understand that the balatanya
took it and broaden the entire topic
The fact is we have two
souls. These are my two wills. These are
these two desires. These
two
the godly soul has one, one desire, one
will to get attached to the master of
the universe. That's it. The
cababalistic term
leads. That's it. I want to groom myself
to ends off to the infinite light.
That's the only will the has nothing
else. The English translation is the
animal
soul. Again the English translation is
not so perfect because I understand why
it's called animal because an animal but
beh has different aspects to it. I will
just explain it
different is after
materialism. It's after comfort. It's
after desires. It has very bad
attributes. It has very bad
characteristics. It's full of hate. It's
full of anger. That's
the it's an animal. The reason why it's
called animal because every aspects of
it has an animalistic
character. So it can be a characteristic
that it's an animal that in nature it's
a normal thing for a lion to hunt the
deer. It's a normal thing. But the
nature it's called
to that I eat you. Okay. So in nature I
not coming with any complaints to the
line. But when y has that attribute of
that line of to eat and to consume
somebody with no concern of their pain
or what then that's your streak in the
nephe that's what you have in you and it
can be laziness and it can be the
desires for procreation food anything
that's the nephe and I'm not going to
elaborate too much on
that the nephe the godly the animal soul
and the godly soul constantly fighting
fighting with each other. One time he
takes over once somebody takes
over. In many people the nephe is 99% in
control. No, the nephew comes once a
year out. That's a lot of people. Many
people 50/50 or
6040. If you're in a very high level,
then the nephew wins most of the time.
That's a very high level. What the
balata calls a
boni. We're not even close to that
level.
Uh but nevertheless, just that you see
how the system
works. So if they fight all the time,
who wins?
Who wins? The animal soul, the godly
soul. Like I told you, most people the
animal soul wins most of the time.
That's most people.
And by the way, this entire concept that
what I'm talking about, I know it sounds
like, no, what I'm talking about is
explained in the Torah. I mean, the
Torah, don't look at it just as a
story. The concept of what I just told
you is explained in the Torah as going
down to Mitim. They didn't live in
Mitim. Jakov lived in
Isel. There was prosperity, wealth,
everything. But then there was a famine
and they went down to Mit. That's the
story. But everything everything that I
just told you now that's the story of
mitim that we went down to Egypt. What's
mitim? That's the place of tum of
impurity of the place of kipot that I go
down to a place of impurity and a place
where the kipot are in charge and that's
called mit and then I become a
slave. Everything I just told you is
summarized in the story of Egypt.
Now, there's certain types of
desires. And by the way, there's good
desires and good
lusts. My desire is to learn Torah. My
desire is to help a person. I lust my
wife. There's good things in these
aspects.
But there are some desires that if you
bring them forth, if you express these
desires,
uh basically what do I mean when you
express these desires is that you do
what you want basically. Then these
desires darken you. They're darken the
lights around you. They're darkening
your soul. Basically, they're darkening
you. And how does that work? The more
you feed the
kipa, the more it wants. And the way it
works with a kipa, there's never a um a
cap. How much you can eat, you can eat
till here,
right? Anything in this world, you can
stuff up until here and you'll get fed
up of it at some point. My father taught
me one of the most valuable lessons in
my life when I was maybe 10 years old. I
don't remember, maybe give or take
another year or two. He took us on a
vacation to a hotel. My father was very
generous and spoiled us always. We come
to a hotel. We're sitting around the
pool and uh I get a little bit hungry.
So it happens to be my father was there,
my grandfather was there and me. So we
went to the cafeteria to the cafe and
they order food. Now I saw the waiter
going with the you know the big tray and
I was oo I like that. was a big plate,
huge salad, huge omelette, and in the
side a little bit of uh chips, like
potato
chips. I wanted that plate. The plate
arrives. I eat the potato chips, one
tomato, one cucumber, a little piece of
the omelette, and I push the plate
away. The plate was pushed back to me.
Eat. No, no, I'm done.
Eat. No. No. I am. I had enough for the
potato chips. You ordered the salad and
the omelette. You eat it. But But
father, I'm not hungry. They'll shove it
down your throat. I sat
there for about 2 hours. The omelette
was here. The plate was clean. My father
told me, "I don't want to see one thing
on the plate." The omelette was coming
out through my nose. I
was I didn't eat eggs I think for like 5
years but I
learned as my father says you have big
eyes so I learned that was one of the
valuable lessons that I have in my life
don't don't jump way than what you can
handle and many other
lessons But why did I give you this
example? Because I also learned that
doesn't matter what you do in this
physical
world, there's always a limit. How much
food can you eat? How much fun can you
have? Excuse my language. How much sex
can you have? How I was in this place in
my
20s. Grab as much as you can. At some
point, you're sick of everything. You're
sick of even the fun things. You're sick
of everything at some point. That's the
physical reality with the kipa. Never
sick. Feed it. It's a pit without a
without a bottom. That's the kipa.
