Every business owner needs a COO

Visionaries are great at creating new ideas, but they can often struggle with the day-to-day operations of the business. Integrators, on the other hand, are excellent at executing those ideas, but they may lack the creativity to come up with new ones. By working together, visionaries and integrators can complement each other's strengths and weaknesses, resulting in a more balanced and successful business. If you’re searching for your visionary or integrator partner please reach out to me. We have many of both waiting to be matched up.

people are always curious about my
relationship with this man right here
Elias macris people want to know exactly
how we work together in such Tandem and
in lockstep and I'm going to give you
the secret right now we have a
relationship that is called Visionary
and integrator what that means is I come
up with the ideas I do the marketing I
do The Branding and I'm the one that's
actually pushing stuff out there into
the world and Elias then takes
everything that I'm doing and working on
and he actually makes sure that it gets
done and it gets executed in the best
possible way this relationship is
literally Rocket Fuel it comes from a
book called Rocket Fuel I suggest you go
pick it up maybe you could tell the
people how we ended up in the symbiotic
relationship I've been working together
for about five years now but during the
pandemic obviously all of our contracts
got canceled due to the fact that we
work in a nursing home space which was
heavily affected by the virus and then
pretty much when we had to restart I had
called you up and I had said that you
don't have to pay me a salary I'm
willing to work on Strictly a percentage
rebuild the business better faster
stronger in this post-pandemic world
exactly that he called me one day and
said look you don't have to pay me a
salary anymore I just want to become a
partner in the profits of the company
and I will replace a dozen employees
that you had I'm not good at managing
people most Visionaries are not good at
managing people we're good at coming up
with vision coming up with Direction
coming up with grandiose ideas but the
actual practical making sure that the
thing gets done we suck at it so when
Elliot has put this on the table I said
you know what it's crazy enough to give
it a shot fast forward almost two years
later I could tell you that it's been
one of the most productive business
relationships that I've ever had in my
life I think you're doing better than
you much better than you were on a
straight salary yeah absolutely and and
he became like I said a partner in the
profits of the company and everybody
wins he cares about it like it's his so
to all The Visionaries out there do what
you do best I know what I do best find
what it is that you do best and push
everything else onto an integrator
because there's great guys out there
that they want to do this because that
is their skill set and what advice would
you give to the integrators that might
be watching this right now take the
right Visionary pick somebody who has
ideas that you're ready to roll with
that you have fun with enjoy doing I
think that would be the best advice
there you go ladies and gentlemen if you
want more information about this you
could check out a book that I have
nothing to do with and get no royalties
on which is called Rocket Fuel it
literally is exactly that it's rocket
fuel for your business and your career
and your life God bless I hope you've
done this valuable
