Time to separate the boys from the men.

I am personally feeling a Slowdown in the market six months ago it was just in the headlines but it actually takes time for those market conditions to trickle down to the people like you and me who are doing business on the front lines I had a meeting with my office this morning I said boys and girls listen to me and listen to me good now is not the time to relax now is not the time to act bougie now is the time to get Scrappy now is the time to get dirty to get to take every single contract that comes our way every opportunity every lead every client and go hard and go strong and put our pride to the side I'm sick and tired of this absolute apathy that I see in the market you get a client you treat that client with respect you get a lead you chase that lead to the end of time until you close that deal go get them be strong check your pride at the door