That's mit. That's where most people go
when they have a
problem. Okay. Now, let's
continue. How do I
receive a supreme
light? And why is that important? I will
address it in a second. How do I receive
the god of light? I have to make myself
fit the
light. I explained that thoroughly in
the class last week that the light has
to fit in the vessel. If the light
doesn't fit in the vessel, the vessel is
not good. So if I want to receive a
certain light, I need to fit myself to
the qualifications of the
light. In a just to give you a simple
example, I told you somebody contact me
not too long ago told me, I want to give
you a donation. Okay, give a donation. I
want to give it in
crypto. And I was like, okay, do you
have a digital wallet? I said, "Well,
now that you want to give this donation,
I have to go and open a digital wallet
so you can give me that crypto digital
wallet
donation. This is a he wanted to give me
something. This is the perfect example.
I had to fit myself to what he wants to
give
me." That's it. I had many vessels. I
told him credit card, cash, check, wire,
PayPal,
Venmo, all the apps. No,
crypto. So what did I have to do? Fit
myself to the light. Very
simple. I explained to you last
class that the
evil it gets attached to a place of
lack, a place of when you're missing
something. Why? Not because Hashem is
punishing you. Is to wake you up. You do
something bad, something inappropriate.
you're going off the right path then
something will happen in your life which
is
negative and it will get attached to
you. You invited it. Financial problem,
marital
issues, anything you invited
it. Now why is it coming in a form of
bad? Why do I have to suffer?
one reason to wake you up to red light
blinking. If you were driving the car
and there would be a nice white light
saying uh you running out of gas but
don't worry it will be
fine. Then you wouldn't stop for the
gas. But here the light goes on. It
doesn't stop in front of your face. It's
the same thing warning light to wake you
up. You're doing something wrong.
The problem is that most people
interpret it wrong. They don't interpret
it that I oh I'm doing I must be doing
something wrong. They're interpreting
why is she picking on me? Why is he
annoying me? Why oh the business is not
going well. I guess I need to
cheat. Somebody the other day told me
because I told he had issues with same
thing. Years of of ends not meeting.
Business is working. Money is going in
out. Where's the money? Nothing.
So I told him, "Maybe you look look
maybe you maybe you're cheating in
business. Maybe you're not honest." He's
like, "You can really run a business
today without cheating." I told him,
"Well, here's your problem." He tells
me, "No, you can't run a business today
without cheating." He didn't say, "Then
he said, rounding corners." I said,
"Cheating?" He said, "No, rounding
corners." I said, "Cheating?" And then
you're wondering why you don't have
money. So people interpret this bad
thing not as oh wake up I'm doing
something bad. They interpret it
completely
different.
Now the main part of leaving your mit
your Egypt this you need a target in
your life. You need a a path. When they
went out of Egypt they had a GPS. They
had a they had Mosher Rabenu. But the
main focus when you want to go out of
your mit, you need a destination, where
are you going? What are you
doing? I can already tell you've been
from speaking with thousands of people.
No, most people they don't they don't
know what's their direction even. How
can you get in a car and start driving
and hoping you'll get
there? Nowadays, we have
GPS. 20 years ago, you know what I used
to do 20 years ago? We had Map Quest.
Remember that? You would prepare your
trip on Map Quest and then it would
print you the map and all the
directions. Turn right, turn left, you
prepare the route. Prior to Map Quest, I
had, how is it called in America?
Mckenley maps. These big maps. Thomas
Guide. How? Atlas Guide. Thomas Guide.
Thomas Guide. Whatever. I had this map.
It was like I would open it. I I was a
truck driver. had these huge maps. I
would leave from New York with a tractor
trailer. Destination is Los Angeles with
17 stops on the way. Everything was
calculated. Which route I'm going from,
how many miles I can go. On the route
70, I can go x amount of miles. On route
80, I can go x amount of miles. It's
more miles on this route, but I can go
faster on that route. I would calculate
everything. And like that times 140
trucks because you do the right
calculation, you're saving about half a
million dollars a month on
gas. When you have a fleet of trucks
running in the United States backwards
and
forward, you're going out of mit and you
don't have a
destination. Anything you do in your
life, you don't have a destination.
