I chose to accept the award because I
work very closely with the Trubitsky
family, both some of the children and
Rabbi Trubitsky and his wife.
I have seen firsthand what they do.
I strongly believe that the people who
do care of our communities really are an
extension of us. It's really all of our
jobs to be on the outward side. Many of
us personally don't have the ability to
do the outreach, so we support the
institutions, but really it's our
responsibility, just like it's the
Trubitsky family's responsibility, to be
part of the outreach here in Bensalem.
Rabbi Trubitsky brings a unique level of
energy and intensity when it comes to
his work with the Bensalem community.
He doesn't take no for an answer. He has
no resistance when it comes to getting
things done. He's very determined to
grow the kollel, bring in more families
there, have more outreach to the local
community. He's been successful at doing
that. It's a great institution. It's
really the closest thing we have to an
outreach community that's nearby that's
a really a product and an extension of
of Lakewood. So, I visited one time
and I saw the dining room table of the
Trubitsky family and it's it's it's
long. There's a lot of kids in the
family. It's also very inviting and I
can see why people in the community want
to come there and and be a part of the
mission that they have for the
community.
