they pursue their physical desires all of their days those types of people naturally when a person lives a life of excess they cause destruction to their physical body slave it causes them heart disease sad B he says an amazing thing the rightous individual also has tremendous desire his desire isn't for physical things which cause physical destruction because they're being experienced in excess but rather his desire his excessive desire is for a higher level in spirituality that's why he says and I will trust in you right a person who's constantly trying to get more and more physical needs besides for living a life of excess and then having art problems but he also has he's depressed because it's not really possible to ever get everything that you want if you have 100 you want 200 if you have 200 you want 400 person always wants more than he has but when it comes to spiritual matters a person who wants more and more spirituality more more spiritual things that person has be that is going to reach his goal he's not going to be disappointed he's going to get the spiritual desires that he has in this case King Solomon says in mishle in Proverbs 13: 19 that the desire of a person BEC sweet to his soul this is what the means when it says to those to those who those who hope for God's kindness when a person has constant he he gives into his T of for he gives into his desires for spirituality sometimes it feel like you can't get what you want it's too hard it's oh my gosh to to succeed spiritually to get to a higher level in my spirituality to D A little better to pray a little better to have a little more maybe I can't pull it off we hope for God's kindness that since we want it so badly righteous individual wants it so badly and we strive to be righteous we strive to want it we can be assured that we're going to get it and I said we're going to stop with this but I actually want to read one more little thing from the the future is going to be very Bleak for the wicked God will pull them down because of their evil ways they don't have a chance to do tra really a person who is mired in sin it's very hard for them we're not talking about us we are we and I know that I can push myself onto the side of goodness and I can become better and I can always change and I can always become more I trust in you that you're going to help me that I can always onto the side of good we are never lost we've never we can't be complacent think that we're already perfect and of course we need to always be striving for greatness and and becoming better even if