Now, I'm not talking about that you're a
young individual and you're going to
college to learn to be a lawyer and
that's your oh, okay, that's one of your
many goals. That's not your
destination. And who says you're going
to be a successful lawyer? Who's going
to say that you're actually going to
pass the bar test? Who says a million
things? You know, many people started in
law, went to business, started here,
went to that. That's not what I'm
talking
about. So, most people, they have no
direction. Now, what happens? They'll
just start going to people looking for
direction. They follow this rabbi, then
they follow that rabbi, and then they
follow this motivational speaker, and
then they follow
this all day long looking for
advice. Now, this is the whole point of
the Torah. The whole point of the Torah
is to take us out of Mit and eventually
bring me into Israel, to the land of
Israel. Right now we're talking about
spiritually not physically and if we
have time we'll elaborate on that. If
not we'll do it to another class. Right
now let's focus on the fact that you are
in
mit. Whether you are 1% 20% 80% it
doesn't matter. We're all in mit. Me
too. The boss the king of mit
is the one who's calling the shots. He's
the one who's controlling the slaves.
If you switch the letters of it's you
can read
it is a
distraction. Uh it can also be an
interference and I've explained already
that most people are not productive in
most of the things they do because
constantly there's all these
distractions and they blame it of course
on all sorts of diseases. No, you just
you're just easily distracted. The other
day I came to work. Happens to be my
office is in my house cuz that's how I
want to set it. And there was about two
hours of the day that I couldn't work. I
have seven kids. Each one comes with one
request. That's already half the day.
And then do this and do this and do this
and do that and do this and do this. And
at some point I said everybody get out
of the room. I need to work. The fact
that I'm here doesn't let it doesn't
mean you need to bother me. I need to be
focused. I need to be targeted on what
I'm doing. I can't have distractions.
Now, that's being me at work. Most
people, you start one thing. You get an
email, you go to the email book, you get
a WhatsApp, you get to the Instagram,
suddenly you get a message. Oh, you got
to see this video. You go to the video,
suddenly you're completely off your way.
You were cuz you're going like this for
15 minutes. Oh, I'm in the middle of
work. And of course, people say add, no
A and no D and no D. You just are under
the control of par who is constantly
causing distractions in your life that
you're not even focused on. on what's
going on and how would he would cause
these distractions. Many of the times
the distractions in your life can be
financial issue um bad relationship with
your wife. You fight with your wife all
day long. You go to work, you're not
concentrated or on anything
else. I'll tell you what's the problem
with po. When we left mitime finally he
came running after
us. He didn't stay there.
We had to run away from him out of which
means that even when I go out of my own
mit is still running after
me. And the only way to get rid of him
is to drown him in the
sea. And you have to understand, let's
take the story in the Torah and
understand what's going on in my life
here. On the night of
Shàuot, every individual can connect
themselves to
this wellspring of
endless joy, goodness, love, happiness,
prosperity, everything. God is just
good. On that night, I'm going to repeat
myself. That's the night you can connect
to this wellspring. And I'm saying a
wellspring because it doesn't end. I
don't know if I'm using the right word.
In Hebrew, it's
called a wellspring that never end,
never
stops. But this is a wellspring of love,
of happiness, of wisdom, of joy, of
success,
everything. The only problem here and
unfortunately it's all good things come
with a lot of work. Unfortunately, it
doesn't come to you. You have to go to
it. It won't come to you. This light,
this wellspring, you have to come to the
wellspring. You have to come to the
mountain. You have to do a little
effort. I'm sorry. I'm going to ask you
to do a little
effort. And in order, if you want to
taste the night of Shabot, yeah, it's
going to come with an effort. But you
have to
understand that in harai in Mount Si
their eyes
opened. It says they saw the sounds
means their eyes
opened every year. The same light that
came down on Shabot on Matanra comes in
Shabot same light which means if you're
in a very high level you will see what
they saw in Matanto. I mean I'm talking
of style but as you prepare yourself in
the right way you're going to be in the
same moment what was in the time of
giving the Torah right vessels you get
all that I just
said and what do you need to do very
very little you stay up all night and
you read
dua what's interesting here is that to
read in Hebrew it's called lro
If you translate in English, it's to
call. So when I read, what do I do? I
call
Hashem. That's what you do. Very
simple. You need to call the creator.
Everybody needs to stay up. I know a lot
of people say, "No, it's not a custom
that women follow." Why not? Why can't
you stay up and retail him?
you're different than
me unless you need to take care of 17
little kids and feed them and bathe them
and I don't know what why can't you stay
up and read a few books of tim there is
a tikundo that everyone should read but
I know many say no no no women they
don't have to why not the complete
opposite why can't you stay up you tired
go to have a nap in the
afternoon when
We when we read the Torah, you call
Heashem. That's how it works. That's why
he
says, "I open the book of the Torah, I
call Hashem to talk to
me." And
then then I'm connected to this light.
