Let me demystify the whole recruiting
business for you and explain to you how
exactly we make money and how exactly we
make our clients happy. All right, it
goes like this. It all starts with an
employer. He has a problem. He has to
hire people in his business. Whether
that's because he has to replace people
that are not performing or he's looking
to grow his business and he needs new
talent to bring onto the company. So we
specialize in salespeople, but we also
do VPs, we do COS, we do ops, we do
accounting, we do tech. You name it, we
do it. So he has a problem. He needs to
find somebody. He doesn't have time. He
doesn't have energy and he doesn't even
trust himself because he really knows
his industry. He doesn't know people. So
he'll come to us being professionals.
We'll then get on a 30inut call with the
client and we'll understand what exactly
it is that he's looking for. We're
talking about granual here. We
understand exactly what makes a perfect
perfect perfect candidate for him. From
there, by the way, keep in mind no money
has exchanged hands. They haven't paid
us one penny at all yet in this whole
process. We will then go out into the
market. Our favorite place to find
talent is big secret, LinkedIn. Why?
because our experience is is that that
is where the professionals are hanging
out. They are on LinkedIn. We've tried
going to Indeed. We've tried going to
the other job boards and the great
people are simply not there. Once we
find the exact person that they're
looking for on LinkedIn, we will then
message them. If they don't answer the
message, we'll call them. If they don't
answer their call, we'll email them. We
are on top of these people like white on
rice. We don't let them out of our
heat-seeking missile system. Once we
finally have gotten to them on the
phone, we pitch them the job. We pitch
them the salary. We pitch them the terms
and services of the company that they're
looking to work at. Once the candidate
has agreed, we will then circle back and
get them on the phone with the employer.
The employer, all he has to do is open
up his phone on Monday morning and he
sees 1 2 3 four meetings with four
candidates. And every single one of
those candidates is a grand slam. He
could hire any one of those four
candidates. Keep in mind, no money has
been exchanged yet. We haven't been paid
a penny yet. Once he's gone through his
meetings and he likes one of those
candidates and he selects them, we then
will make a offer letter and send that
offer letter to the candidate. We'll
write it up for him and we'll make sure
that the contract is the best contract
for the employer. We know how to protect
our clients. If and only when the
candidate accepts the offer and starts
working, then we get paid. We then
guarantee that the candidate stays in
that person's business
