Bensalem Kollel 24th Annual Dinner: Mr. and Mrs. Eli Freund

When I think of Ellie, I think of the words Isham ish. Firstly, Ellie is a mench. I ish. He's a good friend. He's a good neighbor. He's the kind of guy that everybody wants to be his friend. What most people don't know is how much Ellie is working behind the scenes for his friends is good if someone's out in need who work tirelessly whether somebody's struggling with paranosa whether it's any other he's working behind the scenes is a person who is he's a friend he's a close friend and he understands what it means to be a friend meaning that when to reach out when not to reach out when to give space when not to give face he's always there you know something comes up and many people don't know this I am privileged to know a lot of this because I'm almost every night we have together could be in this state in that state he could be in town out of town he always he travels with the safer with him and he always calls me almost under that reason why it's also almost undert is something that most people wouldn't know about but since we have an appointment I do know about is they'll get caught up someone's going to call him you know I have to come meet you I have to come speak to He's someone that people turn to to talk things over with. He has very good. He has very good understanding. Rabbi Travitzki is a one-man powerhouse. He's a respected rashko avant to many people and he single-handedly transformed the landscape in Ben Salem. And although I'm sure Ellie was not looking for the limelight when it came his way, he's not one to sherk his responsibility. And certainly not for special and of it as been silent kit. I could just only imagine without even without even trying to ask around too much why are bellies involved and and answer is very simple because when there's a knock at the door and someone needs help, Ellie's there right away. Everybody really in the back of their minds feels like they want to do something for Kof whether you grew up you know mainstream or were a little bit more open-minded and have seen what these communities can do. Being a part of the Ben Salem Kyle and helping raise funds for this amazing organization is hopefully my way of doing some effort towards Kira, bringing Yidden closer to Yiddishkai, showing them what a true Tyra family looks like, what a kalam looks like and raising future generations in the way of the [Music]
