2 biggest mistakes new entrepreneurs make.

what's going on guys it's your boy Beryl Solomon Big B how's everyone doing feeling pretty confident these days business she's doing really good and I feel that I'm getting to a point where I do believe that I could start to share some some advice not just document my journey because I do believe that thank God I am getting somewhere I want to share with you guys the the biggest two biggest business mistakes that I have made in starting my own company the first biggest mistake that I made was starting two companies at the same time my first company was up and running wealthy commercials and then I started another company called wealthy frame selling sunglasses and the second company totally drained my cash flow I mean it was a great business I had a great partner but it just really took a toll on my cash flow and on my attention and I wasn't able to focus on my main business and get that up and running that's my first biggest mistake my second biggest mistake was going building my company infrastructure too big and hoping that the sales were gonna catch up to the infrastructure what do I mean by that is I had at one point 20 people working for wealthy commercials and every single Friday or every second Friday when payroll time came I was in an absolute panic to make payroll because my infrastructure was too big and I dragged this on for three four five maybe even six months saying to myself yeah my infrastructure I can handle so much sales I could handle so much sales but in the meantime my cash flow is being you know depleted every single week it was torture and out of pride I kept I kept a big big team I let people go because I wanted to bring down my costs and now I have a smaller team I have about 13 people that work at the company and guess what we're doing is much work as we were before we're turning out as much work as we're before and everybody's busy now it's not like you know it nobody has a spare second everybody at the end of the day at 5:30 they look at their clock and say wow I can't believe where the time has gone and every second Friday instead of scrambling to make payroll now I'm scrambling to go to the bank to put our profits in the bank because there are profits left over and that's that was my biggest mistake building the infrastructure and hoping that the sales were gonna catch up to the infrastructure and now I've completely flipped that around and I have a small infrastructure and only one we're busting at the seams and we're going to bring on new people so meaning I want the say I want the infrastructure to catch up to the sales and not the sales to catch up to the infrastructure if that makes sense for everybody anyways I hope this brought you value ladies and gentlemen and your businesses and your careers keep on hustling and just don't give up just pound pound pound because there's a lot of days that I have that things aren't happening for me all right don't think that everything is always great a lot of days a lot of days but I got to tell you just keep on pounding every single day magic will start to happen to your life - ladies and gentlemen god bless
