there's times when i will get so caught up in my social media 10 15 20 30 minutes go by and all of a sudden i lost those 30 minutes getting involved in somebody else's life getting involved in somebody else's victories you ever notice on social media that people only show their victories that people only show their successes that people only show those incredible landings on the moon that they had they never show the downs and it really really bothers me that i'm getting lost imagine to get lost in other people's journeys when our own journey is eluding us one thing that i try to do every single morning is i write down what it is that i would like to accomplish that day that week and that year so that my day doesn't get lost because if we don't take control of our days our days get stolen from us there's so much distractions there's so much garbage out there it's so hard to stay focused on what we need to achieve so my decision today in my uber i shut off my social media i went right back to my pencil and my piece of paper that i take notes with and i wrote down all the things that i would like to get accomplished today that i would like to do and not that i get sucked into everybody's fake journey because for the most part people's journeys are people's journeys are fake let's be honest they're only posting that exact cherry on top they don't show the blood the sweat the tears that it took to get them to that point anyways i hope this message finds you well take control of your life because i know that i am and i feel so much better to live my life than to live somebody else's fake life on their social media account i hope this message finds you well my name is barrel solomon if we're not connected already please hit the connect button please follow please comment please like please share so that we could be connected every single day
