here's the difference between goals and actions a lot of people get discouraged about their goals because a goal is like the cherry on top or like planting your flag on top of Mount Everest and really that's not in your control the weather could affect you your health could affect you and a million other variables that might get in between you and your goal but let me tell you what is in your control the actions that you take every single day getting up going to work climbing that mountain putting one foot in front of the next the more action you do the closer you will get to your goal stop obsessing about the final cherry on top of your goal start obsessing about what can I do right now today as a practical action to move my flag forward