Once I call to Hashem and I call for the
Torah, I'm connected to this light.
When I feed my soul that night with the
Torah, that's how it helps me to go out
of my prison. That's the night that I do
that
that I want this night to lift up my
nishama. That's what the night
does. What I told you now for the last
hour means the soul is in a very low
place. I
need for it to elevate the soul. Then I
can come out of my own prison. And when
I come out of my own prison, then I
become free. And I become free. Then I'm
connected to the light. Very
simple. So what do I need to do? Like I
told you, you need to read that night.
The preparation. By the way, next week
we'll have another class where I will
talk much more in depth on the technical
part. What you need to do. Now I'm just
telling you that on the night of Shabbat
we stay up all night. In the morning you
go to pray. You
read now it's not so important. Now you
need to prepare yourself. You need to
understand that you are stuck in mit.
You need to understand that you need to
go out of your
mid the right preparation cuz now we're
not talking what we're going to do on
the night of Shabot. I'm telling you now
in general we'll keep for next week's
class. Now I'm telling you that you need
to prepare yourself in a few ways. One
of them is you have to prepare yourself
in what's called amuna with your
faith. And I know you have amuna. You're
here, but you need stronger
amuna. And how you define your amuna,
your faith, there's a creator to the
world. That's the first thing. And after
there's a creator to the world and
there's nothing but
him. And
after the Torah is truth. That's the
only truth. Nothing can contradict the
Torah.
Another aspect that you need to do here
is the part that you need to write down
because I'm telling you how to prepare
in the next two weeks. As I told you,
first of all, you need to work on your
whatever you need to do. Next thing you
need to do, it says that when we stood
in front of the mountain, it
says they parked in front of the
mountain. But in Hebrew it
says means one person single not plural
but there were 3 million people. Why are
you telling me one person parked there?
What does the commentary
says? It says like one person cuz they
were so united like one person one
heart. I'm sorry to tell you that's one
of the major keys to receive the Torah
and that you are together with everyone.
Now I don't tell you now to like the
entire world. I just
says means that you should love your
fellow person like yourself. But I
elaborated on that many times. Put a
comma
after put a comma love your other
person.
Who's like youam means like you not like
me like him like how Hashem loves that
person
that's I don't like you you're rude you
don't route that's how you say for the
same team that's how you say you didn't
vote for the same president you make
more money than me I don't like
you but somehow Hashem likes you cuz
you're five then I have to like you like
Hashem likes you with your faults with
your differences of I don't hate anyone
I disagree with
many but I don't hate anyone even if you
do something bad to me I don't hate
you have to understand that the word
love in Hebrew is
aava the word one in Hebrew
is both have the same numerical value of
13. You put love and one together, you
get 26 is
Hashem. That's the component you need to
work on. You have any disagreements or
problems in the next two weeks, good
time to fix it. And even if it's a
difficult disagreement and it's going to
can cause many problems, at least
forgive. At least let go. At least be
the one who's initiating. Let's try to
work it out. Don't hold things in your
heart. Don't let go hold grudges. fix
all what you need to do in the next two
weeks that it comes to to
took and trust me I don't like a lot of
people but I don't like them on a on a
like on a we'll call it now the physical
level because I don't like how they
behave or I don't like whatever and and
by the way I'm saying if you trash me
it's not that I I'm going to start not
liking you if you trash me I didn't like
you to start from by the way but that
doesn't bother me if you talk bad about
me don't talk about He did something bad
to me. I just don't don't like I don't
hate. I might not definitely I can tell
you straight out I disagree with most
people and not
because I'm a problem individual because
I go with the Torah and most people
disagree with the Torah. So by the
default you'll disagree with me and I'll
disagree with you and that's it. And
we're not going to settle it but let's
agree to disagree. No, no, I'm right.
You can do whatever you want but I'm I'm
right. I just told you the Torah is a
myth. I anything that comes out of my
mouth, it's not my inventions. Now
everything in the last 22 years, 5,000
videos online, any word that came out of
my mouth is my invention. It's all
Torah. You see all the classes. It's
either a book or notes. I don't I don't
invent things. You want to argue, go and
argue with the
Torah.
But major thing that you need to
concentrate on this two weeks. Now let
me just conclude with a interesting
concept that I want to explain to you
and then we can conclude and this
concept will hopefully shed some light
on what needs to be
done. There is a verse in the book of
Mish, Proverbs
chapter
16 uh verse 31 and it
says translation, the ear that listens
to the reproof of life shall lodge among
the wise.
