what's up guys so you've seen a lot of my videos lately and messages about me scaling up to 25 million I'm being able to set up the infrastructures to free myself up to do what I love to do the marketing to do the sales to do all those great things I want to show you a small example of practically how we're doing this in this room right now I'm going to show you in a minute we're running our Monday morning meeting all the execs of the company come together to debrief about what went on the previous week what's going on in the next week making sure everything's running smoothly I am specifically not in this meeting by choice I don't want to be there and I told them you guys have to learn how to run this thing without me so that I could do what I have to do which is build the business on the front end while they deal with the back end I'm gonna take you in here and I want to bother them too much check it out such a pleasure such a pleasure not having to be part of that meeting anyways god bless go build your business ladies and gentlemen let me know how you're building your business in your in the comments below
