Something things cannot be replaced by technology, never forget the human touch.

what's up well the world has everybody's day going I want to share with you guys a couple things so as you can see I'm wearing a suit but pretty good if I might say so myself I had a friend of mine that just said to me recently do you really wear a suit every day he says nobody wears suits anymore I said my friend that is exactly why I wear a suit because nobody wears them anymore because I want to be that guy that wears that suit I also told him that whenever I leave meetings and I have a good meeting with a company usually what I do is I send him a gift basket thanking them saying thank you so much for your time it was so kind of you I'm looking forward to doing business with you in the future and he said to me isn't that a little aggressive and I said yes it is aggressive and you know why because everybody else is playing it safe everybody else is playing the defense I want to play on offense and he also said to me do you really go visit all of your clients do you really get out of the office why don't you just do it by phone or email or texts or whatsapp or presentations or online seminars I said because everybody does it that way I'm the one guy that showed up at that guy's office clients want to know when they have a problem clients want to know that you're there for them clients want to know that you're a phone call away and you're gonna show up when everybody's playing the digital game and when everybody's playing and hiding behind emails your boy Bigby is showing up in a suit at the guys office at his convenience and sending a chocolate gift basket as soon as he leaves some things cannot be replaced by the digital and the human touch is one of them a wonderful day everybody god bless you keep on hustling keep on doing your thing
