NOTHING Will Get In My Way

I once had the opportunity to go for lunch with the owner of the biggest metal company in the world and I asked the man how do I grow my family business to the size of your company and he reached across the table his eyes bulged out of his head and he said to me kid what's your tolerance for pain I never understood the words that came out of his mouth until this moment I never experienced pain like this growth in my life the stress that a business owner goes through is unbelievable you cannot imagine to make sure that everybody eats even if he's not to build the business at all costs even when everything seems like it's going the wrong way to walk into the door and to put a smile on your face pretend like everything's okay the stress is unbelievable but it says that when you take a grape and you crush it that's specifically when you get to taste the sweet wine and have a declaration to make out there to the whole world I built this company out of thin air with nothing but God's help no friends no money no family no experience no nothing and we are on the crazy trajectory of growth and on every time we grow there's a plateau and a growth and Anto and a growth you've seen this on a chart before and every time we flat out in order to invest in the company to bring new people in every single time that stress on that plateau is unbelievable but we do it for the pipe we do it for the game we do it for the rice and my declaration to you and to the rest of the world is nothing and nobody will get in the way of the men that you were looking at right I'm committed to success it doesn't matter what the world throws at me it doesn't matter what everything it doesn't matter what happens the man that is standing before you one day will raise his head and will be great I am committed to it by death or high water or whatever it takes I will succeed with God's help there's no option follow this journey it will be worth your wife [Music] god bless we great together faced long what is your columns [Applause] great
