hi I'm Ron Basel and I'm a developer psrp so wealthy commercial did a beautiful video of one of our buildings and it just went viral 22,000 views in two weeks 30 apartment rented cuz of wealthy commercial so it's just a WoW experience so the 25 to 30 units that we rented it brings us around 30 to 40 thousand monthly and a half a million a year of revenues which was just done for city you were skeptical in the beginning just to see how it is about all the social media and you know we're old school we prefer the newspaper and see and you know and get calls but we launched it two weeks ago and it was Wow we usually around two or three apartments a week if we're lucky and in the last two weeks were rented 15 a week so we asked questionnaires were just saw ads from and it's all from Facebook and from the video so what would I say to people I said it's working and it's working very very good we'll continue supporting wealthy commercials along the way with all of our buildings because the proof is in the pudding [Music] you
