okay did I say for a Mitzvahs we have a big surprise today for ambitious is the same as it was yesterday and the same as it was two days ago because we are still learning those halaches in the three prakima day system in the rambams today is Mitzvah because that's how it works the Mitzvah that we learn is working in conjunction with that we are learning in the three prakim cycle so that's why we are repeating once again that after you eat and you are satisfied is that you must bench it is a beautiful thing to think Hashem for the Bounty that he gives us um after we eat it and the rabbi is added before we eat it and to always be thankful to Hashem so thank you Hashem for everything we have
