the job market is changing and it's changing quickly for the past three years it's absolutely been a market that has favored the employee employees have been able to balance from company to company and get hired for ridiculous prices and everybody was starving for talent what I believe is going to happen in 2023 companies are gonna have to tighten their belts and the first thing that goes in a company when they want to cut their expenses is the employees so I believe that it's time for employees to start looking at their employers with a little bit more respect and instead of bouncing from paycheck to paycheck for an extra dollar or an extra two dollars an hour it's time to start sowing roots in the companies that they're working for so that they could really become pillars of that organization and start moving up within the organization instead of sideways to other companies
