All blessing come from charity.

when this whole thing started it was right before the Passover holiday and my business was literally falling apart around me and all my contracts got cancelled stuff was not looking good at all and Passover was coming up and at the beginning of the year every year at Rosh Hashanah the beginning of the Jewish year I make a pledge to my synagogue and that's how I know how much charity that I'm going to give that year God willing and they really really rely on my pledge to come through to help them with all their expenses and I was feeling really really bad because my financial situation at the time was working very very meager and I had no confidence in the market I had no confidence in my business but yet I had I had all these people relying on me at the synagogue so a week before Passover I call it my rabbi there's four families that that are part of the synagogue that are rabbi's there and I said rabbi I am going to give a thousand dollars to each one of the families so they should have food on their table for Passover because I know that people are going through a hard time right now and most likely a lot of your donations have dropped off and I transferred the funds right after I got off the call with him scared out of my mind but at the same time trusting in the one above that that I was going to be okay you know it says that you're not allowed to trust you not allowed to test God for anything but there's one thing you're allowed to test them for and that is sadaqa which means charity in Hebrew and I was scared out of my mind when I did it but I said you know what this is the right thing to do a day later I get a phone call from one of the rabbis and he was calling me to say thank you from the synagogue and I had told them that I was she asked me if I had any masks and he just needed for his family he heard that I had from here there I said yeah how many do you need a hundred thousand two hundred thousand what do you need and he says well you have in that quantity I said yeah he says let me call my cleaning supply company and let me see if they need so he made an introduction for me turns out that that cleaning supply company happened to have been my very best client up until this day I sold him so many good products we've done such good business together and I only put two and two together a month later that oh my god my blessing came directly from the charity that I gave and it would just just blew me away it happened if he's every single time of everything chatter giving charity it's always happening and I can tell you that since that four thousand I've given a lot more I thank God and I could tell you back I've got it Todd I got it back many many many many many times over and and my rabbi sends me a message he said I want you to know that you should feel very humbled at the fact that you see God's blessing and it's not everybody can see God's blessing so revealed and you should know that I'm going to trust you to give you money because he knows that you're gonna give charity with it so we specifically trust you with it you should know you should be very humbled so I guess my message is to everybody out there [Music]