You you understood? If
not, let me read it again. Let me
explain it
easier. The one who is able to accept
the rebuke of how he conducts his life,
he's going to dwell amongst the wise.
You are considered wise that you know
how to get a rebuke. Most people don't
know how to get rebuke. They get
defensive. It's not me. I didn't start.
You were worse. when you when you get to
a point that you know how to get to to
accept
rebuke wrong or not it doesn't matter
then you're already in a higher level
therefore call you a wise person but
let's see what it says it's not so
important right now the wise I'm more
interested on the
term doesn't it's
not doesn't make sense
even is life broking life I don't it
doesn't make sense in Hebrew that's why
I don't like so much the English ever.
So there's a question by
what's what does it mean? What does
mean? So the interacted page five
says always in any situation that you
have provoke your good inclination to vo
and fight
your how do you do that the comes and
bothers you.
Don't don't ride right away. Oh, okay.
Okay. Okay. I'm sorry. I'll
eat the comes. Go and wake up the Hey,
wake up. Go and argue. And you wake up
the Now the is your lawyer, your defense
attorney. He comes to the to the eagle
inclination says, "Oh, for 3 seconds of
enjoyment, you're going to mess up your
your eternal life. What are you going to
get from this? You know, it's a sin. You
know it's going to come back. You know,
you're going to have bad karma. You
know, you know, you know, all the
arguments of the it's not worth it. No,
that I don't know how to sounds. My is a
very good lawyer. He has all the how to
get my confused and and I somehow get
out of
it. what the Tal says always provoke so
to say wake up your don't be sleeping
that the should turn you
around so I have to tell you a quick
story it's a true story and there was
once a student in yeshiva that had some
issues waking up in the morning very
rare type of problem um but
nevertheless that that was a joke
everybody has problems getting up in the
morning but nevertheless this yeshiva
student couldn't get up in the morning
and there was a mash that in the yeshiva
like a supervisor not a supervisor
somebody was with the students anyways
he used to go in the morning and the
ones who didn't wake up come knock on
the door and get them up and of course
this guy was always always late never
would see him in the minan so one time
the mash goes up and he wakes him up and
he's like barely wax and he's shaking
he's like enough with this get up it's
embarrassing you know he screams at him
get up. The guy wakes up. He starts
getting dressed. So the rabbi sees him
already putting the titon. He puts the
yama. Guy puts the underwear, puts the
pants. So he sees, okay, he's almost
dressed. And he
goes 7:38, 8:39. Nobody. He goes back
again. He sees the boy half-dressed
sleeping. He wakes him up. He tells him,
"You were half-dressed. You were sitting
on the bed. I called you. What happened?
Shiva Bakr tells him, "Don't
ask. You know what a fight I just had
with
the you know what a war I just had with
the and the says go to sleep." And the
says, "But I want to go and pray." And
the says, "No, but you're tired." Says,
"No, but I want to serve Hashem." And
the And they're going back. You know
what a war they what a
battle. So the Mash says, "Okay, so who
won? So the boy says gladly they
had the good inclination one. So why
didn't you come to pray? He was like I
was so tired from the battle I had to go
to
sleep. The Talmud
says the comes and bothers you. Wake up
the bring all your all your missiles.
bring all your defense. Why not to do
this sin right now? Use all
your but you know that sometimes it
doesn't work. Sometimes your is angry
all your
explanations doesn't work. So the Talmud
says same
place page five. So he says if that
didn't work go and learn Torah the is
bothering you sit learn Torah. The can't
learn Torah with you. You you are
nullifying him. Same idea of a mikvah.
What's what's the concept of mikvah? You
are covered with a a spirit of impurity.
Doesn't matter what you can be the best
person in the world. It doesn't matter
right now. Once you go in the water, the
spirit of impurity can go into the
water. So like a sock, it comes off off
you. That's it. Same thing here. Learn
Torah. Can't really bother you when
you're learning
Torah. What happened if that doesn't
help? I learned Torah. Yet is still
bothering me. Then it says
recite the
the all three
parts. What if that doesn't work and the
is bothering me? So the Talmud says
remind the about the day of your
death. You're going to die soon. That's
what you want. You want to do this. You
want to come up to Shim. They're going
to barbecue in Gom. What do you want?
You want to come back in an incarnation,
you're going to die at some point.
