How to find opportunities.

good morning good morning 6am here in panama just watching the sun come up absolutely beautiful i wanted to share with you guys a concept and nobody ever gave me a microphone and a stage and said do your thing any time that i ever had a microphone in a stage it's because i made a phone call even when i get paid by the way i get paid to speak i get paid anywhere from five to fifteen thousand dollars depending on what the engagement is to speak but i always had to pick up a phone call whenever i saw an event happening and i had to sell myself into that event why am i telling you this because it applies for everything nobody has ever come into my office with a signed contract nobody's ever walked into my living room and handed me an opportunity any opportunity that i've ever had was because i had to do something in order to earn it i had to make a phone call make an email make a post make a meeting reach out and the same applies to you so if you find yourself looking for opportunity that's why they call it looking for opportunity because you have to actually look even when i went to go get married it's not like my wife showed up one day under the wedding canopy you know with a ring on her finger i could do something i had to do something in order to get her to that point i had to find her i had to whine her i had to dine her i had to propose to her i had to do what i had to do and the same is true for you if you find yourself looking for opportunity in any way shape or form you got to be actively looking actively searching and doing if you're looking for a job you got to be really looking for that job it has to be a daily routine a daily grind you have a full-time job which is looking for a full-time job you know i see all these guys with open to work you know the circle open to work on linkedin on their profile should be open to work but it should be also actively looking every second of the day for work for opportunity if you're in sales there's no more trade shows those went out the door a long time ago you got to figure out a new way to reach out to clients you have to be creative today my personal favorite is looking for opportunity by sending out a lot of stuff online posting writing blogs writing articles i personally love linkedin as you probably know but i'm everywhere i'm on instagram youtube tick tock face facebook you know you name it i'm there because i want to be where my clients are and you got to be where your clients are too so whether you're looking for a job or whether you're in sales or whether you own your own business or whether you're looking to start your own business you have to be looking for what are the opportunities who could help me who has products i could sell who has services i could sell looking for those opportunities and bringing them into your life bringing them closer to you and that's where the magic happens nobody is coming to you with an opportunity you have to go to them to find what it is that you're looking for and don't be discouraged you're going to do it by the way anything that you want somebody else has companies don't have money people have money company coca-cola somebody's writing that check or whatever company you're looking to work for somebody's hiring you a person is hiring you so don't be scared of people don't be scared to reach out to people don't be scared to put yourself out there don't be scared of rejection too that's a big thing can't be scared of rejection can't be scared of the word no somebody says no to you you figure out what did you do wrong how could you have done it better and you pick up and you go and you go throw another 10 things against the wall because one is going to stick but you can't be let down by your no the note has to motivate you the know has to teach you and the know has to has to show you that you are just one step closer to that yes i hope this brought you value i love you guys i'm pulling for you guys you guys are amazing guys mean the world to me thank you so much for taking the time to watch us thank you for being part of my life and thank you for the privilege to be part of yours god bless
