what it is 99 out of 100 people have no idea what that term means but everybody's saying it I'm gonna break it down for you guys right now and how much goes into a social media marketing campaign that is turning into not likes not views and not impressions but money because that's what all marketing is about if your marketing is not making you money it is not marketing it is making noise alright check this out so the number one most powerful way to get your content out today is a video as you guys see over here video is the most played divided the most played content on the internet today there's nothing that beats it it's the elephant in the room and video is so powerful let me tell you why okay when you send out your videos and hang on let me let me let me actually back up a little bit what do you do with the videos you put them on Instagram YouTube and Facebook not just post it but you pay these platforms to get your content out there alright you can literally hit hundreds of thousands if not millions of people in your target audiences let me show you how so you take these platforms and you want to tell YouTube Instagram Facebook there's a few others but these are the main ones LinkedIn is actually coming pretty close now it will be a player in the next six to twelve months mark my words but you take these platforms and you say two platforms hey I want you to target say I want to target anywhere within a 20 mile radius right the location 20 miles of your exact address and you want to search people who are actually engaged in looking for a new home how does facebook Instagram you you know about that because YouTube is owned by Google right so when any anybody anybody Google's new home they're looking at mortgage rates interest rates brokers all that stuff now the algorithms know that you are somebody that is looking for a home so we can actually target within a mile radius of where you're trying to sell your product and we could target based on the interests of the people and also their past searches so your video ads are going to show up on Instagram YouTube and Facebook in front of people that are qualified exactly for what it is that you are looking for imagine imagine guys you're looking for a condo you've been searching for the past 30 days and all of a sudden you start seeing this brand new beautiful condo complex that's showing you ads it's literally three blocks away from your house how cool is that okay but that's not enough a lot of people mess up at this place it's not enough to just show your videos but you have to have some sort of funnel that's going to capture those leads and that's gonna lead to actual revenue so we then take those videos that we've produced we show them to the right type of people we then push those people down to what's called the click funnel landing page website it's a place where they can fill in your information first name last name email address and they fill out what type of condo again we're just going by that what type of condo that they're interested in and they click Submit and that information now goes we have a technology at wealthy commercials that is so powerful it's so cool once they click Submit their phone automatically rings because remember they gave you their cell phone number their cell phone automatically rings and you're number one salesman his cell phone starts to ring as well and when they both pick up they're both connected to each other and your salesman says thank you so much for liking for submitting your information about our new condo development I would love to talk to you about it and the person on the other line is like wow I can't believe this you call me back in ten seconds and guess what I'm actually looking for a condo in your neighborhood isn't that cool and then your salesman on the other end is on the other end it's like yeah I know that it's cool because that's what we're doing over here okay not only then not only do you get automatically connected to them by phone but they can automatic email from you with all the details of your condo development or again whatever it is you're selling it's not you two condos we do all kinds of stuff and wealthy commercials like loans cash advance loans daycare centers really any type of industry that you could imagine we've probably touched in our history by the way if