You're going to die. That's how you want
to come up to the that's you're never
thinking of your death. The T says
remind the day of death. I'm saying
remind yourself I want to go down this
path. I don't know how how I'm going to
be able to repent for such a
thing. Now comes a big question in the
commentary. If you're telling me that
warning the about the day of my death is
the best system. So why don't I do that
first? Why do I have to first argue and
then learn Torah and learn and only
after the is no control then I warn him
and telling him about the day of my
death. Do it right from the
beginning. So the answer of our wise
rabbis
is in most of the cases even reminding
the day of the death doesn't
work. You remind remind people you're
going to die one day. You're not
thinking of
that. There's a very special rabbi rabbi
the rabbi from Kotken.
He says that he saw in his entire life
three weird things in creations in
creatures. The first one he says the
balanim the person who works in the
mikvah it's called balan or
balanit the person who works in the
mikvah and so he says balanim they're
supposed to be the most pure people.
They're next to the mikvah every second
they can go into the mikvah. You have a
bad thought oop going to the mikvah. I
said something wrong. I'm going to the
mikvah. So he says they they're possibly
the most purest
people. And then he says, "And then the
person who works in the library must be
a
genius because if you have so many
books, you have access to all the
information. You read all day long. You
must be a
genius." And then he says, "And the
members of Kadesha, the ones who bury
the dead," he says, "Wow, they're
probably dreading death. They're
probably in such a high level of all day
long they see death. They're probably
trembling from
death.
Nope. The joke in the kadisha if it was
a slow day in Hebrew says y was a dead
day. Yet means nothing. No customers.
Now everything that the from just said
it's explained in a verse in the Torah
about the woman who's in unfaithful to
her husband and the Nazir. It says when
you see see a woman going the wrong
path. It
says remove yourself from
wine. What I have an issue now with a
woman so I'm going to become a
nazir monk. I don't know. It's not
really a monk but whatever. That I don't
drink wine.
Okay. What else does the Nazir can do?
He has to grow his hair. Can't get a
haircut. And what's another thing he
needs to do? He can't go next to a dead
body. Can't go to the
graveyard.
What? Why do I need to grow my hair, not
go to a funeral, and not drink wine when
I have issues with an unfaithful
woman? Okay. wine. I understand you have
one cup too
much that can cause some
problems. But the
hair and especially the
dead, our commentary says these three
things are what leads to sins. The wine
pretty obvious. You have a few drinks,
it would lead you to a a sin. The
haircut, the commentary says, yeah, the
hair also leads you to a sin. And it
gives the example that Yseph used to
play with his hair. Sisero we all say
fatadik I'm talking about in Egypt was a
very handsome young man and he used to
you know like James Dean all day long he
had a
comb it's
called right away he got himself the
woman the wife of this Pamel Anderson to
go after him or whatever some woman who
the whole world wanted to be with her
and she wants him so our sages say yeah
yeah yeah the
hair that's It's direct
connection. I can top on that. You can
look at a woman, she can be gorgeous,
take the hair
down, suddenly doesn't look so
appealing. But the dead, why the dead? I
understand now the wine and the hair,
but why the
dead? If a person is not afraid of
death, that's the trigger for all the
sins.
If you're not afraid of
death, the thing is that when the
problem with all these three is when you
get used to something is you stop worry.
It stop worrying and concerning
you. If a person steals the first time
he's very worried, he's very concerned.
After three, four times nothing is
happening.
Ya. I met a man many many years ago who
came somehow to my Shabbat table and he
told me how he was he grew up in an
observant house but his father used to
physically beat him up so he got turned
off from the Torah religion and left the
house makes total
sense but
uh why did I want to tell you that I
lost my train of thought I forgot he
kept he tell told me how his father used
to abuse him. And ah now I remember cuz
he told me when he was young he was
afraid cuz his father would tell him if
you break Shabbat you know Hashem will
punish you and this and that and and he
was under the he constantly was under a
fear of getting hit. So he said the
first time that I desecrated Shabbat he
was like I was so afraid. He's like but
I turned the light and I was like this
for like half an hour waiting to see
what happens. And the second time waited
two three hours. Third time waited five
hours.
First time you are concerned, you're
worried about your own behavior. Once
you get used to it, it doesn't even
bother
you. That's the problem that I don't get
bothered by my own behavior.
So we have a very very auspicious time
coming in less than two weeks where I
can align myself back underneath the
light of Hashem where I can elevate my
soul out of
mit. By the way, no offense, I'm telling
you with a with with a because I I
experience it. It's very hard to go out
of mit by yourself. It's almost
impossible to go out of mit by yourself.
You need Hashem to take you out of
Mit. Try to do it yourself. I don't know
how successful you're going to be
because keeps running after you to bring
you back into
mit. You need the kosh to pull you out
of mit. So you need to call to
Hashem. So take last week's class of how
you prepare vessel. Take this week's
class and next week we're going to have
even a more interesting class. How you
really shape your to thee.
