Everyone starting a business needs to watch.

I know that there's a saying out there that says go slow take it easy step by step guys when you are starting your own business you cannot go slow you got to go as fast as humanly possible do not be scared in the beginning to take on as many contracts as you could possibly handle I have always had the opinion that I'd rather have 10 contracts and mess up one than have one contract and do it perfectly let me repeat that again I'd rather have 10 contracts and I mess up one then I have one contract and I do it perfectly you need contracts guys you need to overwhelm yourself with the business that is coming in the more Revenue the more you win the more you can hire great people the more the business will grow
