Huge risks = huge rewards

what is going on everybody it is Beryl Solomon here an incredible story to tell you two days ago I got a message off of LinkedIn from a guy who had no profile picture on his LinkedIn he said to me hey barrel I own a lot of nursing homes and I need help marketing them do you do videos for nursing homes and I said as a matter of fact sir we actually have done quite a few he says to be great what is your price to do a package for each nursing home including Facebook advertising to everything I told him my package price he said wow that's great when could we get started I said listen sir I'll tell you what I'm gonna hop on a plane and I'm gonna come meet you and we're gonna figure this out together and we're gonna get this done he said that would be great please let me know I messaged him and message them and message him after I booked my flight to come meet him on Thursday and he barely answered me finally got an answer he said I'm sorry I haven't been able to get back to you I've been in meetings this entire two days I'm sorry I said no problem I just want to confirm with you I booked my flights I'm coming tomorrow morning he said great I'll see you when you get here looking forward to it I arrived in his office he looks at me says did you really just come to New Jersey all the way from me and I said yeah actually I did because I know after a certain amount of time of business and you're talking to somebody on the phone you know when they're serious or not and I knew sir that you were serious we discussed this package we put together for him an amazing marketing package we're gonna fill up his entire nursing home two of them as a matter of fact we signed the deal write them in their contract inked boom why am I telling you this but doesn't want you to know that there's times when you just know the things are gonna work and a lot of people might say are you crazy you got on the flight whether you spend $500 on a flight without even getting a commitment the answer is yes because if people see that you're ready to invest in them and you're ready to put your money and your time on the line they're going to invest in you the first sale you have to make us to yourself and then you make it to the other guy god bless North America [Music]