That will give you practical what to do.
It will give you a week before shab to
prepare. Now you have two weeks to work
on yourself to say okay I have two weeks
for a veryious moment like a bride
waiting for her wedding or a groom
waiting for his wedding or any other
example you want to put in your mind
countdown. We're already counting down
38 days. I don't know about you today is
the 38th day of
the we're doing a countdown here. If
you're not participating, I'm not upset
at you, but start today. Even if you
missed, just don't pray with but count.
Do whatever you need to do during the I
have so many material online. You can
get so much good guidance what to do in
the so you didn't do it in seven weeks
and squeeze it into two weeks. But
you're willing to miss an opportunity.
Everybody in their level is struggling
with some type of mit. Everybody in
their level has their struggles, their
own prison that they build themselves
with their own behavior, with their own
thoughts. Don't start looking at the
entire world and blaming the entire
world for your misfortune and your your
your
your opposite of success. How do you the
failures or your
misery? Don't ever look at your own
misery and misfortune and and direct it
at others. something bad in my life. I
look at only at myself. I am the
designer of my own life. Have no
complaints. Not to Hashem and not to
other people around me. That's why I
told you the component before. You have
to be in peace with everybody in your
heart. I'm not telling you now to go
knock on doors and to apologize to every
person there. I'm telling you in your
heart. I'm not telling you now go and
make a campaign if you can. Listen, I'm
always for peace. Even if you have to
lower your honor and your ego, which you
have to for peace, that's how it works.
The only way for peace, you have to
give. That's it. I'm all for always
solving problems with peace. But if
you're not in that level and the
situation is a little bit hard, at least
in your heart, don't carry the hate.
Don't carry the resentment. Don't look
for revenge. Let it go. Prepare
yourself. You have two weeks to prepare
yourself. That night, you know, is so
powerful says
in chapter 2 that anyone who stays up
all night on the night of
Shabot, he's guaranteed and he's not
going to die that
year. Can you imagine what a guarantee
that
is? And more than that, excuse
me, it says
Shah nothing is going to harm him the
entire
year. Do you
understand? A little sacrifice that you
don't sleep. You read Torah for four or
five hours or whatever you can handle.
That's what I I don't telling you now to
jump and do somersaults. I told you to
read and not I'm telling you. I'm I'm
just reminding
you. And I told you the trick reading in
Hebrews is tik T means the call. I'm
calling Hashem on the most powerful one
of the most powerful nights that I'm
calling him to come down. Hashem came
down on the mountain. That's it. You can
take the opportunity now, prepare in the
next two weeks the right way and you
will see a massive change in your life
because your soul is going to be going
out of mit. But you have to be focused
on the
target or go like this and flip this
video
till the next problem hits you until the
next challenge until the next issue
until till what? Till you die.
Shalom. You have an opportunity. Why
not? Change your life. Shem gives us
opportunities every day. We whine and
complain. I don't have a wife. I don't
have a husband. I don't have money. This
p person bothers me. This guy's ch
cheating on me. He's trashing me. This
is not working out. I wanted to do this
this. Stop complaining all day long. And
if you complain, either you're just a
whiner. Stop whining. Or either be your
life is full of disasters and start
questioning yourself. I only question
myself when something bad happens in my
life and when I can't come to any
conclusion what I did then I understand
that these from
the I I gave a class a long time ago how
to recognize
everything that's what the Talmud says a
person has hardship and suffering go
through your action you couldn't find
anything okay you must been doing this
you must been doing
that And if still you haven't find
anything, Hashem loves you so much. He's
giving you hardship to clean your soul
for whatever junk you have on
it. But 90% of what you're going through
is yourself. So we have an opportunity.
We're walking towards matan. After that
you're successful. You go into
Israel spiritually, physically,
emotionally in all levels. So take these
two weeks to prepare. I told you Israel.
