The number one asset on a resume, more than education, more than location, more than skill set, is the amount of time you've stayed at [music] one job. When I have resumes that have [music] one year and the person hops, one year, one year, one year, one year, and for the past 10 years they've had 10 jobs, that is an automatic red flag for us as recruiters. We do not even send those resumes and those profiles [music] to our clients. Why? Because they're going to stay one year at them and then hop. All you really need, by the way, is one place that you stayed for more than three or four years. One place on your resume, it could have been 10 years ago, it doesn't matter. It is an asset on your resume for the rest [music] of your life.