Clean your heart. Clean your heart from
anger. Clean your heart from any type
of when you're very particular and you
how do you say any there's a word to
that in English I keep forgetting when
you're very
no CD you just can't let go on when
you're when you're angry at somebody
stubborn that's for sure that's the but
there's a certain in Hebrew it's
called kapeda that I I there's a word
for that I forgot but nevertheless just
clean your heart obsession not obsession
this is all how you how you looking at
the situation I'm talking about is that
that I know if you want the word
it's that I'm not willing to forgive how
is it called I'm not willing to let go
I'm not willing to forgive there's a
word for that I forgot right now but
nevertheless nevertheless clean your
heart in the next two weeks don't be
angry at anyone find out if you're angry
at someone find out what's causing you
maybe you did something wrong maybe that
person is just reacting to your behavior
You have two weeks to clean your heart,
refine yourself, refine your mid. Watch
the video again. Listen to every every
This is like 8 hours concentrating in an
hour and a half. So sometimes it's
fast. You know, somebody wrote on one of
my last videos like
uh wrote to the class in hopefully it's
not Jad GPT that did that. I was
impressed by the person writing notes
and they posted it and then I was like,
"Oh, that sounds like a JPT." Uh, Chad
GPD, can you summarize this class? And
then you have four and a half lines of
the class summarized. But nevertheless,
that's chat GPD for you. But
nevertheless,
uh, if that comment was real and not
made by AI, then it was amazing how the
person took the class and broke it into
sections very clear. So there are some
positive things with chat GPT but
uh don't don't go too overboard with
this nonsense. It's not a good thing.
I'll if the if Hashem will tell me I'll
give a class about that or we'll turn
the camera off and I'll tell you
quietly. But nevertheless one another
one of the junks of the of the that
comes to blind everybody, control
everybody and then of course poison
everybody. the the the joke is that this
app is basically will do anything for
you a as an artificial
intelligence. People use that to write
their lecture to write their uh greeting
cards all the everything. People use it
for everything. So what happens is I get
letters I don't know if Chad GPT wrote
it or you wrote it. I don't know if this
greetings you came up with or Chad GPD
or when it comes to a a person gives on
a lecture how do you call it like a
business presentation is it you did this
or Chad GPT did it for
you and much more than that I'm just
telling you how how where are we going
to we're going to get to a point that
every text that ever will be sent to you
was done by JPT You're not going to
write letters. You're not going to write
greeting cards. You're not going to
write book reports. You're not going to
do nothing. Chachi PT is going to do
everything for you. And you know where
it where it becomes dangerous? When it
comes to the world of the Torah, people
start asking Chad GP questions
in. Okay, that's where we're going to
have a problem. When people asking all
questions of the Torah to
AI and there's many other issues. The
point is and I touched that in many of
the classes has nothing to do with this
class but I already said it and I'll
summarize this thing I'm not I'm saying
this is a disease that most people are
infected by it was specifically designed
like that both the device and the
platforms but the fact is that most
people are hypnotized like this and you
can mock you can disagree that's the
reality every person who's holding a
smartphone is mesmerized by this between
45 minutes to 6 hours a day
minimum. It started as something very
like, okay, what's the big deal? Yeah,
but you're a prisoner right now. Give me
a phone for 6 days. Let's see how you
deal with your life. Give up your phone.
That's why I tell everybody you you want
to disagree with what I just said,
delete the apps from your phone. Get a
cure phone. I want to see you without
your Instagram and without your Tik Tok
and Spikpbook and all this stuff. So
you're a prisoners. That's it. This got
you as a prisoner is something that
seems so harmless. Imagine Jet
GPD getting you people do everything on
chat GP everything literally
everything. So you don't do nothing
eventually your brain the brains will
become so not productive. We're going to
become what we've been told. That's
it. Let's concentrate on more positive
things. Preparing myself for the godly
light coming in the night of Shabot.
Prepare yourself physically,
emotionally, mentally. Do chuva. Go
through the the information of the
video. Understand how the system works.
Trust me, you follow these guidelines,
you will be a free person. And when you
are a free person, like I said, the true
inner freedom, doesn't matter how many
disasters you have in your
life, you wake up with a smile. Doesn't
matter how many times you fail, you
always get up cuz you know it's part of
the game. Doesn't matter how many doors
close in your face, you have the keys to
open another door. You're just
functioning in this world. Nobody says
this world is to lick your fingers all
day long. That's my father's term.
It's we think you're going to come and
lick your fingers all day long dealing
with treats and honey and
no you came to this world to work. Stop
complaining. But open the eyes the right
way. You'll see that 90% of your
struggles you can throw out of your
window in a second and a
half. And that's the day that we receive
the Torah. That's the day when Hashem is
giving the Torah. Don't imagine a Torah
scroll that you are receiving from
Hashem. You are receiving from Hashem a
free
pass to an endless amount of
blessings. Wellspring of blessings. Just
it's all there. Take whatever you
want. But you have to come to the
mountain. Wish you great success in the
next two weeks. Next week we're going to
cover more important information what to
do directly targeted on on Shabot. you
will be successful, receive tons of
blessings and become a very happy,
healthy individual so you can affect the
entire world with more positivity and
hopefully bring Msiah faster sooner and
with much more kindness and mercy. Amen.
